Abstract
Description
先ず、図1から図3を参照して、洗浄対象部材の一例であるメッシュ部材を備えるネブライザについて説明する。ネブライザは、主に医療用に用いられる装置である。このネブライザは、霧化部において薬液を霧状の粒子に霧化させ、使用者がこの霧状の薬液を口または鼻から吸入することで、気管支や鼻腔、咽喉などの疾患を治療するためのものである。
次に、図4から図6を参照して、この発明に基づいた実施の形態1における薄板部材洗浄装置1000の構造について説明する。なお、図4は、薄板部材洗浄装置1000の構成を示す外観図であり、図5は、薄板部材洗浄装置1000に採用される薄板部材固定部材1200の構成を示す概念図であり、図6は、薄板部材固定部材1200の具体的構成を示す斜視図である。
この薄板部材洗浄装置1000は、蓋部材1101と、この蓋部材1101により一方端側に設けられた開口部が閉ざされ、内部に水道水1300が蓄えられる細長い円筒形状容器1102とを含む洗浄容器1100と、この洗浄容器1100内に収容され、洗浄容器1100内を移動することで水道水1300によりその表面が洗浄されるメッシュ部材160を保持する薄板部材固定部材1200とを備えている。
この薄板部材洗浄装置1000を用いたメッシュ部材160の洗浄においては、図4に示すように、洗浄容器1100の中に水道水1300を規定量蓄えて、薄板部材固定部材1200を収容した状態で、洗浄容器1100の軸方向に洗浄容器1100を振る(上下動させる)ことで、薄板部材固定部材1200が洗浄容器1100の中で往復運動を行なう。これにより、水道水1300がメッシュ部材160の表面を流れ、メッシュ部材160に付着している薬液カス等が除去される。
このように本実施の形態における薄板部材洗浄装置1000を用いたメッシュ部材160の洗浄よれば、薄板部材固定部材1200および水道水1300を収容した薄板部材洗浄装置1000を振ることで、容易にメッシュ部材160の洗浄を行なうことができる。また、振る回数を予め定めておくことで、定量的かつより均一な洗浄を実現することができる。
次に、図7を参照して、この発明に基づいた実施の形態2における薄板部材洗浄装置の構造について説明する。実施の形態2における薄板部材洗浄装置の基本的構成は、上述の実施の形態1における薄板部材洗浄装置1000と同じである。相違点は、薄板部材固定部材1200Aのメッシュ部材保持部1202Aの形態のみである。
図7に示すように、この実施の形態における薄板部材固定部材1200Aは、第1ベース部材1201の上面側に、メッシュ部材160を傾斜させた状態で保持するためのメッシュ部材保持部1202Aが設けられている。なお、メッシュ部材160を傾斜させた状態とは、メッシュ部材160を含む平面と、洗浄容器1100の長手軸方向とが交差する場合をいう。なお、実施の形態1は、メッシュ部材160を含む平面が洗浄容器1100の長手軸方向と並行であり、後述の実施の形態3は、メッシュ部材160を含む平面が洗浄容器1100の長手軸方向と垂直に交差する状態であり、本実施の形態は、実施の形態1と3との間の状態を意味する。
この薄板部材洗浄装置を用いたメッシュ部材160の洗浄においては、実施の形態1の場合と同様に、洗浄容器1100の中に水道水1300を規定量蓄えて、薄板部材固定部材1200Aを収容した状態で、洗浄容器1100の軸方向に洗浄容器1100を振る(上下動させる)ことで、薄板部材固定部材1200Aが洗浄容器1100の中で往復運動を行なう。これにより、水道水1300がメッシュ部材160の表面を流れ、メッシュ部材160に付着している薬液カス等が除去される。
このように本実施の形態における薄板部材洗浄装置を用いたメッシュ部材160の洗浄においても、上記実施の形態1の場合と同様の作用効果を得ることができる。
次に、図8を参照して、この発明に基づいた実施の形態3における薄板部材洗浄装置の構造について説明する。実施の形態3における薄板部材洗浄装置の基本的構成は、上述の実施の形態1における薄板部材洗浄装置1000と同じである。相違点は、薄板部材固定部材1200Bのメッシュ部材保持部1202Bの形態のみである。
図8に示すように、この実施の形態における薄板部材固定部材1200Bは、第1ベース部材1201の上面側に、メッシュ部材160を水平状態で保持するためのメッシュ部材保持部1202Bが設けられている。なお、メッシュ部材160を水平状態で保持するとは、メッシュ部材160を含む平面と、洗浄容器1100の長手軸方向とが垂直に交差する場合をいう。
この薄板部材洗浄装置を用いたメッシュ部材160の洗浄においては、実施の形態1の場合と同様に、洗浄容器1100の中に水道水1300を規定量蓄えて、薄板部材固定部材1200Bを収容した状態で、洗浄容器1100の軸方向に洗浄容器1100を振る(上下動させる)ことで、薄板部材固定部材1200Bが洗浄容器1100の中で往復運動を行なう。これにより、水道水1300がメッシュ部材160の表面を流れ、メッシュ部材160に付着している薬液カス等が除去される。
このように本実施の形態における薄板部材洗浄装置を用いたメッシュ部材160の洗浄においても、上記実施の形態1の場合と同様の作用効果を得ることができる。
次に、図9を参照して、この発明に基づいた実施の形態4における薄板部材洗浄装置の構造について説明する。実施の形態4における薄板部材洗浄装置の基本的構成は、上述の実施の形態1における薄板部材洗浄装置1000と同じである。相違点は、第2ベース部材1204および支柱1203が設けられていない点にある。
このように本実施の形態における薄板部材洗浄装置を用いたメッシュ部材160の洗浄においても、上記実施の形態1の場合と同様の作用効果を得ることができる。
次に、図10を参照して、この発明に基づいた実施の形態5における薄板部材洗浄装置の構造について説明する。実施の形態5における薄板部材洗浄装置は、上述の実施の形態1における薄板部材洗浄装置1000にスタンド1400を設けるようにしたものである。
次に、図11を参照して、この発明に基づいた実施の形態6における薄板部材洗浄装置の構造について説明する。実施の形態6における薄板部材洗浄装置は、上述の実施の形態5における薄板部材洗浄装置1000にスタンド1400を設ける構成に加え、薄板部材固定部材1200が、円筒形状容器1102内において、メッシュ部材160が、水道水1300の液面より上に浮上するようにしたものである。薄板部材固定部材1200を浮上させる構成としては、薄板部材固定部材1200の構成部材を水道水1300よりも比重の小さい材料を用いたり、薄板部材固定部材1200全体として水道水1300よりも比重が小さくなるように、浮力部材を別途設けたりすることが考えられる。なお、本実施の形態におけるスタンド1400は、円筒形状容器1102と一体成型されている。
次に、図12を参照して、この発明に基づいた実施の形態7における薄板部材洗浄装置の構造について説明する。実施の形態7における薄板部材洗浄装置の基本的構成は、上述の実施の形態1における薄板部材洗浄装置1000と同じである。相違点は、薄板部材固定部材1200が蓋部材1101に連結されている点にある。たとえば、第2ベース部材を廃止して、支柱1203を蓋部材1101に連結する構造が挙げられる。
