Abstract
Description
図1、図2はごみ分別装置1の全体構成を概略的に示す図である。図1、図2に示すように、ごみ分別装置1は、ごみを収容したごみ容器4を一旦停止させるごみ容器設置スペース2と、ごみ分別装置1に設置される搬送装置3と、分別するごみの種類の数だけ設けられた複数のごみ受容部5と、ごみ容器4を上方のごみ容器脱着位置に設置させるなど全体的な制御をつかさどる全体制御装置6と、ごみの種類を確認するごみ種類確認装置7と、ごみ容器洗浄装置8とを備える。
ごみ容器設置スペース2は、図1と図6の斜線部に示す。ごみ容器4の設置床にベルトコンベヤによって構成される第1ごみ容器移動機構21が設けられ、その隣には搬送装置3までの移動機構でベルトコンベヤもしくはローラコンベヤによって構成される第2ごみ容器移動機構22が設けられている。第1ごみ容器移動機構21の通常運転では、第1ごみ容器移動機構21は、紙面正面からみて左側から右側へ移動する。また、第1ごみ容器移動機構21は、ごみ容器4から落下した細かいごみが第1ごみ容器移動機構21上にある場合、逆に回転させ、細かいごみを排出するものである。その排出の際にごみが飛散しないように、カバー23が設置されている。カバー23下部は、筒状のシュート24とされている。ごみ容器設置スペース2は、ダストシュートなどで垂直にごみ容器4が搬送される場合や、水平にベルトコンベヤなどで運搬されてくる場合など、様々な場合に終端となる。また、ごみ容器設置スペース2は、集められたごみ容器4のごみの種類をごみ種類確認装置7により確認するスペースとしても利用される。第1ごみ容器移動機構21は、ベルトコンベヤに限定されず、たとえば、モーターを使用したアームなどにより、ごみ容器4が上方のごみ容器脱着位置に設置される構造でもよい。
図4に示すように、搬送装置3は、ごみ容器を把持する把持機構30と、回転機構35と、横移動機構36とを含む。
複数のごみ受容部5は予め決められたごみの種類の数だけ設置されている。受容部5は固定されたピットでも良いし、又は、移動できるコレクタでも良い。
全体制御装置6は、ごみ種類確認装置7、搬送装置3のごみ容器設置検知器及び回転角検知器、シュートバンカー9の蓋開閉検知器等からの信号を入力すると共に、搬送装置3の制御部、シュートバンカー9の開閉機構等への作動指令を出力する。
ごみ種類確認装置7は、ごみの種類別にボタンを有しておりごみ設置スペース2にごみ容器4が設置されたとき、ごみの種類を判断し手動でボタンを押すことによりごみの種類を全体制御装置6に認識させる。
ごみ容器洗浄装置8は、図1に示すように、ごみ分別装置1の下方にあり、ポンプとタンク及び昇降自在のノズルにより構成されている。
シュートバンカー9は、受容部5の略真上に開口部がくるように設置されており、搬送装置3が略180度回転するとき、ごみ容器4から飛散したごみが受容部5以外の場所に飛散しないようにガイドをする役目を果たしている。またバンカー下部には蓋92があり、シリンダ91によって蓋92が開閉される。蓋92を設けることで、搬送装置3の回転により排出したごみが直接コレクタに当たらないようにし、ごみの落下衝撃を緩和している。蓋92は、搬送装置3が停止してごみを排出してから、一定の時間後自動で開閉する。その制御は全体制御装置6においておこなう。

- ごみ容器(4)と、
前記ごみ容器(4)を搬送する搬送装置(3)と、
複数のごみ受容部(5)とを備え、
前記搬送装置(3)は、前記ごみ容器(4)を把持する把持機構(30)と、
前記把持機構(30)を横移動させる横移動機構(36)と、
前記把持機構(30)を垂直面内で回転させる回転機構(35)とを含み、
前記搬送装置(3)によりごみ容器(4)を把持し、前記いずれかのごみ受容部(5)に搬送した後、ごみ容器(4)を回転させてごみを排出する、ごみ分別装置。 - 前記搬送装置(3)の把持機構(30)は、一対の把持腕(31、32)を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載のごみ分別装置。
- 前記搬送装置(3)の把持機構(30)は、開閉自在に一対の把持爪(33)を含む、請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載のごみ分別装置。
