本发明第三方面提供一种儿童推车,包括可折叠的车架、用于将车架在展开时锁定的锁定装置、设置于车架底部的轮组件,车架包括位于两侧的两个侧支架和连接于两个侧支架之间的横支架。每个侧支架包括可转动地设置有一第一滑动件的前轮支架、可转动地设置有一第二滑动件的后轮支架、与第一滑动件和第二滑动件分别相滑动连接的推杆、两端分别与推杆和后轮支架的后部相转动连接的侧连杆,后轮支架可转动地连接于前轮支架。横支架包括十字撑组件,十字撑组件包括相交叉并在交叉处相转动连接的第一斜连杆和第二斜连杆,第一斜连杆的两端分别与一侧的后轮支架的前部和另一侧的推杆相转动连接,第二斜连杆的两端分别与另一侧的后年轮支架的前部和一侧的推杆相转动连接。该技术方案与第一技术方案的区别为:十字撑组件和侧连杆一前一后地分别连接于后轮支架与推杆上。在该第三技术方案中,十字撑组件和侧连杆的位置同样可以相互调换。
本发明的范围,并不限于上述技术特征的特定组合而成的技术方案,同时也应涵盖由上述技术特征或其等同特征进行任意组合而形成的其它技术方案。例如上述特征与本申请中公开的(但不限于)具有类似功能的技术特征进行互相替换而形成的技术方案等。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:车架的结构简洁,折叠和打开都可快速完成,折叠后的体积小,且折叠后的车架仍可自立,非常便于实际应用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对根据本发明的几个优选实施例进行详细描述。
实施例1
参照图1-5所示,图中所示主要为儿童推车的车架,车架的底部带有车轮组件,在实际应用中,车架上会加设篷布以及座位等,由于这些早已为本领域技术人员所熟知,因此未在图中显示。图1-2反映了在展开状态下的车架,图3反映了处于折叠过程中的车架,而车架处于展开过程中时的结构也可参见图3所示,图4-5反映了在折叠状态下的车架。
各图中,车架包括位于两侧的侧支架和连接于两侧的侧支架之间的横支架。
各侧支架主要包括前轮支架2、后轮支架3、推杆1、侧连杆5,后轮支架3的前部与前轮支架2相转动连接。后轮支架3上可转动地连接一第二滑动件8,前轮支架2上可转动地连接一第一滑动件7,在本实施例中,第一滑动件7位于第二滑动件8的上方,推杆1与第一滑动件7、第二滑动件8可相对滑动地连接。侧连杆5的一端与推杆1相转动连接,另一端与后轮支架3的后部相转动连接,为防止车架在折叠时出现卡死点,侧连杆5的另一端最好连接于后轮支架3的后部。
横支架包括十字撑组件4,十字撑组件4包括相交叉并在交叉处相转动连接的第一斜连杆41和第二斜连杆42,第一斜连杆41的两端分别与一侧的前轮支架2和另一侧的推杆1相转动连接,第二斜连杆42的两端分别与另一侧的前轮支架2和一侧的推杆1相转动连接。
在本优选实施例中,横支架还包括辅撑组件6,该辅撑组件6包括上横撑和下横撑、两端分别转动连接于上横撑和下横撑的纵连杆65。上横撑包括各自具有内端和外端的第一横连杆61和第二横连杆62,第一横连杆61、第二横连杆62的内端相转动连接,第一横连杆61、第二横连杆62的外端分别转动连接于两侧的后轮支架3。下横撑包括各自具有内端和外端的第三横连杆63和第四横连杆64,第三横连杆63和第四横连杆的内端相转动连接,两者的外端分别转动连接于两侧的后轮支架3。
辅撑组件6还包括第一加强杆66和第二加强杆67,第一加强杆66的一端可转动且可滑动地连接于纵连杆65,第一加强杆66的另一端转动连接于第三横连杆63与一侧的后轮支架3的连接位置,第二加强杆67的一端可转动且可滑动地连接于纵连杆65,第二加强杆67的另一端转动连接于第四横连杆64与另一侧的后轮支架3的连接位置。
见图2、3及5所反映的,纵连杆65上可滑动地设置有一滑动座69,第一加强杆66的一端通过转动连接于滑动座69而与纵连杆65相间接连接,第二加强杆67的一端也通过转动连接于滑动座69而与纵连杆65相间接连接。
优选地,辅撑组件6还包括一纵截面呈U形的具有开口的卡件68,该卡件68安排在上横撑与纵连杆65相连接的位置,卡件68与纵连杆65相固定连接,第一横连杆61、第二横连杆62与纵连杆65通过卡件68相连接,卡件68的开口给第一横连杆61、第二横连杆62提供一摆动空间。
在车架展开时通过一锁定装置来将车架锁定,而锁定装置的构造有很多种,本领域技术人员可根据实际情况任意采用一种熟知的方式,因而未在图中显示。在本实施例中,锁定装置可以安装在第一滑动件7与推杆1之间,也可以安装在第二滑动件8与推杆1之间,甚至可以在第一滑动件7和第二滑动件8上都安装锁定装置,以双重保险。
根据本实施例的推车的车架折叠方式是:将锁定装置解锁,推杆1相对第一滑动件7、第二滑动件8向下滑动,带动侧连杆5和十字撑组件4转动,前轮支架2和后轮支架3随之相对转动并靠拢,在十字撑组件4转动的同时,第一斜连杆41和第二斜连杆42会收拢,使得两侧的侧支架相互靠拢,辅撑组件6也折叠收拢,车架经过图3所示的中间位置后,最终转换为图4和5所示的折叠状态。在折叠状态下,车架在横向和纵向都经过折叠收拢,因而折叠后的体积较小。另外,由于在折叠时,侧支架和横支架均大致朝向中部收拢,因而折叠后车架仍可自立。
车架的展开方式是:将推杆1向上滑动,带动侧连杆5和十字撑组件4转动,前轮支架2和后轮支架3便逐渐展开,通过十字撑组件4在转动的同时打开,车架便在横向打开,辅撑组件6也横向打开,直至最终车架到达图1和2所示的展开状态时,通过锁定装置将车架锁定。
实施例2
参照图6-7所示,根据该实施例的儿童推车的车架的构造与实施例1的车架相似,区别在于将侧连杆5和十字撑组件4相互调换了位置,即:侧连杆5的两端分别与推杆1和前轮支架相转动连接,组成十字撑组件4的第一斜连杆41和第二斜连杆42采用交叉的方式分别转动连接于两侧的后轮支架3的后部和两侧的推杆1。
根据该实施例的推车的车架折叠方式和打开方式与实施例1完全相同,在此不再赘述。
实施例3
参照图8-9所示,根据该实施例的儿童推车的车架的构造与实施例1和实施例2的车架都基本相似,与实施例1的区别在于将十字撑组件4设置为连接于推杆1和后轮支架3之间,即:侧连杆5的两端分别与推杆1和后轮支架3的后部相转动连接,第一斜连杆41和第二斜连杆42采用交叉的方式分别转动连接于两侧的后轮支架3的前部和两侧的推杆1。
该实施例还可由其它变形,例如,将侧连杆5和十字撑组件4的位置相互调换,本领域技术人员参照实施例1变换为实施例2的改动方式,可自行改动本实施例,因此未采用附图详细反映其变形。
根据该实施例的推车的车架折叠方式和打开方式与实施例1也基本相同,在此不再赘述。
如上所述,我们完全按照本发明的宗旨进行了说明,但本发明并非局限于上述实施例和实施方法。相关技术领域的从业者可在本发明的技术思想许可的范围内进行不同的变化及实施。

Claims (1)

  1. 1. 一种儿童推车,包括可折叠的车架、用于将所述的车架在展开时锁定的锁定装置、设置于车架底部的轮组件,所述车架包括位于两侧的两个侧支架和连接于两个侧支架之间的横支架,其特征在于:
    每个所述的侧支架包括
    前轮支架,所述前轮支架上可转动地设置一第一滑动件;
    后轮支架,所述后轮支架的前部转动连接于前轮支架,所述后轮支架上可转动地设置一第二滑动件;
    推杆,所述推杆与第一滑动件和第二滑动件分别相滑动连接;
    侧连杆,所述侧连杆的两端分别与推杆和后轮支架相转动连接;
    所述横支架包括十字撑组件,所述十字撑组件包括相交叉并在交叉处相转动连接的第一斜连杆和第二斜连杆,所述第一斜连杆的两端分别与一侧的前轮支架和另一侧的推杆相转动连接,所述第二斜连杆的两端分别与另一侧的前轮支架和一侧的推杆相转动连接。
    2. 一种儿童推车,包括可折叠的车架、用于将所述的车架在展开时锁定的锁定装置、设置于车架底部的轮组件,所述车架包括位于两侧的两个侧支架和连接于两个侧支架之间的横支架,其特征在于:
    每个所述的侧支架包括
    前轮支架,所述前轮支架上可转动地设置一第一滑动件;
    后轮支架,所述后轮支架的前部转动连接于前轮支架,所述后轮支架上可转动地设置一第二滑动件;
    推杆,所述推杆与第一滑动件和第二滑动件分别相滑动连接;
    侧连杆,所述侧连杆的两端分别与推杆和前轮支架相转动连接;
    所述横支架包括十字撑组件,所述十字撑组件包括相交叉并在交叉处相转动连接的第一斜连杆和第二斜连杆,所述第一斜连杆的两端分别与一侧的后轮支架的后部和另一侧的推杆相转动连接,所述第二斜连杆的两端分别与另一侧的后轮支架的后部和一侧的推杆相转动连接。
    3. 一种儿童推车,包括可折叠的车架、用于将所述的车架在展开时锁定的锁定装置、设置于车架底部的轮组件,所述车架包括位于两侧的两个侧支架和连接于两个侧支架之间的横支架,其特征在于:
    每个所述的侧支架包括
    前轮支架,所述前轮支架上可转动地设置一第一滑动件;
    后轮支架,所述后轮支架可转动地连接于前轮支架,所述后轮支架上可转动地设置一第二滑动件;
    推杆,所述推杆与第一滑动件和第二滑动件分别相滑动连接;
    侧连杆,所述侧连杆的两端分别与推杆和后轮支架的后部相转动连接;
    所述横支架包括十字撑组件,所述十字撑组件包括相交叉并在交叉处相转动连接的第一斜连杆和第二斜连杆,所述第一斜连杆的两端分别与一侧的后轮支架的前部和另一侧的推杆相转动连接,所述第二斜连杆的两端分别与另一侧的后年轮支架的前部和一侧的推杆相转动连接。
    4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述横支架还包括辅撑组件,所述辅撑组件包括上横撑和下横撑、两端分别转动连接于上横撑和下横撑的纵连杆,所述上横撑包括各自具有内端和外端的第一横连杆、第二横连杆,所述下横撑包括各自具有内端和外端的第三横连杆、第四横连杆,第一横连杆、第二横连杆的内端相转动连接,第一横连杆、第二横连杆的外端分别转动连接于两侧的后轮支架,第三横连杆、第四横连杆的内端相转动连接,第三横连杆、第四横连杆的外端转动连接于两侧的后轮支架。
    5. 根据权利要求4所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述辅撑组件还包括第一加强杆和第二加强杆,第一加强杆的一端可转动且可滑动地连接于纵连杆,第一加强杆的另一端转动连接于第三横连杆与后轮支架的连接位置,第二加强杆的一端可转动且可滑动地连接于纵连杆,第二加强杆的另一端转动连接于第四横连杆与后轮支架的连接位置。
    6. 根据权利要求5所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:纵连杆上可滑动地设置有一滑动座,第一加强杆的一端通过转动连接于滑动座而与纵连杆相间接连接,第二加强杆的一端通过转动连接于滑动座而与纵连杆相间接连接。
    7. 根据权利要求4所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述辅撑组件包括一纵截面呈U形的具有开口的卡件,该卡件位于上横撑与纵连杆相连接的位置,卡件与纵连杆相固定连接,第一横连杆、第二横连杆与纵连杆通过卡件相连接,卡件的开口给第一横连杆、第二横连杆提供摆动空间。
    8. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述锁定装置安装在第一滑动件与推杆之间或第二滑动件与推杆之间。
