Abstract
Description
しかしながら、このような表面処理した顔料を用いても、ぱさつき感を十分に抑えることはできず、高い保湿性を得ることはできなかった。
(A)アルキルアルコキシシランで表面処理された板状粉体 1~20重量%、
(B)25℃で固体の油 0.1~10重量%、
(C)25℃における粘度が500,000mPa・s以下である炭化水素油、エステル油及びエーテル油から選ばれる油 0.5~60重量%、
(D)水
を含有し、成分(A)及び(B)の重量割合が、(B)/(A)=0.01~5であるW/O型乳化化粧料を提供するものである。
これらのうち、湿式法とは、板状粉体とアルキルアルコキシシランとを、低級アルコール、ヘキサン、アセトン、トルエン、シクロヘキサン、キシレン、ジメチルホルムアミド、N-メチルピロリドン、二酸化炭素、テルペン類等の有機溶媒中で混合し、均一に混合した後、有機溶媒を加熱や減圧により除去し、好ましくは80~250℃で加熱処理する方法をいい、より均一な処理が可能である。
脂肪族アルコールとしては、ラウリルアルコール、ミリスチルアルコール、セタノール、ステアリルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコール等、炭素数12~24の飽和脂肪族アルコールが好ましい。また、脂肪酸としては、ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、ベヘン酸等、炭素数12~24の飽和脂肪酸が好ましい。脂肪族アミド誘導体としては、タイプI~タイプVIの天然セラミド、N-(2-ヒドロキシ-3-ヘキサデシロキシプロピル)-N-2-ヒドロキシエチルヘキサデカナミド、N-(2-ヒドロキシ-3-ヘキサデシロキシプロピル)-N-2-ヒドロキシエチルデカナミド等のセラミド類及びその類似物質が好ましい。脂肪族アミン誘導体としては、スフィンゴシン、ジヒドロスフィンゴシン、フィトスフィンゴシン、デヒドロスフィンゴシン、デヒドロフィトスフィンゴシン、スフィンガジエニン及びこれらのN-メチル体又はN,N-ジメチル体等のスフィンゴシン類、1-(2-ヒドロキシエチルアミノ)-3-イソステアリルオキシ-2-プロパノール等が好ましい。また、コレステロール、スチグマステロール、エルゴステロール等のステロール類も使用することができる。
なお、有機紫外線吸収剤は、成分(B)には含まれない。
成分(A)と成分(B)の重量割合がこの範囲内であることにより、W/O型乳化化粧料中の水滴の大きさを小さくすることができ、均一で閉塞性の高い皮膜を皮膚上に形成することができるため、高い保湿性を得ることができると考えられる。従来、よく使用されているシリコーン処理粉体や、フッ素処理粉体では、このような閉塞性のある皮膜が形成されず、ぱさつき感等の感触の問題を引き起こしていたと考えられる。
なお、本発明において、粘度は、ブルックフィールド型(B型)粘度計により測定した値である。
具体的には、流動パラフィン、流動イソパラフィン、水添ポリイソブテン、重質流動イソパラフィン、ワセリン、スクワラン、n-オクタン、n-ヘプタン、イソドデカン、シクロヘキサン等の炭化水素油;リンゴ酸ジイソステアリル、乳酸オクチルドデシル、イソノナン酸イソトリデシル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、イソステアリン酸イソプロピル、ステアリン酸ブチル、ミリスチン酸ミリスチル、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、アジピン酸ジ-2-エチルヘキシル、セバチン酸ジイソプロピル、ジカプリン酸ネオペンチルグリコール、トリカプロイン等のエステル油;ジオクチルエーテル、エチレングリコールモノラウリルエーテル、エチレングリコールジオクチルエーテル、グリセロールモノオレイルエーテル等のエーテル油が挙げられる。
なお、パラメトキシケイ皮酸2-エチルヘキシル等の有機紫外線吸収剤は、成分(C)には含まれない。
かかるシリコーン油としては、成分(C)と同様、25℃で液状の油であって、25℃における粘度が、0より大きく、500,000mPas以下、更に100,000mPas以下のものが好ましく、例えば、ジメチルポリシロキサン、環状ジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、アミノ変性シリコーン、エポキシ変性シリコーン、カルボキシ変性シリコーン、アルコール変性シリコーン、アルキル変性シリコーン等が挙げられる。
これらのうち、ジメチルポリシロキサン、環状ジメチルポリシロキサンが好ましい。
また、成分(C)と成分(E)の合計含有量は、全組成中に10~80重量%、更に20~60重量%であるのが、使用感に優れるので好ましい。
更に、成分(C)と成分(E)の重量割合は、(C)/(E)=0.005~5、更に0.01~3であるのが、成分(A)及び(B)で構成する皮膜の形成性を向上させ、より高い保湿効果を得ることができるので好ましい。
HLB = ( Σ無機性値 / Σ有機性値 ) × 10
かかる化合物としては、油溶性、水溶性のいずれも使用することができるが、本発明においてより高い効果を得る上で、油溶性の化合物がより好ましい。

であるのが好ましい。
硫酸亜鉛1.6×10-1モル、硫酸ナトリウム3.8×10-2モル及び微量元素の塩として硫酸第一鉄1.6×10-4モルを、5×10-2モル硫酸水溶液315mLに溶解した。
次に、この溶液をホモミキサーにより6000r.p.m.で攪拌しながら、2N水酸化ナトリウム水溶液230mLを15秒間で投入し(pH=12.8)、沈殿を生成させたのち、10分間攪拌を継続した。その後、100℃で90分間熟成し、濾過、水洗し、230℃で約10時間乾燥して、板状酸化亜鉛を得た。このようにして得られた粉末を走査型電子顕微鏡で観察し、薄片状粒子であることを確認した。得られた粉末の平均粒子径は、0.25μmで、板状比は13であった。
製造例1で得られた板状酸化亜鉛粉末93重量%とオクチルトリエトキシシラン7重量%と、トルエンからなるスラリーを作成し、ビーズミル(シンマルエンタープライゼス社製、ダイノミル)を用いて粉砕・解砕を行った。次いで、トルエンを減圧下に加熱留去した後、送風気流型乾燥機を用いて150℃にて4時間加熱処理し、オクチルシリル化板状酸化亜鉛粉末を得た。
このようにして得られた粉末を走査型電子顕微鏡で観察し、薄片状粒子であることを確認した。得られた粉末の平均粒子径は、0.20μmで、板状比は10であった。
製造例1で得られた板状酸化亜鉛粉末98重量部とメチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン(KF-99P、信越化学工業社製)2重量部と、イソプロピルアルコールからなるスラリーを作成し、よく攪拌・粉砕した後、溶媒を減圧下に加熱留去し、空気中150℃で4時間加熱処理を行い、シリコーン処理板状酸化亜鉛を得た。
タルク粉末(FK-500S、山口雲母工業所社製)98重量%とオクチルトリエトキシシラン2重量%と、トルエンからなるスラリーを作成し、ビーズミル(シンマルエンタープライゼス社製、ダイノミル)を用いて粉砕・解砕を行った。次いで、トルエンを減圧下に加熱留去した後、送風気流型乾燥機を用いて150℃にて4時間加熱処理し、オクチルシリル化タルク粉末を得た。
このようにして得られた粉末を走査型電子顕微鏡で観察し、薄片状粒子であることを確認した。得られた粉末の平均粒子径は、10μmで、板状比は45であった。
表1に示す組成のW/O型乳化化粧料を以下の方法により製造し、得られた化粧料について、紫外線防御効果、水分蒸散率及びぱさつきのなさを評価した。結果を表1に併せて示す。
この結果より、本発明の化粧料は、アルキルアルコキシシランで表面処理された板状粉体と25℃で固体の油を用いることにより、紫外線防御が高く、尚且つ保湿性に優れたものである。
成分(B)固体油、成分(C)油、成分(F)非イオン界面活性剤、紫外線吸収剤等を混合し、80℃で溶解し均一にする。得られた油相をアジホモミキサーに移し、室温まで冷却したのち、成分(E)メチルポリシロキサン、N-プロピオニルポリエチレンイミン・メチルポリシロキサン共重合体及びエタノールの混合溶液に成分(A)の粉体を均一に分散させた粉体相を加え撹拌し、更にポリオールを含む水相を加え、アジホモミキサーにて高速攪拌を行い、脱気することによって、W/O型乳化化粧料を得た。
(1)紫外線防御効果:
各化粧料を石英板上に2mg/cm2になるように塗布し、SPFアナライザー(Optometrics社)を用いて全透過光スペクトルを測定し、それぞれUVB領域での防御を300nm、UVA領域での防御を370nm、可視光の透明性を450nmの波長における透過率として求めた。
40mLバイアル瓶に20mLの水を入れる。直径2.2cmのセルロースメンブレンフィルター(A300A142C、Toyo Roshi社製)に各化粧料0.03mLを塗布し、穴(直径1.4cmの円)が開いた蓋に、化粧料を塗布したフィルターをはさみ、バイアル瓶の蓋をする。
30℃、湿度40%の条件で2日保存し、保存前後の重さを量り、水分蒸散量を計算する。フィルターに水のみを塗布したときの水分蒸散量を100とし、以下の式で水分蒸散率を求めた。この値が小さいほど、水分の閉塞性が高く、保湿性に優れていることを示す。
水分蒸散率(%) = (サンプルの水分蒸散量/水の水分蒸散量) ×100
専門パネラー5名に、各化粧料1gを手につけてもらい、パネラー毎にぱさつきの度合いを官能評価し、非常にぱさつく場合を1点、ぱさつかない場合を5点とし、1~5の5段階で判定した。この値を相加平均し、平均点の小数点以下を四捨五入した値をもって評価結果とした。評価点数が高いほうが、ぱさつきが抑えられていることを示す。
実施例1~2と同様にして、表2に示す組成のW/O型乳化化粧料を製造し、得られた化粧料について、水分蒸散率及びぱさつきのなさを評価した。結果を表2に併せて示す。
また、得られた化粧料はいずれも、透明性に優れ、紫外線防御効果の高いものであった。
以下に示す組成のW/O型乳化化粧料を、実施例1~2と同様の方法により製造した。
得られた化粧料はいずれも、紫外線防御効果に優れ、保湿性の高いものであった。

(C)25℃における粘度が100,000mPa・s以下である炭化水素油、エステル油及びエーテル油から選ばれる油 0.5~60重量%、
(D)水
を含有し、成分(A)及び(B)の重量割合が、(B)/(A)=0.01~5であるW/O型乳化化粧料。 - 次の成分(A)、(B)、(C)、(D)及び(E):
(A)オクチルトリエトキシシランで表面処理された酸化亜鉛で、平均粒子径0.1~10μmの板状粉体 1~20重量%、
(B)N-(2-ヒドロキシ-3-ヘキサデシロキシプロピル)-N-2-ヒドロキシエチルヘキサデカナミド及びN-(2-ヒドロキシ-3-ヘキサデシロキシプロピル)-N-2-ヒドロキシエチルデカナミドから選ばれるセラミド類及びその類似物質 0.1~10重量%、
(C)25℃における粘度が100,000mPa・s以下である炭化水素油、エステル油及びエーテル油から選ばれる油 0.5~60重量%、
(D)水
(E)ジメチルポリシロキサン 10~40重量%
を含有し、成分(A)及び(B)の重量割合が、(B)/(A)=0.01~5、成分(B)及び(C)の重量割合が、(B)/(C)=0.0025~2であるW/O型乳化化粧料。
