With continued reference to FIG. 7, in some embodiments hinge plate 1321 includes an upper plate 1325, a lower plate 1326, and side plates 1327. The lower plate 1325 is provided with a through hole 132b through which the blocking piece 1323 passes, the first end of the short connecting rod 131 is hinged to the upper plate 1325 and/or the lower plate 1326, and the short connecting rod 131 is hinged to the upper plate 1325 and the lower plate 1326 at the same time, so that stability during rotation can be enhanced. A side plate 1327 connects the upper plate 1325 and the lower plate 1326, the side plate 1327 being located inside the short link 131, that is, on the side of the short link 131 toward the other hinge unit 132. The side plate 1327 abuts against the connection plate 1322 to define a rotation range of the short link 131, so that the two hinge units 132 can only approach each other but cannot separate from each other when the short link 131 rotates.
Referring to fig. 7-8, in some embodiments, each hinge unit 132 further includes a hinge operation member 1324, and the hinge operation member 1324 is configured to move the blocking piece 1323 up and down. The top and bottom ends of the blocking piece 1323 are respectively bent and extended to form an upper bending plate 1328 and a lower bending plate 1329, and the extending directions of the upper bending plate 1328 and the lower bending plate 1329 are perpendicular to the moving direction of the blocking piece 1323. Upper plate 1325 is located above upper plate 1328, and upper plate 1328 cannot continue to slide upward when upper plate 1328 slides upward against upper plate 1325, and upper plate 1325 can limit the sliding travel of upper plate 1328. The lower bending plate 1329 is clamped to the hinge operation member 1324 and abuts against the hinge operation member 1324, so that the hinge operation member 1324 can drive the blocking piece 1323 to slide, the lower bending plate 1329 is not easy to release from the hinge operation member 1324, and the assembly is convenient.
Referring to fig. 9, each of the hinge units further includes a housing 1331, and the housing 1331 has a sliding hole that can function as a guide. The upper bending plate 1328 is slidably disposed in the sliding hole, and the size of the sliding hole is matched with the size of the upper bending plate 1328, so that the upper bending plate 1328 can stably slide in the sliding hole, and further, the blocking piece 1323 can stably slide.
With continued reference to fig. 7, the connecting plate 1322 is formed with an extension plate 1330 extending in a bending manner, the extension plate 1330 extends in the same direction as the movement direction of the blocking piece 1323, and the extension plate 1330 may rotate to abut against the blocking piece 1323 to limit the rotation range of the short link 131, so as to prevent the short link 131 from rotating excessively and protect the short link 131.
As shown in fig. 10-11, in some embodiments, each of the connectors 120 includes a housing 121 and a locking member 122. The shell 121 is connected with the first connecting rod 110 and hinged with the second end of the short connecting rod 131 and the supporting leg 140; the housing 121 is provided with a release long hole 121a and a lock long hole 121b communicating with the release long hole 121 a. The locking piece 122 is slidably connected to the release slot 121a or the locking slot 121b, and when the locking piece 122 slides to the locking slot 121b, it abuts against the corresponding supporting leg 140, so as to block the corresponding supporting leg 140 from rotating relative to the housing 121; the locking piece 122 is located in the locking slot 121a, and releases the abutment with the supporting leg 140, and the supporting leg 140 can rotate relative to the housing to fold.
The extending direction of the locking slot 121b is parallel to the extending direction of the supporting leg 140, when the locking member 122 is located in the locking slot 121b, the locking member 122 abuts against the supporting leg 140, and the locking member 122 has self-locking property, and the locking member 122 cannot be driven to slide by rotating the supporting leg 140. The release slot 121a extends from the lock slot 121b and is disposed away from the support leg 140, so that when the locking member 122 is released, the locking member 122 needs to be pushed to slide to the release slot 121a against the force of the elastic member, and when the locking member 122 is released, the elastic member can drive the locking member 122 to slide from the release slot 121a to the lock slot 121b. For ease of operation, the connector 120 may further include a lock operation member 123, the lock operation member 123 being connected to the lock 122 for pushing the lock 122 to slide.
In some embodiments, the connecting member 120 may further include an elastic member (not shown in the drawings), where the elastic member is clamped between the locking member 122 and the housing 121, and the elastic member applies force to the locking member 122, so that the locking member 122 has a constant motion tendency of sliding into the locking long hole 121b, that is, the locking member 122 is always located in the locking long hole 121b without an external force, so that the locking member 122 is kept in a locked state.
As shown in fig. 10, in some embodiments, the infant sleeping basket 210 includes a basket frame 211 and a first locking mechanism 300, the first locking mechanism 300 being disposed on the basket frame 211. The number of the first locking mechanisms 300 is two, and the two first locking mechanisms 300 are respectively arranged on one group of opposite sides of the sleeping basket 211. The other opposite sides of the sleeping basket 211 are arc-shaped rods which are convex upwards, and the arc-shaped rods have strong bearing capacity. It can be appreciated that the other set of opposite sides of the sleeping basket 211 may be telescopic loop bars, and the telescopic loop bars may be used for adjusting the length, so that the sleeping basket 211 may be connected to the two first connecting bars 110 and the two second connecting bars 130, so as to satisfy infants with different heights.
As shown in fig. 13-15, the first locking mechanism 300 includes a first clasp 310 and a first locking member 320. The first fastening member 310 is disposed on the sleeping basket 211, the first fastening member 310 has a fastening slot 310a, and a slot wall of the fastening slot 310a abuts against a surface of the short connecting rod 131, so that the first fastening member 310 can be covered on an upper surface and a side surface of the short connecting rod 131.
The first locking member 320 is rotatably disposed on the first fastening member 310, and when the first locking member 320 rotates to one side of the lower surface of the short link 131, the first locking member 320 interferes with the upper surface, the lower surface and the side surface of the short link, and the first locking mechanism 300 locks the sleeping basket 211 and the short link 131; when the first locking member is rotated to the side of the side surface of the short link 131, the first locking mechanism 300 releases the cradle 211 and the short link 131.
With continued reference to fig. 14-15, in some embodiments, the first locking mechanism 300 further includes a locking operator 330 and a return spring 340. The locking operation member 330 is slidably disposed on the first fastening member 310, the locking operation member 330 is in transmission connection with the first locking member 320, and the locking operation member 330 may drive the first locking member 320 to rotate. The locking operation member 330 has a locking position and a releasing position, the first locking member 320 is in a locking state when the locking operation member 330 is in the locking position, and the first locking member 320 is in a releasing state when the locking operation member 330 is in the releasing position. The return spring 340 is disposed between the locking operation member 330 and the first fastening member 310, and the return spring 340 applies a force to the locking operation member 330, so that the locking operation member 330 always has a tendency to slide to the locking position, i.e. the locking operation member 330 is always located at the locking position without an external force. So that the first locking member 320 constantly has a tendency to rotate to the side of the lower surface of the short link 131, and the first locking mechanism 300 remains locked.
As shown in fig. 14, in some embodiments, the first locking mechanism 300 further includes a pressing block 331, where the pressing block 331 is disposed on the locking operation member 330, the pressing block 331 may be a triangular bump, and when the locking operation member 330 drives the pressing block 331 to move up and down, a surface of the bump abutting against the first locking member 320 moves left and right relative to the first locking member 320 at the same time, so as to push the first locking member 320 to rotate. The pressing block 331 may be integrally formed with the locking operation member 330 for convenience of manufacture.
With continued reference to fig. 13-15, in some embodiments, the first locking mechanism 300 further includes a torsion spring 350, with two arms of the torsion spring 350 abutting the first clasp 310 and the first locker 320, respectively. The torsion spring 350 acts on the first locking member 320, and when the locking operation member 330 is located at the unlocking position under the action of external force, the torsion spring 350 drives the first locking to rotate to the side surface of the short link 131, so that the first locking mechanism 300 is unlocked.
In summary, the locking and unlocking of the infant basket 210 and the infant bed frame 100 can be completed by rotating the first locking member 320, which is beneficial to the quick assembly and disassembly of the infant bed frame 100, and meanwhile, the infant basket 210 can be prevented from falling from the infant bed frame 100. The infant sleeping basket 210 is used for sleeping an infant, the infant can lie in the infant sleeping basket 210 for a long time, and the return spring 340 enables the infant sleeping basket 210 to keep continuous locking connection with the infant sleeping basket 100, so that the infant sleeping basket 210 can be prevented from falling accidentally, and the use safety of the infant sleeping basket 210 is improved.
As shown in fig. 16-17, in some embodiments, the diaper table 220 includes a stand 221 and a second locking mechanism 222, the second locking mechanism 222 is disposed on the stand 221, and the second locking mechanism 222 includes a second fastening member 2221 and a second locking member 2222. The second fastening member 2221 is disposed on the rack 221, and the second fastening member 2221 may be disposed on an upper surface and a side surface of the short link 131. The second locking member 2222 is rotatably disposed on the second fastening member 2221, and when the second locking member 2222 rotates to the lower surface side of the short link 131, the second locking mechanism 222 locks the stand 2221 and the short link 131; when the second locking member 2222 is rotated to the side of the side surface of the short link 131, the second locking mechanism 222 releases the locking of the rack and the short link 131. Since the diaper table 220 is used for a short time each time, the infant cannot lie on the diaper table for a long time, the second locking mechanism 222 can be designed as a manual locking or unlocking structure, so that the cost can be saved, and the weight of the diaper table 220 is reduced, so that the diaper table 220 is convenient to carry.
As shown in fig. 17, in some embodiments, the sundry rack 230 includes a hook 231 and a rack body 232, the rack body 232 is connected to the hook 231, and the hook 231 may be hung on the first connecting rod 110. When the hook 231 is hung on the first connecting rod 110, the frame 232 abuts against the connecting piece 120, so as to increase the stability of the sundry rack 230. The sundries rack 230 is preferably made of plastic, and is light and has good durability. The sundries rack 230 can be provided with clothes, a diaper, a milk bottle and the like.
With continued reference to fig. 17, in some embodiments, the playpen 100 further includes two rollers 160, wherein two rollers 160 are disposed at two adjacent ends of the support legs 140 away from the connection member 120. It will be appreciated that the length of the two support legs 140 with the rollers 160 is preferably shorter than the length of the two support legs 140 without the rollers 160, so that the total length of the two support legs 140 with the rollers 160 added after the rollers 160 is equal to the length of the two support legs 140 without the rollers 160, thereby ensuring the horizontal state of the playbase 100 after being unfolded.
In some embodiments, the portable foldable lightweight crib 10 of any one of the above embodiments further comprises a covering member, wherein the covering member and the crib frame 100 together define a space for the infant to move, for example, the covering member can cover the bottom surface and the side surface of the crib frame 100, and can cover the top surface of the crib frame 100 if necessary, so that the infant cannot climb out of the portable foldable lightweight crib 10, thereby improving the safety. The covering may be various knits, such as nonwoven. The material and the style of cladding spare can be changed as required to adapt to the use in different seasons.
As shown in fig. 18-19, in some embodiments, one of the supporting legs 140 is a hollow structure, a through hole 140a is formed on a side wall of the supporting leg 140 of the hollow structure, and the infant bed frame 100 further includes a reinforcement, where the reinforcement includes a roller, a wire rope 151 and a hook 152. The roller is disposed on the inner wall of the supporting leg 140 of the hollow structure. One end of the steel wire rope 151 is connected with the winding roller, the winding roller is used for winding the steel wire rope 151, when the steel wire rope 151 is pulled out, the resistance of the winding roller needs to be overcome, and when the steel wire rope 151 is released, the winding roller automatically winds up the steel wire rope 151. The other end of the wire rope 151 passes through the via hole 140a and is connected to the hook 152. When the supporting leg 140 needs to be reinforced, the hooks 152 are pulled to pull out the steel wire rope 151, after the steel wire rope 151 passes out of the through holes 140a, the steel wire rope 151 is wound around the other three supporting legs 140, then the hooks 152 are connected with the supporting legs 140 in a hollow structure, the steel wire rope 151 surrounds the four supporting legs 140 for one circle, limiting is formed for the four supporting legs 140, and the supporting legs 140 are prevented from rotating outwards. The size of the hooks 152 is preferably larger than the size of the vias 140a so that the hooks 152 do not fall into the vias 140 a.
With continued reference to fig. 19, in some embodiments, grooves 140b are provided on the outer walls of the other three supporting legs 140, and the grooves 140b are used for limiting the steel wire ropes 151, so as to avoid sliding of the steel wire ropes 151 on the outer walls of the supporting legs 140. In order to facilitate the connection of the hooks 152 to the supporting legs 140 having the hollow structure, the reinforcement may further include a hanging ring 153, the hanging ring 153 is disposed on the outer wall of the supporting leg 140 having the through holes 140a, and the hooks 152 may be hung on the hanging ring 153.

the two first connecting rods are oppositely arranged;
the four connecting pieces are respectively connected to two ends of the two first connecting rods;
the two ends of the two second connecting rods are respectively connected with four connecting pieces, the lengths of the second connecting rods and the first connecting rods are the same or different, and the two second connecting rods and the two first connecting rods are enclosed to form a quadrilateral bed frame; each second connecting rod comprises two short connecting rods and a hinging unit, each short connecting rod is provided with a first end and a second end, the first ends of the two short connecting rods of the same second connecting rod are hinged through the hinging units, and the second ends of the four short connecting rods are respectively hinged to the four connecting pieces;
The four supporting feet are hinged with the four connecting pieces respectively;
when the infant bed frame is switched from an unfolding state to a folding state, the two hinging units are close to each other, meanwhile, the two first connecting rods are close to each other, and the two supporting feet positioned at two ends of any one of the first connecting rods rotate and are close to the first connecting rods.
2. The portable collapsible lightweight crib of claim 1, wherein each of said hinge units comprises:
the first ends of the two short connecting rods of the same second connecting rod are hinged with the hinged plate;
the two connecting plates are respectively connected with the first ends of the two short connecting rods of the same second connecting rod, and limit grooves are formed in the opposite ends of the two connecting plates;
the blocking piece can slide to be located in the two limiting grooves simultaneously or withdraw from the two limiting grooves simultaneously, the hinging unit is in a locking state when the blocking piece is located in the two limiting grooves simultaneously, and the hinging unit is in a locking state when the blocking piece is located outside the two limiting grooves simultaneously.
3. The portable collapsible lightweight crib of claim 2, wherein said hinged panels comprise:
An upper plate;
the lower plate is provided with a through hole for the blocking piece to pass through, and the first end of the short connecting rod is hinged with the upper plate and/or the lower plate;
the side plate is connected with the upper plate and the lower plate, is positioned on one side of the short connecting rod facing the other hinge unit, and can rotate to abut against the connecting plate so as to limit the rotation range of the short connecting rod.
4. The portable collapsible lightweight crib of claim 3, wherein each of said hinge units further comprises a hinge operator;
the top end and the bottom end of the blocking piece are respectively bent and extended to form an upper bending plate and a lower bending plate, and the extending directions of the upper bending plate and the lower bending plate are perpendicular to the moving direction of the blocking piece;
the upper plate is located above the upper bending plate to limit the sliding travel of the upper bending plate, and the lower bending plate is clamped to the hinge operation piece and abuts against the hinge operation piece, so that the hinge operation piece can drive the blocking piece to slide.
5. The portable collapsible lightweight crib of claim 4, wherein each of said hinge units further comprises a housing having a slide aperture, said upper curved plate slidably disposed in said slide aperture.

The portable foldable lightweight crib of claim 2, wherein the connecting plate is formed with an extension plate by bending and extending, the extension plate extends in the same direction as the movement direction of the blocking piece, and the extension plate can rotate to abut against the blocking piece to limit the rotation range of the short connecting rod.
7. The portable collapsible lightweight crib of claim 1, wherein said connector comprises:
