实施例
请参照图1,本申请实施例提供了一种游戏床(图未示),用于供婴幼儿睡觉和玩耍。其结构简单,操作方便,能够快速地进行展开使用或者合拢收纳的动作,折叠效率高,实用性强,性价比高,用户体验感好。该游戏床包括一键收合式床架100和安装挂件(图未示)。安装挂件挂设于一键收合式床架100上,便于清洗和安装,一键收合式床架100能够在用户的作用力下展开或者折叠,以便于使用或者收纳游戏床。
一键收合式床架100包括底座110、锁定件120、多个支架130和多个收合机构140。多个支架130间隔分布,且围绕于底座110外设置,多个支架130均与底座110铰接,支架130能够相对于底座110转动。每个收合机构140安装于一个支架130上,收合机构140能够在底座110的作用下带动支架130展开或者折叠,方便实用。本实施例中,支架130和收合机构140的数量均为四个,四个支架130呈矩形阵列分布,使得一键收合式床架100展开后形成矩形空腔150。锁定件120安装于支架130上,且选择性地与收合机构140连接,锁定件120能够在一键收合式床架100展开时对收合机构140进行锁定,从而锁定支架130的形状,防止支架130在外力作用下发生折叠或者偏移。
请结合参照图2和图3,值得注意的是,支架130包括立杆131、底框杆132、平衡杆133和两个围框杆134。底框杆132的一端与底座110铰接,另一端与立杆131铰接,底框杆132能够相对于立杆131转动,以使立杆131靠近或者远离底座110,具体地,当一键收合式床架100展开时,底框杆132与立杆131之间的夹角为90度。多个立杆131间隔地围设于底座110外,本实施例中,立杆131的数量为四个,四个立杆131呈矩形阵列分布。立杆131分别与两个围框杆134铰接,两个围框杆134均能够相对于立杆131转动,以使立杆131靠近或者远离底座110,具体地,当一键收合式床架100展开时,两个围框杆134 之间的夹角为90度,立杆131与两个围框杆134所在平面之间的夹角为90度,以形成矩形空腔150的一个棱角。每个围框杆134与相邻一个支架130的一个围框杆134铰接,以便于支架130的展开和折叠,具体地,当一键收合式床架100展开时,一个支架130的一个围框杆134与相邻一个支架130对应的一个围框杆134位于同一直线上,以形成矩形空腔150的一条侧边。平衡杆133与底框杆132平行间隔设置,平衡杆133的一端与底座110铰接,另一端与立杆131铰接,底框杆132转动时平衡杆133同步转动,平衡杆133能够增加底框杆132铰接动作的可靠性。
请结合参照图4和图5,收合机构140包括连杆组件141、滑动件142和两个围框连杆143。滑动件142与立杆131滑动连接,滑动件142能够相对于立杆131上下滑动。滑动件142分别与两个围框连杆143铰接,围框连杆143与围框杆134铰接,当滑动件142相对于立杆131向上滑动时,滑动件142通过围框连杆143推动围框杆134相对于立杆131转动,直至围框杆134垂直于立杆131,此时一键收合式床架100展开完成;当滑动件142相对于立杆131向下滑动时,滑动件142通过围框连杆143拉动围框杆134相对于立杆131回转,直至围框杆134贴合于立杆131,此时一键收合式床架100合拢完成。底框杆132通过连杆组件141与滑动件142连接,底框杆132能够通过连杆组件141带动滑动件142相对于立杆131上下滑动。连杆组件141能够在底框杆132转动至第一预设位置时带动滑动件142向立杆131靠近围框杆134的一端运动,以使围框连杆143将围框杆134推升至第二预设位置,完成一键收合式床架100的展开动作。本实施例中,第一预设位置为底框杆132与立杆131垂直的位置,第二预设位置为围框杆134与立杆131垂直的位置,但并不仅限于此,在其它实施例中,第一预设位置也可以为底框杆132与立杆131之间具有一定夹角的位置,第二预设位置也可以为围框杆134与立杆131之间具有一定夹角的位置。
值得注意的是,连杆组件141包括第一连杆144、第二连杆145和第三连杆146。第一连杆144安装于立杆131上,且与立杆131转动连接,具体地,第一连杆144的中部与立杆131铰接,第一连杆144能够相对于立杆131转动。第一连杆144的一端与第二连杆145铰接,另一端与第三连杆146铰接,当第二连杆145向下运动时,第三连杆146向上运动,当第二连杆145向上运动时,第三连杆146向下运动。第二连杆145与底框杆132铰接,第三连杆146与滑动件142铰接,当一键收合式床架100展开时,底座110向下运动,带动底框杆132相对于立杆131向下转动直至与立杆131垂直,此时第二连杆145向下运动,第三连杆146向上运动,推动滑动件142相对于立杆131向上滑动;当一键收合式床架100合拢时,底座110向上运动,带动底框杆132相对于立杆131向上转动直至与立杆131贴合,此时第二连杆145向上运动,第三连杆146向下运动,拉动滑动件142相对于立杆131向下滑动。
本实施例中,立杆131包括杆本体135和脚架136。脚架136固定安装于杆本体135的底部,且分别与第一连杆144和底框杆132铰接,第一连杆144和底框杆132均能够相对于脚架136转动。平衡杆133与底框杆132平行间隔设置,且设置于底框杆132的底部,平衡杆133的一端与底座110铰接,另一端与脚架136铰接。具体地,第一连杆144的转动方向所在平面与底框杆132的转动方向所在平面为同一平面,以减小传动阻力,提高传动效率。
本实施例中,围框杆134设置有限位块138,限位块138选择性地与另一个围框杆134抵持,以限制围框杆134转动的极限位置,防止围框杆134在向上转动至与立杆131垂直过后继续转动。
请参照图6,滑动件142包括安装部1421、第一连接部1422、第二连接部1423和第三连接部1424。第一连接部1422、第二连接部1423和第三连接部1424均与安装部1421固定连接,本实施例中,第一连接部1422、第二连接部1423、第三连接部1424和安装部1421一体成型,以提高连接强度。安装部1421与立杆131滑动连接,第一连接部1422和第二连接部1423相对设置,第一连接部1422与一个围框连杆143铰接,第二连接部1423与另一个围框连杆143铰接,第三连接部1424设置于第一连接部1422和第二连接部1423的底部,第三连接部1424与连杆组件141铰接。具体地,第三连接部1424与第三连杆146铰接,当第三连杆146带动第三连接部1424运动时,同步带动第一连接部1422和第二连接部1423发生位移,从而带动围框连杆143向上推动或者向下拉动围框杆134。
需要说明的是,安装部1421开设有滑槽1425,立杆131沿其长度方向设置有滑轨137,滑槽1425与滑轨137滑动配合,以减小滑动阻力。本实施例中,滑轨137的横截面呈T形,安装部1421与滑轨137配合,以防止安装部1421在运行过程中脱离滑轨137。
需要说明的是,锁定件120安装于立杆131上,且选择性地与滑动件142连接,以固定滑动件142与立杆131的相对位置,从而固定整个收合机构140的位置,进而固定一键收合式床架100的形状。本实施例中,锁定件120为锁套,锁定件120套设于滑动件142和立杆131外,当一键收合式床架100展开时,收紧锁定件120,以将滑动件142捆绑于立杆131上,防止滑动件142相对于立杆131运动。
在一键收合式床架100展开的过程中,首先向外拉动立杆131,或者将底座110向下推动,此时底框杆132相对于立杆131转动,直至与立杆131垂直的位置,在此过程中,第二连杆145在底框杆132的带动下向下运动,并通过第一连杆144翘起第三连杆146,使得第三连杆146推动滑动件142向上运动,从而推动围框连杆143向上运动,使得围框杆134相对于立杆131转动,直至与立杆131垂直的位置,此时围框杆134处于极限位置,随后利用锁定件120固定立杆131与滑动件142的相对位置,防止滑动件142发生位移, 从而锁定一键收合式床架100的形状。
本申请实施例提供的一键收合式床架100,底框杆132的一端与底座110铰接,另一端与立杆131铰接,多个立杆131间隔地围设于底座110外,立杆131分别与两个围框杆134铰接,每个围框杆134与相邻一个支架130的一个围框杆134铰接,滑动件142与立杆131滑动连接,滑动件142分别与两个围框连杆143铰接,围框连杆143与围框杆134铰接,底框杆132通过连杆组件141与滑动件142连接,连杆组件141能够在底框杆132转动至第一预设位置时带动滑动件142向立杆131靠近围框杆134的一端运动,以使围框连杆143将围框杆134推升至第二预设位置。与现有技术相比,本申请提供的一键收合式床架100由于采用了与底框杆132连接的连杆组件141以及与立杆131滑动连接的滑动件142,所以能够快速地进行展开使用或者合拢收纳的动作,操作方便,折叠效率高,实用性强,性价比高,使得游戏床方便实用,用户体验感好。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种一键收合式床架,其特征在于,包括底座、多个支架和多个收合机构,所述支架包括立杆、底框杆和两个围框杆,所述底框杆的一端与所述底座铰接,另一端与所述立杆铰接,多个所述立杆间隔地围设于所述底座外,所述立杆分别与两个所述围框杆铰接,每个所述围框杆与相邻一个所述支架的一个所述围框杆铰接,所述收合机构包括连杆组件、滑动件和两个围框连杆,所述滑动件与所述立杆滑动连接,所述滑动件分别与两个所述围框连杆铰接,所述围框连杆与所述围框杆铰接,所述底框杆通过所述连杆组件与所述滑动件连接,所述连杆组件能够在所述底框杆转动至第一预设位置时带动所述滑动件向所述立杆靠近所述围框杆的一端运动,以使所述围框连杆将所述围框杆推升至第二预设位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,多个所述立杆平行间隔地围设于所述底座外。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,所述连杆组件包括第一连杆、第二连杆和第三连杆,所述第一连杆安装于所述立杆上,且与所述立杆转动连接,所述第一连杆的一端与所述第二连杆铰接,另一端与所述第三连杆铰接,所述第二连杆与所述底框杆铰接,所述第三连杆与所述滑动件铰接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,所述立杆包括杆本体和脚架,所述脚架固定安装于所述杆本体的底部,且分别与所述第一连杆和所述底框杆铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,所述支架还包括平衡杆,所述平衡杆与所述底框杆平行间隔设置,所述平衡杆的一端与所述底座铰接,另一端与所述脚架铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求3至5中任一项所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,所述第一连杆的转动方向所在平面与所述底框杆的转动方向所在平面为同一平面。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,所述滑动件包括安装部、第一连接部、第二连接部和第三连接部,所述第一连接部、所述第二连接部和所述第三连接部均与所述安装部固定连接,所述安装部与所述立杆滑动连接,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相对设置,所述第一连接部与一个所述围框连杆铰接,所述第二连接部与另一个所述围框连杆铰接,所述第三连接部与所述连杆组件铰接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,所述安装部开设有滑槽, 所述立杆沿其长度方向设置有滑轨,所述滑槽与所述滑轨滑动配合。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,所述围框杆设置有限位块,所述限位块选择性地与另一个所述围框杆抵持,以限制所述围框杆转动的极限位置。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,所述一键收合式床架还包括锁定件,所述锁定件安装于所述立杆上,且选择性地与所述滑动件连接,以固定所述滑动件与所述立杆的相对位置。
  11. 根据权利要求3至6中任一项所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,当所述一键收合式床架展开时,所述底座向下运动,带动所述底框杆相对于所述立杆向下转动直至与所述立杆垂直,此时所述第二连杆向下运动,所述第三连杆向上运动,推动所述滑动件相对于所述立杆向上滑动。
  12. 根据权利要求3至6中任一项所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,当所述一键收合式床架合拢时,所述底座向上运动,带动所述底框杆相对于所述立杆向上转动直至与所述立杆贴合,此时所述第二连杆向上运动,所述第三连杆向下运动,拉动所述滑动件相对于所述立杆向下滑动。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,所述底框杆转动时所述平衡杆同步转动。
  14. 根据权利要求7或8所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,当所述第三连杆带动所述第三连接部运动时,同步带动所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部发生位移,从而带动所述围框连杆向上推动或者向下拉动所述围框杆。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的一键收合式床架,其特征在于,所述滑轨的横截面呈T形,所述安装部与所述滑轨配合。
  16. 一种游戏床,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至15任一项所述的一键收合式床架。
