Then the user may crank the crank handle 10 in the reverse direction to lower the top board 3 . When the top board 3 is at its lowest position, the user picks up the portable pedestal pan and places it into the carrying bag 27 , and zips it up for storage.

Abstract
The present invention is a portable pedestal pan—a specially designed structure that is used in places without interior bathrooms or where going to the bathroom is inconvenient (such as outdoors, in hospital wards, and in the vehicle) and that is easily portable. The present invention comprises a top board, a vertically retractable supporting mechanism that is set under the top board, wherein the supporting mechanism is equipped with a caging device for locking upon retraction. The supporting mechanism optionally has a bottom board 14 that is set underneath the supporting mechanism and is connected to it. The top board is optionally a ring with a hole in the middle. When the invention is used, the supporting mechanism under the top board is vertically unfolded, and is locked by the caging device, and a scrap bag is sleeved onto the top board. After use, the scrap bag is taken off. The supporting mechanism is folded. The present invention is easy to carry and reuse.
Description
- The present application claims the priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 201110006922.X, filed Jan. 13, 2011, under 35 U.S.C. §119, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
- The present invention relates to a pedestal pan.
- Portable pedestal pans currently on the market often cannot be folded for use and take up a large space when carried. Inflatable portable pedestal pans are not convenient to use due to the need for inflation and provide insufficient support.
- The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide portable pedestal pans that are conveniently folded, carried and used.
- The present invention provides the following technical solution to solve the above technical problem: a portable pedestal pan comprising a
top board 3 and a vertically retractable supporting mechanism that is set under thetop board 3, wherein the supporting mechanism is equipped with a caging device for locking upon retraction. - Compared with the existing technology, the present invention has the following advantages: when the portable pedestal pan of the present invention is used, the supporting mechanism under the top board is unfolded, and is locked by the caging device, and a scrap bag is sleeved onto the top board. After use, the scrap bag is taken off, the supporting mechanism is vertically folded. The present invention is easy to early and reuse.

- The present invention comprises a
top board 3, a vertically retractable supporting mechanism that is installed under thetop board 3, wherein the supporting mechanism is equipped with a caging (position-limiting) device for locking upon retraction. - The supporting mechanism optionally has a
bottom board 14 that is installed underneath the supporting mechanism and is connected to it. - The
top board 3 is optionally a ring with a hole in the middle. - When the invention is used the supporting mechanism under the top board is vertically unfolded, and is locked by a caging device, and a scrap bag is sleeved onto the top board. After use, the scrap bag is taken off, the supporting mechanism is folded. The present invention is easy to carry and reuse.
- The present invention is described in further detail by the following Examples:
- Referring to
FIGS. 1-6 , the present Example comprises an upperright guide rail 1, an upperright pulley 2, atop board 3, an upperright gliding hinge 4, a first right strut bar 5, a rightstrut bar hinge 6, a secondright strut bar 7, ascrew shaft 8, a frontscrew shaft block 9, acrank handle 10, a lower rightsliding hinge 11, a lowerright pulley 12, a lowerright guide rail 13, abottom board 14, an upperleft pulley 15, an upperleft guide rail 16, aninner block cloth 17, a leftstrut bar hinge 18, a firstleft strut bar 19, a secondleft strut bar 20, a left supportingspring 21, a lowerleft pulley 22, a lowerleft guide rail 23, ascrap bag 24, a connectingrod 25, a right supportingspring 26, a carryingbag 27 and anouter block cloth 28. - The supporting mechanism comprises the symmetric cross strut bars installed under the
top board 3, which are the mutually crossing a firstleft strut bar 19 and a secondleft strut bar 20 as well as the mutually crossed a first right strut bar 5 and a secondright strut bar 7. The firstleft strut bar 19 is connected to the secondleft strut bar 20 in the central part through the leftstrut bar hinge 18. The first right strut bar 5 is connected to the secondright strut bar 7 in the central part through the rightstrut bar hinge 6. The upper end of the first right strut bar 5 is fixed at the bottom of thetop board 3 through the upperright gliding hinge 4. The upper end of the secondright strut bar 7 slides in the guide rail set at the bottom of thetop board 3. The lower end of the secondright strut bar 7 is fixed at thebottom board 14 through the lowerright gliding hinge 11. The lower end of the first right strut bar 5 slides in the guide rail set at thebottom board 14 and locked by the caging device. The connection of the firstleft strut bar 19 and the secondleft strut bar 20 to thetop board 3 and thebottom board 14 is symmetrically identical to that of the first right strut bar 5 and the secondright strut bar 7. - The upper end of the first
left strut bar 19 is fixed at the bottom of thetop board 3 by the sliding hinge, the lower end of the secondleft strut bar 20 is fixed at thebottom board 14 by the sliding hinge. - The caging device comprises a connecting
rod 25, the connectingrod 25 is connected to thecrank handle 10, and the connectingrod 25 is welded with a nut coupling with ascrew shaft 8 and is fixedly connected to the firstleft strut bar 19 and the first right strut bar 5. Thecrank handle 10 is detachably connected to thescrew shaft 8. Cranking thecrank handle 10 drives thescrew shaft 8 to rotate, which in turn drives the connectingrod 25 to move, which in turn drives the movement of the firstleft strut bar 19 and the first right strut bar 5. - The strut bars' movement on the top board and bottom board is effectuated by the pulleys. Specifically, the lower
left pulley 22 is fixed at the lower end of the firstleft strut bar 19. The lowerright pulley 12 is fixed at the lower end of time secondright strut bar 19. The lower leftpulley 22 is buckled in the lowerleft guide rail 23, the lowerright pulley 12 is buckled in the lowerright guide rail 13. The lowerleft guide rail 23 and the lowerright guide rail 13 are parallelly fixed at thebottom board 14. - The upper left
pulley 15 is fixed at the upper end of the second upperleft strut bar 20. The upperright pulley 2 is fixed at the upper end of the second upperright strut bar 7. The upper leftpulley 15 is buckled in the upperleft guide rail 16. The upperright pulley 12 is buckled in the upperright guide rail 1. The upperleft guide rail 16 and upperright guide rail 1 are parallelly fixed under the top board. - The
left supporting spring 21 and theright supporting spring 26 are installed on the bottom board. Theleft supporting spring 21 and theright supporting spring 26 are used to auxiliarily lift thetop board 3 when the distance between thetop board 3 and thebottom board 14 is at its minimum and the crank handle 10 is cranked. The arbitrarily foldedinner block cloth 17 and theouter block cloth 28 are installed separately between thetop board 3 and thebottom board 14 to make the present invention esthetically pleasing and safe to use. - When using the present invention, a user unzips the carrying
bag 27, takes out the portable pedestal pan, sleeves the crank handle 10 onto the front end of thescrew shaft 8, and cranks the crank handle 10 to drive thescrew shaft 8 to rotate, and the top board of the present invention is automatically raised. After the top board is raised to the desired height, the user can stop cranking thecrank handle 8. Then the user may sleeve thescrap bag 24 into the central hole of thetop board 3 so as to form an inner chamber in the scrap bag, an easy-to-use portable pedestal pan is thus made. Once use is complete, the user gathers up thescrap bag 24, ties a knot at the opening of thescrap bag 24, and thescrap bag 24 with excrement can be disposed of in the right place when convenient. Then the user may crank the crank handle 10 in the reverse direction to lower thetop board 3. When thetop board 3 is at its lowest position, the user picks up the portable pedestal pan and places it into the carryingbag 27, and zips it up for storage. - To sum up, in this Example, an easy-to-use pedestal pan is formed when it ascends to the appropriate height by, the crank handle mechanism (a caging device). The crank handle mechanism (a caging device) can also be used to lower it into a very, thin size, thus easy to carry and store.
- Referring to
FIGS. 7˜12 , the present Example comprises afirst hinge 31, ahook buckle 32, atop board 3, asecond hinge 34, afirst hinge pin 35, an upper supportingboard 36, atorsion spring 37, asecond hinge pin 38, a lower supportingboard 39, athird hinge pin 310, athird hinge 311, abottom board 14, ascrap bag 24, a carryingbag 27, ahook buckle spring 315, afourth hinge pin 316, and ahook buckle clasp 317. - In the present Example, the supporting mechanism comprises an upper supporting
board 36 and a lower supportingboard 39. The upper supportingboard 36 is connected to thetop board 3 through thesecond hinge 34. Thesecond hinge 34 is fixed on thetop board 3. The upper supportingboard 36 is connected to thesecond hinge 34 through thefirst hinge pin 35. The lower end of the upper supportingboard 36 is connected to the upper end of the lower supportingboard 39 through the hinge. The caging device comprises thetorsion spring 37 which is set at the place of contact between the upper supportingboard 36 and the lower supportingboard 39, so as to form an outward convex angle between the upper supportingboard 36 and the lower supportingboard 39 when opened, to prop up thetop board 3, and maintain stability between the upper supporting board (36) and the lower supportingboard 39. - The
optional bottom board 14 is installed under the top board. The lower end of the lower supportingboard 39 is connected to thebottom board 14 through thethird hinge 311. Thethird hinge 311 is fixed on thebottom board 14. The lower supportingboard 39 is connected to thethird hinge 311 through thethird hinge pin 310. The upper supportingboard 36, the lower supportingboard 39 and thetorsion spring 37 are connected together through thesecond hinge pin 38. - It is foldable between the upper supporting
board 36 and the lower supportingboard 39. - The
hook buckle 32 is also installed under thetop board 3. Thehook buckle 32 is connected to thetop board 3 through thefirst hinge 31. Thefirst hinge 31 is fixed under the topbottom board 3. Thehook buckle spring 315 is installed on thehook buckle 32. Thehook buckle 32 is connected to thefirst hinge 31 through thehinge pin 316 and thehook buckle spring 315, and always maintains deflection in one direction under the action of thehook buckle spring 315. Thehook buckle clasp 317 is installed on thebottom board 14. The end of thehook buckle 32 is equipped with a reverse hook. When carried, the upper supportingboard 36 and the lower supportingboard 39 are folded. The distance between thetop board 3 and thebottom board 14 matches the length of thehook buckle 32. The reverse hook at the end of thehook buckle 32 is buckled into thehook buckle clasp 317, and remains buckled with thehook buckle clasp 317 under the action of thehook buckle spring 315, 50 that the upper supportingboard 36 and the lower supportingboard 39 remain folded, the distance between thetop board 3 and thebottom board 14 is kept at the minimum, so as to make it easy to be placed into the carryingbag 27. - In the present Example, there are one or more hook buckles 32 and related structural components, as well as two or more sets of upper supporting
boards 36 and lower supportingboards 39 and related structural components. - When using the present Example, a user may unzip the carrying
bag 27, take out the portable pedestal pan that is in the folding state, pull thehook buckle 32 so that the reverse hook at the end of thehook buckle 32 is released from thehook buckle clasp 317 fixed on thebottom board 14. Thetop bottom 3 is automatically propped up a certain height to a stop under the action of thetorsion spring 37, the upper supportingboard 36 and the lower supportingboard 39, so that the upper supportingboard 36 and the lower supportingboard 39 reach a stable position. - The user can sleeve the
scrap bag 24 into the central hole of thetop board 3, so as to form an inner chamber in the scrap bag. An easy-to-use portable pedestal pan is thus made. Once use is complete, the user may pick up thescrap bag 24, tie a knot at the opening of thescrap bag 24, and thescrap bag 24 with excrement can be disposed of in the right place when convenient. - To fold the present invention, the user may push the place of connection between the upper supporting
board 36 and the lower supportingboard 39 inward, so that the upper supportingboard 36 and the lower supportingboard 39 are released from the stop, and at the same time, the user may push thetop board 3 toward the bottom board until the reverse hook at the end of thehook buckle 32 automatically buckles into thehook buckle clasp 317 under the action of thehook buckle spring 315, and the present invention is back to the folded state. Then, the user may place the pedestal pan of the present invention into the carryingbag 27 and zip it for storage. - To sum up, in this Example, a pedestal pan that is of the proper height and easy to use can be quickly set up by the mechanism comprising hinges and springs. It can also be easily and quickly reduced to very thin size, making it easy to carry and store.
- Referring to
FIGS. 13˜16 , one embodiment of the present invention comprises atop board 3, strut bars 51, the first strutbar connection pieces 52, the second strutbar connection pieces 53, abottom board 14, the first connectingrods 54, the second connectingrods 55, arotatable disk 56, aturntable shaft 57, afirst caging post 58, asecond caging post 59, ahandle 510, the first bearings 511, the first shaft pins 512, the second shaft pins 513, thesecond bearings 514, and the third shaft pins 515. - In the present Example, the supporting mechanism comprises a
rotatable disk 56 which is installed on thebottom board 14. At least three first strutbar connection pieces 52 which are set under thetop board 3. An identical number of second strutbar connection pieces 53 which are set on thebottom board 14. The first strutbar connection pieces 52 are connected to the secondbar connection pieces 53 by the strut bars 51. Thetop board 3 is rotatable. The second strutbar connecting pieces 53 are rotatable on thebottom board 14. The second strutbar connecting pieces 53 are connected to the second connectingrods 55. The secondconnecting rods 55 are connected to the first connectingrods 54. The first connectingrods 54 are connected to therotatable disk 56. The caging device is installed on thebottom board 14. - Specifically, the first strut
bar connection pieces 52 are rotatable around the first bearings 511 fixed under thetop board 3. The upper end of the strut bars 51 are connected to the first strutbar connection pieces 52 through the first shaft pins 512 and are rotatable around the first shaft pin 512. The second strutbar connection pieces 53 are rotatable around thesecond bearings 514 fixed on thebottom board 14. The lower end of the strut bars 51 are connected to the first strutbar connection pieces 53 through the first shaft pins 512 and are rotatable around the second shaft pins 513. One end of the second connectingrods 55 is fastened to the second strutbar connection piece 53. The other end is connected to one end of the first connectingrod 54 through a shaft pin, and is rotatable around this pin shaft. The other end of the first connectingrod 54 is connected to the third pin shaft 515 fixed on therotatable disk 56, and is rotate around the third pin shaft 515. - The
rotatable disk 56 are rotatable around theturntable shaft 57 fastened onto the bottom board. - The caging device comprises the
handle 510 fixed on therotatable disk 56, and afirst caging post 58 and asecond caging post 59 are set on the bottom board. One end of thehandle 510 is connected to therotatable disk 56. One section of thehandle 510 is positioned between thefirst caging post 58 and thesecond caging post 59. When the handle abuts thesecond caging post 59, an acute angle is formed between the second connectingrod 55 and the first connectingrod 54, and when the handle abuts thefirst caging post 58, an obtuse angle is formed between the second connectingrod 55 and the first connectingrod 54. - When in motion, viewed from the top, the top board rotates counterclockwise, the first strut
bar connection pieces 52 and the second strutbar connection pieces 53 also rotate counterclockwise. - When the present Example unfolds, a user can pull the
handle 510 fixed on therotatable disk 56, therotatable disk 56 rotates, driving the first connectingrods 54 and the second connectingrods 55 to rotate correspondingly. When thehandle 510 abuts thesecond caging post 59, the angle between the first connectingrod 54 and the second connectingrod 55 is an acute angle. If the present Example is to fold up, thetop board 3 must rotate clockwise, which will drive the second connectingrods 55 to rotate clockwise, but one end of the second connectingrod 55 is jacked by the first connectingrod 54, so that the present Example cannot fold up, thus locked in the unfolded state. - But when the
handle 510 is pulled in a direction to abut thefirst caging post 58, the angle between the first connectingrod 54 and the second connectingrod 55 is a relatively big obtuse angle. When thetop board 3 is folded up clockwise, the second connectingrod 55 is also driven to rotate clockwise, the second connectingrod 55 also rotates together with the first connectingrod 54 and would not get stuck. - The present Examples is used in essentially the same way as the above-described Examples. A user can unzip the carrying
bag 27, take out the present invention, so that thetop board 3 rotates against thebottom board 14 counterclockwise. When thestrut bar 51 is completely erected, the user can pull thehandle 510 toward thesecond caging post 59, so that a small acute angle is formed between the first connectingrod 54 and the second connecting rod. 55, and the supporting mechanism is in a self-locked condition. The user can sleeve thescrap bag 24 into the central hole of thetop board 3, so as to form an inner chamber in the scrap bag, an easy-to-use portable pedestal pan is thus made. Once use is complete, the user can pick up thescrap bag 24, tie a knot at the opening of thescrap bag 24, and thescrap bag 24 with excrement can be disposed of in the right place when convenient. - When a user pulls the
handle 510 to abut thefirst caging post 58, thetop board 3 rotates against thebottom board 14 clockwise until the distance between thetop board 3 and the bottom board is at its minimum. Then the user can place the present Example into the carryingbag 27, and zip up for storage. - To sum up, in this example, a pedestal pan that is of the proper height and easy to use is readily formed by the mechanism comprising a handle and strut bars, and locking and unlocking is easy to operate, making it easy to use.
- Referring to
FIGS. 17˜20 , the present Example comprises atop board 3, strut bars 51, the first strutbar connection pieces 52, the second strutbar connection pieces 53, abottom board 14, the first connectingrods 54, the second connectingrods 55, arotatable disk 56, aturntable shaft 57, anaction switch 516, amotor 517, amotor gear 518, asensor aperture 519 on a connecting rod B, a firstinfrared sensor switch 520, and a secondinfrared sensor switch 521. - The structure of this Example is essentially the same as Example 3, but the caging device is electronic, different from the manual caging device in Example 3. The
rotatable disk 56 in the present Example is driven by themotor 517, different from the manual rotation in Example 3. - The caging device comprises the
motor 517. Themotor gear 518 is installed on themotor 517. Themotor gear 518 drives therotatable disk 56 to rotate. The firstinfrared sensor switch 520 and the secondinfrared sensor switch 521 are installed on thebottom board 14. Thesensor aperture 519, corresponding to the firstinfrared sensor switch 520 and the secondinfrared sensor switch 521, is installed on the second connectingrod 55. When the second connectingrod 55 moves to the position where thesensor aperture 519 corresponds to the firstinfrared sensor switch 520, an acute angle is formed between the second connectingrod 55 and the first connectingrod 54. When the second connectingrod 55 moves to the position where thesensor aperture 519 corresponds to the secondinfrared sensor switch 521, an obtuse angle is formed between the second connectingrod 55 and the first connectingrod 54. - Specifically, when the
top board 3 in the folded state rotates counterclockwise and unfolds until the strut bars 51 are completely erected, thesensor aperture 519 on the second connectingrod 55 corresponds to the secondinfrared sensor switch 521. Then, themotor 517 automatically starts up, driving therotatable disk 56 by themotor gear 518 to rotate clockwise. The first connectingrod 54 pushes the second connectingrod 55 to turn until thesensor aperture 519 on the second connectingrod 55 corresponds to the firstinfrared sensor switch 520. The angle between the first connectingrod 54 and the second connectingrod 55 is a relatively small acute angle, so that the second strutbar connection pieces 53 cannot rotate clockwise, thus thetop board 3 cannot automatically fold up, and themotor 517 automatically stops running. - When the present Example is to be folded up, a user can switch on the
action switch 516, themotor 517 runs, driving therotatable disk 56 to rotate counterclockwise, and therotatable disk 56 in turn drives the first connectingrods 54 and the second connectingrods 55 to move correspondingly. When thesensor aperture 519 on the second connectingrod 55 corresponds to the secondinfrared sensor switch 521, the angle between the first connectingrod 54 and the second connectingrod 55 is a relatively big obtuse angle, thetop board 3 can rotate clockwise to fold up, and themotor 517 automatically stops running. - To sum up, compared with Example 3, the present Example, through the motor operation, is easier to lock and unlock and more convenient to use.
- Example 4 is used essentially the same way as Example 3. When the present Example is used, a user can unzip the carrying
bag 27, take out the pedestal pan of the present invention, thetop board 3 rotates counterclockwise against thebottom board 14. Themotor 517 automatically starts up until thesensor aperture 519 on the second connectingrod 55 corresponds to the firstinfrared sensor switch 520, so that a small acute angle is formed between the first connectingrod 54 and the second connectingrod 55. The mechanism is in a self-locked condition, and themotor 517 automatically stops running. Then the user may sleeve thescrap bag 24 into the central hole of thetop board 3, so as to form an inner chamber in the scrap bag, an easy-to-use pedestal pan is thus made. Once use is complete, the user can pick up thescrap bag 24, and tie a knot at the opening of thescrap bag 24. Thescrap bag 24 with excrement can be disposed of in the right place when convenient. - Upon pressing the
action switch 516 by a user, themotor 517 runs, thetop board 3 rotates clockwise against thebottom board 14 until thesensor aperture 519 on the second connectingrod 55 corresponds to the firstinfrared sensor switch 520, so that a small acute angle is formed between the first connectingrod 54 and the second connectingrod 55. Thetop board 3 can rotate clockwise and is folded up, themotor 517 automatically stops running. Then a user can place the portable pedestal pan into the carryingbag 27, and zip up for storage. - Referring to
FIGS. 21˜24 , the present example of the invention comprises atop board 3, a first supportingfoot 71, a second supportingfoot 72, supportinglegs 73, conversion limit buckles 74, limit springs 75, convex limitingblocks 76, and shaft pins 77. - The supporting mechanism in the present Example comprises at least two supporting feet, and the upper ends of the supporting feet are connected to the
top board 3. - In the present Example, there are two supporting feet, i.e., the supporting
foot 71 and the second supportingfoot 72. The upper ends of the first supportingfoot 71 and the second supportingfoot 72 are connected to thetop board 3 through shaft pins 77 and bent to be parallel with thetop board 3. - The first supporting
foot 71 and the second supportingfoot 72 can be two plane supporting feet, and can also consist of crossing or connected single columnar supporting legs. In the present Example, they are comprised of two connectedcolumnar supporting legs 73 and are symmetrical. - In the present Example, there can also be multiple supporting feet, such as three columnar supporting feet, where each supporting foot can be a single supporting leg.
- The caging device comprises conversion limit buckles 74, limit springs 75 and convex limiting blocks 76. The conversion limit buckles 74 and convex limiting
blocks 76 are installed on the first supportingfoot 71 and the second supportingfoot 72, respectively, and the conversion limit buckles 74 and limit springs 75 are connected and coordinate with the limitingblocks 76 under the action of the limit springs (75). - When the present Example is used, a user first opens the supporting foot A and the supporting foot B, pulls the two supporting feet to make them rotate around the shaft pins 77, so that the first supporting
foot 71 and the second supportingfoot 72 move from the initially being parallel with thetop board 3 to be perpendicular to thetop board 3. - Secondly, the user pulls the conversion limit buckles 74 laterally away from the
top board 3 until the conversion limit buckles 74 are blocked by the convex limitingblocks 76 under the action of limit springs 75. At this time, under the action of the conversion limit buckles 74 and limit springs 75, the first supportingfoot 71 and the second supportingfoot 72 cannot fold up laterally toward thetop board 3, thus maintaining the stability of the present Example. - Then, the user may sleeve the
scrap bag 24 into the central hole of thetop board 3, so as to form an inner chamber in the scrap bag, an easy-to-use pedestal pan is thus made. - When folding up, the user may simply pull the conversion limit buckles 74 which are installed on the first supporting
foot 71 and the second supportingfoot 72 toward thetop board 3. The conversion limit buckles 74 after rotating a certain angle are blocked by the convex limitingblocks 76 installed on the first supportingfoot 71 and the second supportingfoot 72, so that the first supportingfoot 71 and the second supportingfoot 72 automatically fold up to be parallel with thetop board 3 under the action of the limit springs 75, making the present Example easy to fold up and carry. - The foregoing Examples have been provided to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention and are not intended to be limiting the scope of the present invention. Although the present invention is illustrated in detail with reference to the Examples, a person of ordinary skill in the relevant art shall understand that the technical solution of the present invention encompasses all modifications, alternations, and substitutions within the spirit and scope of the claims.
Claims (18)
1. A portable pedestal pan comprising
a top board (3), and
a retractable supporting mechanism that is set under the top board (3),
wherein the supporting mechanism is equipped with a caging device for locking upon retraction and the supporting mechanism is retractable in a direction vertical to the top board.
2. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 1 , characterized in that the supporting mechanism is connected to a bottom board (14) that is set under the supporting mechanism.
3. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 1 , characterized in that the top board (3) is a ring with a hole in the middle.
4. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 2 , characterized in that the supporting mechanism comprises
a symmetric cross strut bars set under the top board (3) comprising mutually crossing a first left strut bar (19) and a second left strut bar (20) and mutually crossing a first right strut bar (5) and a second right strut bar (7),
wherein an upper end of the first right strut bar (5) is fixed at the bottom of the top board (3) through an upper right gliding hinge (4) and an upper end of the second right strut bar (7) slides in a first guide rail set at the bottom of the top board (3), a lower end of the second right strut bar (7) is fixed at the bottom board (14) through a lower right gliding hinge (11) and a lower end of the first right strut bar (5) slides in a second guide rail set at the bottom board (14) and locked by the caging device, and
wherein the connection of the first left strut bar (19) and the second left strut bar (20) to the top board (3) and the bottom board (14) is symmetrically identical to that of the first right strut bar (5) and the second right strut bar (7).
5. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 4 , characterized in that the caging device comprises
a connecting rod (25),
wherein the connecting rod (25) is connected to a crank handle (10), and
wherein the connecting rod (25) is welded with a nut coupling with a screw shaft (8) and is also fixedly connected to the first left strut bar (19) and the first right strut bar (5).
6. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 5 , characterized in that
a lower left pulley (22) is fixed at a lower end of the first left strut bar (19),
a lower right pulley (12) is fixed at a lower end of the first right strut bar (5),
the lower left pulley (22) is buckled in a lower left guide rail (23),
the lower right pulley (12) is buckled in a lower right guide rail (13),
the lower left guide rail (23) and the lower right guide rail (13) are fixed at the bottom board (14) in parallel,
an upper left pulley (15) is fixed at the upper end of the second left strut bar (20),
an upper right pulley (2) is fixed at the upper end of the second upper right strut bar (7),
the upper left pulley (15) is buckled in an upper left guide rail (16),
the upper right pulley (2) is buckled in an upper right guide rail (1), and
an upper left guide rail (16) and an upper right guide rail (1) are fixed under the top board (3) in parallel.
7. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 7 , characterized in that a left supporting spring (21) and a right supporting spring (26) are also installed on the bottom board (14).
8. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 2 , characterized in that the supporting mechanism comprises
an upper supporting board (36), and
a lower supporting board (39),
wherein the upper supporting board (36) is connected to the top board (3) through a second hinge (34),
wherein a lower end of the upper supporting board (36) is connected to an upper end of the lower supporting board (39) through a second hinge, and
wherein the caging device comprises a torsion spring (37) which is installed at a place of contact between the upper supporting board (36) and the lower supporting board (39), so as to form an outward convex angle between the upper supporting board (36) and the lower supporting board (39) when opened, to prop up the top board (3), and maintain stability between the upper supporting board (36) and the lower supporting board (39).
9. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 8 , characterized in that a lower end of the lower supporting board (39) is connected to the bottom board (14) by a hinge (311), wherein the hinge (311) is fixed on the bottom board (14).
10. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 9 , characterized in that
a hook buckle (32) is also installed under the top board (3),
the hook buckle is connected to the top board (3) through an additional hinge (31),
the additional hinge A (31) is fixed under the top board (3),
a hook buckle spring (315) is installed on the hook buckle (32),
the hook buckle (32) always maintains deflection in one direction under the action of the hook buckle spring (315),
a hook buckle clasp (317) is installed on the bottom board (14), and
the hook buckle (32) at its end is equipped with a reverse hook.
11. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 10 , characterized in that there are one or more hook buckles (32) and two or more upper supporting boards (36) and lower supporting boards (39).
12. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 2 , characterized in that the supporting mechanism comprises
a rotatable disk (56) which is installed on the bottom board (14),
at least three first strut bar connecting pieces (52) which are installed under the top board (3), and
an identical number of second strut bar connecting pieces (53) which are installed on the bottom board (14),
the first strut bar connecting pieces (52) are connected to the second strut bar connecting pieces (53) by strut bars (51),
the top board (3) is rotatable,
the second strut bar connecting pieces (53) are rotatable on the bottom board (14),
the second strut bar connecting pieces (53) are connected to second connecting rods (5)
the second connecting rods (55) are connected to first connecting rods (54),
the first connecting rods (54) are connected to the rotatable disk (56), and
the caging device is installed on the bottom board (14).
13. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 12 , characterized in that the caging device comprises
a handle (510) fixed on the rotatable disk (56), and
a first caging post (58) and a second caging post (59) both of which are installed on the bottom board,
wherein one end of the handle (510) is connected to the rotatable disk (56), one section of the handle (510) is positioned between the first caging post (58) and the second caging post (59),
wherein when the handle abuts the second caging post (59), an acute angle is formed between the second connecting rod (55) and the first connecting rod (54), and
when the handle abuts the first caging post (58), an obtuse angle is formed between the second connecting rod (55) and the first connecting rod (54).
14. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 12 , characterized in that the caging device comprises
an action switch (516), and
a motor (517),
wherein a motor gear (518) is installed on the motor (517),
the motor gear (518) drives the rotatable disk (56) to rotate,
wherein a first infrared sensor switch (52) and a second infrared sensor switch (521) are installed on the bottom board (14), and a sensor aperture (519) corresponding to a first infrared sensor switch (520) and a second infrared sensor switch (521) is installed on the second connecting rod (55),
wherein when the second connecting rod (55) moves to a position where the sensor aperture (519) corresponds to the first infrared sensor switch (52), an acute angle is formed between the second connecting rod (55) and the first connecting rod (54), and
when the second connecting rod (55) moves to a position where the sensor aperture (519) corresponds to the second infrared sensor switch (521), an obtuse angle is formed between the second connecting rod (55) and the first connecting rod (54).
15. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 1 , characterized in that the supporting mechanism comprises
at least two supporting feet, and
a top of the supporting foot is connected to the top board (3).
16. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 15 , characterized in that
the two supporting feet are a first supporting foot (71) and a second supporting foot (72), and the tops of the first supporting foot (71) and the second supporting foot (72) are respectively connected to the top board (3) through shaft pins (77) and bent to be parallel with the top board (3).
17. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 16 , characterized in that the first supporting foot (71) and the second supporting foot (72) respectively comprises two connected support legs (73) and are symmetrical.
18. The portable pedestal pan according to claim 15 , characterized in that the caging device comprises
conversion limit buckles (74),
limit springs (75), and
convex limiting blocks (76),
wherein the conversion limit buckle (74) and the convex limiting block (76) are respectively installed on a first supporting foot (71) and a second supporting foot (72), respectively, and the conversion limit buckle (74) and the spring (75) are connected and mutually coordinated with the convex limiting block (76) under the action of the limit spring (75).
