技术领域
本发明涉及一种儿童座兜与采用该儿童座兜的儿童推车。
背景技术
现有的一种儿童推车上的座兜,如公开号为CN2739059的专利公布文件,其包括框架、座板、前端转动连接于框架的前端且后端转动连接于座板前端的脚踏组件、前端部与座板的后端部转动连接的第一靠背架、一端部与第二靠背架的后端部转动连接而另一端部与框架的后端部转动连接的第二靠背架以及两端部分别与座板相和框架相转动连接的框架支撑杆,脚踏组件包括脚踏、脚踏连接架,脚踏件与脚踏连接架以可折叠的方式连接。
还有一种座兜,如公开号为CN102078106A的专利公布文件,其框架包括相对接而构成闭合框的第一围框和第二围框,第一围框和第二围框均包括位于左右两侧的侧杆和转动连接于左右两侧的侧杆之间的两个横杆,两个横杆也相转动连接,每个围框都通过四连杆结构以能够在左右横向折叠收拢,而第一围框和第二围框的左右两侧的侧杆分别对应地相转动连接,使得框架能够在前后纵向折叠收拢。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可折叠且构件少的儿童座兜,以及采用该儿童座兜的儿童推车。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明一发明提供一种儿童座兜,包括可折叠的座兜架、设置于座兜架上的座位布套、用于将座兜架在展开时锁定的锁定装置。座兜架包括当座兜架展开时构成闭合的框形的框架,框架包括位于左侧部的具有一近端和一远端左下支架、位于左侧部的具有一近端和一远端的左上支架、位于右侧部的具有一近端和一远端的右下支架、位于右侧部的具有一近端和一远端的右上支架。左上支架的近端与左下支架的近端通过左第一轴相转动连接,右上支架的近端与右下支架的近端通过右第一轴相转动连接,左下支架的远端与右下支架的远端相转动连接,左上支架的远端与右上支架的远端直接或间接地相转动连接。左第一轴的轴心线与右第一轴的轴心线分别沿着左右方向延伸,当座兜架折叠时,左下支架的远端与左上支架的远端相靠拢,右下支架的远端与右上支架的远端相靠拢,左第一轴与右第一轴相靠拢。
在某些实施方式中,左第一轴的轴心线与右第一轴的轴心线相重合。
在某些实施方式中,左下支架的远端与右下支架的远端通过第二轴相转动连接,左第一轴、右第一轴分别与第二轴相空间垂直。

由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明提供了一种新的折叠构思的儿童座兜,左下支架与左上支架绕左第一轴相转动并靠拢,右下支架与右上支架绕右第一轴相转动并靠拢,使得前后尺寸收折,从而允许左第一轴与右第一轴相靠拢,使得左右尺寸收折,折叠后体积较小,便于存储运输。

具体实施方式
如各附图所示,一种儿童座兜,包括具有展开位置与折叠位置的座兜架1、设置于座兜架1上的座位布套2、用于将座兜架1锁定于展开位置下的锁定装置。座位布套2如附图5所示。
座兜架1包括当座兜架1处于展开位置下构成闭合的框形的框架3,座兜架1包括位于左侧部的左下支架4、近端与左支架的近端通过左第一轴12相转动连接的左上支架5、位于右侧部的右下支架6、近端与右下支架6的近端通过右第一轴13相转动连接的右上支架7,左下支架4的远端与右下支架6的远端相转动地设置,左上支架5的远端与右上支架7的远端相转动地设置。
左第一轴12的轴心线与右第一轴13的轴心线分别沿着左右方向延伸,当座兜架1处于折叠位置下,左下支架4的远端与左上支架5的远端相靠拢,右下支架6的远端与右上支架7的远端相靠拢,左第一轴12与右第一轴13相靠拢。
优选的,左第一轴12的轴心线与右第一轴13的轴心线相重合。
左下支架4的远端与右下支架6的远端相转动地设置,本实施例中,左下支架4的远端与右下支架6的远端通过第二轴14相转动连接,左第一轴12、右第一轴13分别与第二轴14相空间垂直。同样,也可以是采用以下所提到的左上支架5的远端与右上支架7的远端之间的通过一个中间部件转动设置连接。

以上儿童座兜可以单独使用,也可以安装于儿童用品的支架上构成一个完整的儿童用品,如儿童推车,儿童推车包括推车车架、设置于推车车架底部的多组车轮组件,儿童座兜能够拆卸地设置于推车车架上,具体的拆卸方式很多,不是本发明的要点,在此不再赘述。除此之外,还可以设置于儿童座椅、儿童摇椅上。
