如上所述的婴儿车骨架,其特征在于:所述的后腿2包括支撑部24,所述的后轮2a连接在支撑部24上,所述的支撑部24上设有向 上延伸并相互隔开的第一支架21和第二支架22,所述的第一支架21上端向第二支架22一侧弯折而形成第三支架23,所述的第一连接部201设在第三支架23上,所述的第二连接部202包括位于第二支架22上端的左连接头2021和位于第三支架23端部的右连接头2022,所述的左连接头2021与右连接头2022之间形成连接槽2023,所述的手推架3下端铰接在连接槽2023内。
如上所述的婴儿车骨架,其特征在于:所述的座位7下方还设有能够相对其抽拉的抽拉架20。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:本发明的锁定装置解锁后,手推架绕第二铰接点转动,因此,手推架在向后转动的过程中,可以通过铰接在其上的连动杆推动前腿绕第一铰接点转动,使得前腿向后腿靠拢,与此同时,座位牵引杆和传动杆也相对后腿转动,最终实现婴儿车骨架的折叠,折叠后体积小,结构紧凑,占用空间小,携带方便,可以放在汽车尾箱或飞机座位上方的行李架内,而且折叠过程操作方便,收合灵活。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至图9,图13,图16和图17所示,婴儿车骨架,能从展开位置移动至折叠位置,包括:
前腿1,所述的前腿1下端连接有前轮1a;
后腿2,所述的后腿2下端连接有后轮2a,所述的后腿2上端设有第一连接部201和第二连接部202,所述的前腿1上端与第一连接部201铰接并在相铰接位置形成第一铰接点A;
手推架3,所述的手推架3的下端与所述的第二连接部202铰接并在相铰接位置形成第二铰接点B;
连动杆4,所述的连动杆4一端与手推架3铰接并在相铰接位置 形成第三铰接点C,所述的连动杆4另一端与前腿1铰接并在相铰接位置形成第四铰接点D;
座位牵引杆5,所述的座位牵引杆5的一端与前腿1铰接并在相铰接位置形成第五铰接点E,所述的座位牵引杆5另一端设有与其铰接并在相铰接位置形成第六铰接点F的传动杆6,而且所述的传动杆6与手推架3铰接并在相铰接位置形成第七铰接点G;
座位7,所述的座位7连接在座位牵引杆5上;
锁定装置8,所述的锁定装置8在锁定时能使婴儿车骨架保持展开状态,而在解锁后能使手推架3、前腿1、连动杆4、座位牵引杆5和传动杆6相对后腿2转动而折叠。锁定装置8解锁后,手推架3绕第二铰接点B转动,因此,手推架3在向后转动的过程中,可以通过铰接在其上的连动杆4推动前腿1绕第一铰接点A转动,使得前腿1向后腿2靠拢,与此同时,座位牵引杆5和传动杆6也相对后腿2转动,最终实现婴儿车骨架的折叠,折叠后体积小,结构紧凑,占用空间小,携带方便,可以放在汽车尾箱或飞机座位上方的行李架内,而且折叠过程操作方便,收合灵活。
如图5、图7和图9所示,沿婴儿车骨架的前后方向,所述的第一铰接点A位于第四铰接点D的后侧,所述的第二铰接点B、第三铰接点C和第五铰接点E位于第四铰接点D的前侧。
沿婴儿车骨架的前后方向,所述的手推架3的重心位于第七铰接点G的后侧。因此,在锁定装置8解锁后,手推架3上端在自身重力的作用下下降,从而实现手推架3自动绕第二铰接点B转动,使婴儿 车骨架的折叠操作更简便快捷。
如图3、图4和图7所示,所述的座位牵引杆5呈“Z”形,所述的座位牵引杆5包括用于固定座位7的平直段51,所述的平直段51的一端向下弯折而形成第一弯折段52,所述的第一弯折段52与前腿1铰接,所述的平直段51的另一端向上弯折而形成第二弯折段53,所述的第二弯折段53与传动杆6铰接。
如图5和图9所示,所述的后腿2上端与前腿1上端相合而围成供连动杆4在内活动的开口腔9,所述的连动杆4下端插入开口腔9内而与前腿1铰接。由于连动杆4是在开口腔9内活动,所以整个婴儿车骨架的体积小,结构紧凑。
所述的锁定装置8可以设在前腿1与后腿2之间,也可以设在前腿1与座位牵引杆5之间。当然,锁定装置8还可以设在手推架3与后腿2之间或手推架3与前腿1之间或手推架3与传动杆6之间。因为对于相互铰接且能够展开或折叠的连杆机构而言,只要在任意两个具有铰接关系的元件之间设置锁定装置均能实现整个连杆机构的展开锁定或解锁折叠。
在本实施例中,锁定装置8设在前腿1与后腿2之间,同时也设置在前腿1与座位牵引杆5之间,达到了多重锁定的目的,锁定更牢固。如图1,图2和图8至图11所示,所述的锁定装置8包括设在前腿1上的固定套81,所述的固定套81内设有能在其内滑行的滑行块82,所述的滑行块82上设有第一锁定销83,所述的座位牵引杆5和前腿1上分别设有能供第一锁定销83插入而使婴儿车骨架在展开 位置锁定的第一锁定孔84,所述的滑行块82上还设有第二锁定销85,所述的前腿1和后腿2上还分别设有当第一锁定销83插入第一锁定孔84时能供第二锁定销85插入的第二锁定孔86,所述的固定套81上还连接有能使滑行块82在固定套81内滑行的拉拔机构87。第一锁定销83与第一锁定孔84配合而锁定前腿1和座位牵引杆5,而第二锁定销85与第二锁定孔86配合而锁定前腿1和后腿2,所以滑行块82的一次滑行运动可以同时锁定前腿1、后腿2和座位牵引杆5,到达了多重锁定的目的,对婴儿车骨架展开状态的锁定效果更好,更牢固,更安全。
如图8、图10和图11所示,所述的拉拔机构87包括铰接在固定套81外侧的手柄871,所述的手柄871上设有与滑行块82连接并在手柄871转动时能拉动滑行块82滑动的拉索872。
如图2、图5、图9和图17所示,所述的手推架3上设有横向凸出的凸出柱10,所述的连动杆4通过凸出柱10而与手推架3铰接。
如图5、图7和图13所示,所述的后腿2包括支撑部24,所述的后轮2a连接在支撑部24上,所述的支撑部24上设有向上延伸并相互隔开的第一支架21和第二支架22,所述的第一支架21上端向第二支架22一侧弯折而形成第三支架23,所述的第一连接部201设在第三支架23上,所述的第二连接部202包括位于第二支架22上端的左连接头2021和位于第三支架23端部的右连接头2022,所述的左连接头2021与右连接头2022之间形成连接槽2023,所述的手推架3下端铰接在连接槽2023内。因此,支撑部24、第一支架21、第 二支架22和第三支架23围成一个框形,能够增强后腿2对座位7的支撑能力,而且手推架3铰接在第二支架22和第三支架23之间的连接槽2023内,能够对手推架3提供很好的支撑,也使得整个婴儿车骨架的结构紧凑,各零部件的连接更圆滑,更美观。
如图12和图14所示,所述的座位7下方还设有能够相对其抽拉的抽拉架20。一般婴儿车的座位7会比较短,不能满足婴幼儿以躺卧的方式乘坐婴儿车,但是抽拉架20的设置就能延长座位7在婴儿车前后方向的长度,当婴幼儿需要躺卧时,可以将抽拉架20抽出,当婴幼儿不需要躺卧时,可以将抽拉架20推进到座位7的下方而减小婴儿车占用的空间。
如图1、图12、图14和图15所示,所述的传动杆6上端还可拆卸连接有前扶手30,前扶手30连接在传动杆6的上端,所以当婴儿车骨架折叠时,前扶手30也可以跟随折叠,改变了传统婴儿车骨架在折叠时需要拆掉前扶手的缺陷,使用户操作更简便快捷。所述的手推架3的上端还转动连接有手推把40。
工作原理:
在婴儿车折叠时,首先相对手推架3转动手推把40而使手推把40先折叠。
接着,通过转动手柄871,由于手柄871铰接在固定套81的外侧,所以在沿固定套81周向方向转动手柄871的过程中,转动手柄871会拉动拉索872,从而拉动滑行块82在固定套81内滑动。如图9和图11,当第二锁定销85从前腿1上的第二锁定孔86退出,而且 第一锁定销83从前腿1上的第一锁定孔84退出时,此时就完成锁定装置8的解锁。如图14和图15所示,由于手推架3的重心位于第七铰接点G的后侧,所以在锁定装置8解锁后,手推架3上端在自身重力的作用下下降,从而实现手推架3自动绕第二铰接点B向后转动。如图3至图7所示,手推架3在向后转动的过程中,铰接在其上的连动杆4会推动前腿1绕第一铰接点A转动,使得前腿1向后腿2靠拢,由于座位牵引杆5与前腿1铰接,而且座位牵引杆5后端与手推架3之间也设置有与二者铰接的传动杆6,所以在前腿1向后腿2转动靠拢的过程中,座位牵引杆5和传动杆6也相对后腿2转动,最终实现婴儿车骨架的折叠。

Claims (11)

  1. 婴儿车骨架,能从展开位置移动至折叠位置,其特征在于:包括:
    前腿(1),所述的前腿(1)下端连接有前轮(1a);
    后腿(2),所述的后腿(2)下端连接有后轮(2a),所述的后腿(2)上端设有第一连接部(201)和第二连接部(202),所述的前腿(1)上端与第一连接部(201)铰接并在相铰接位置形成第一铰接点(A);
    手推架(3),所述的手推架(3)的下端与所述的第二连接部(202)铰接并在相铰接位置形成第二铰接点(B);
    连动杆(4),所述的连动杆(4)一端与手推架(3)铰接并在相铰接位置形成第三铰接点(C),所述的连动杆(4)另一端与前腿(1)铰接并在相铰接位置形成第四铰接点(D);
    座位牵引杆(5),所述的座位牵引杆(5)的一端与前腿(1)铰接并在相铰接位置形成第五铰接点(E),所述的座位牵引杆(5)另一端设有与其铰接并在相铰接位置形成第六铰接点(F)的传动杆(6),而且所述的传动杆(6)与手推架(3)铰接并在相铰接位置形成第七铰接点(G);
    座位(7),所述的座位(7)连接在座位牵引杆(5)上;
    锁定装置(8),所述的锁定装置(8)在锁定时能使婴儿车骨架保持展开状态,而在解锁后能使手推架(3)、前腿(1)、连动杆(4)、 座位牵引杆(5)和传动杆(6)相对后腿(2)转动而折叠。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的婴儿车骨架,其特征在于:沿婴儿车骨架的前后方向,所述的第一铰接点(A)位于第四铰接点(D)的后侧,所述的第二铰接点(B)、第三铰接点(C)和第五铰接点(E)位于第四铰接点(D)的前侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的婴儿车骨架,其特征在于:沿婴儿车骨架的前后方向,所述的手推架(3)的重心位于第七铰接点(G)的后侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的婴儿车骨架,其特征在于:所述的座位牵引杆(5)呈“Z”形,所述的座位牵引杆(5)包括用于固定座位(7)的平直段(51),所述的平直段(51)的一端向下弯折而形成第一弯折段(52),所述的第一弯折段(52)与前腿(1)铰接,所述的平直段(51)的另一端向上弯折而形成第二弯折段(53),所述的第二弯折段(53)与传动杆(6)铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的婴儿车骨架,其特征在于:所述的后腿(2)上端与前腿(1)上端相合而围成供连动杆(4)在内活动的开口腔(9),所述的连动杆(4)下端插入开口腔(9)内而与前腿(1)铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的婴儿车骨架,其特征在于:所述的锁定装置(8)设在前腿(1)与后腿(2)之间或设在前腿(1)与座位牵引杆(5)之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的婴儿车骨架,其特征在于:所 述的锁定装置(8)包括设在前腿(1)上的固定套(81),所述的固定套(81)内设有能在其内滑行的滑行块(82),所述的滑行块(82)上设有第一锁定销(83),所述的座位牵引杆(5)和前腿(1)上分别设有能供第一锁定销(83)插入而使婴儿车骨架在展开位置锁定的第一锁定孔(84),所述的滑行块(82)上还设有第二锁定销(85),所述的前腿(1)和后腿(2)上还分别设有当第一锁定销(83)插入第一锁定孔(84)时能供第二锁定销(85)插入的第二锁定孔(86),所述的固定套(81)上还连接有能使滑行块(82)在固定套(81)内滑行的拉拔机构(87)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的婴儿车骨架,其特征在于:所述的拉拔机构(87)包括铰接在固定套(81)外侧的手柄(871),所述的手柄(871)上设有与滑行块(82)连接并在手柄(871)转动时能拉动滑行块(82)滑动的拉索(872)。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或8所述的婴儿车骨架,其特征在于:所述的手推架(3)上设有横向凸出的凸出柱(10),所述的连动杆(4)通过凸出柱(10)而与手推架(3)铰接。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或8所述的婴儿车骨架,其特征在于:所述的后腿(2)包括支撑部(24),所述的后轮(2a)连接在支撑部(24)上,所述的支撑部(24)上设有向上延伸并相互隔开的第一支架(21)和第二支架(22),所述的第一支架(21)上端向第二支架(22)一侧弯折而形成第三支架(23),所述的第一连接部(201)设在第三支架(23)上,所述的第二连接部(202)包括位于第二支架 (22)上端的左连接头(2021)和位于第三支架(23)端部的右连接头(2022),所述的左连接头(2021)与右连接头(2022)之间形成连接槽(2023),所述的手推架(3)下端铰接在连接槽(2023)内。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的婴儿车骨架,其特征在于:所述的座位(7)下方还设有能够相对其抽拉的抽拉架(20)。
