背景技术
现有技术中的一种幼儿推车,包括具有展开位置与折叠位置的车架、设置于车架下部的前轮组件与后轮组件、设置于车架上的能够支撑人体的支撑装置、用于将车架锁定于展开位置下的锁定机构。现有的车架的种类繁多,车架的杆件的数目不同,各杆件之间连接关系、连接位置不同,从而折叠原理与折叠方式各不相同。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种幼儿推车。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种幼儿推车,包括具有展开位置与折叠位置的车架、前轮组件、后轮组件、用于将车架锁定于展开位置下的锁定装置、设置于车架上的能够支撑人体的支撑装置。车架包括前部安装前轮组件的前支架、推杆架、位于前支架上方的上连接架、与前支架相转动连接的滑动件、下部设置后轮组件的后支架。推杆架的下部与前支架的后部相可转动地连接,推杆架相对前支架可绕第一转轴转动。上连接架的后部与推杆架相可转动地连接,上连接架相对推杆架可绕第二转轴转动。滑动件相对前支架可绕第三转轴转动。后支架是由第一支架与第二支架可绕第五转轴相对转动地连接所构成的,第五转轴位于滑动件的上方。第一支架与第二支架分别可滑动地连接于滑动件的两侧部。第一支架或者第二支架上枢轴连接有转动关节,转动关节与上连接架的前部可绕第四转轴相对转动地连接。第一转轴、第二转轴与第三转轴、第四转轴分别沿着横向延伸。此处及本文其它各处所谓的“横向”是根据消费者的一般习惯定义的,即一般认知的车架的横向。

由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:当将推杆架向前翻转时,上连接架带动后支架绕第三转轴向前翻转并相对滑动件向前滑动,在滑动件的限制下,后支架在相对滑动件向前滑动的同时会横向靠拢,整车折叠后体积较小,结构简单。

具体实施方式
图1-8反映了根据本发明的一实施例的推车的结构和推车的状态变化。

滑动件18的两侧部分别开有第一通孔与第二通孔,第一通孔与第二通孔可以孔径较大的喇叭孔。第一支架15插在第一通孔内,第二支架16插在第二通孔内。第一通孔内具有第一限位面,第二通孔内具有第二限位面,当车架1处于展开状态下,第一支架15低在第一限位面上,第二支架16抵在第二限位面上,使得车架1在展开位置下较稳定。

其中,第一转轴(21)、第二转轴(22)与第三转轴(23)、第四转轴(24)分别沿着横向延伸。
2、根据权利要求1所述的幼儿推车,其特征在于:第一转轴(21)、第二转轴(22)、第三转轴(23)、第四转轴(24)相互平行。
3、根据权利要求1所述的幼儿推车,其特征在于:第五转轴(25)与第一转轴(21)相空间垂直。
4、根据权利要求1所述的幼儿推车,其特征在于:转动关节(17)、第一支架(15)与第二支架(16)相同轴连接并可绕第五转轴(25)相对转动。
5、根据权利要求1所述的幼儿推车,其特征在于:车架(1)还包括连杆(19),连杆(19)的上端部与上连杆(19)架可绕一第六转轴(26)相对转动地连接,所述第六转轴(26)沿着横向延伸,连杆(19)的下部与前支架(11)相转动地连接。
6、根据权利要求5所述的幼儿推车,其特征在于:连杆(19)的下部与前支架(11)可绕一第七转轴(27)相对转动,该第七转轴沿横向延伸,第七转轴(27)位于第三转轴(23)与第一转轴(21)之间。
7、根据权利要求1所述的幼儿推车,其特征在于:前支架(11)位于第五转轴(25)的下方,并且穿过第一支架(15)与第二支架(16)之间形成的空间。
8、根据权利要求1所述的幼儿推车,其特征在于:滑动件(18)的两侧部分别开有第一通孔与第二通孔,第一支架(15)插在第一通孔内,第二支架(16)插在第二通孔内。
9、根据权利要求8所述的幼儿推车,其特征在于:第一通孔内具有第一限位面,第二通孔内具有第二限位面,当车架(1)处于展开状态下,第一支架(15)抵在第一限位面上,第二支架(16)抵在第二限位面上。
