図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係るスイッチロック金具を有する制御装置の概略構成を示す外観斜視図である。制御装置1は、自身に接続されたロボットアームや加工装置等の被制御対象を制御するためのものである。制御装置1は、本体である箱体2とスイッチロック金具5を有して構成される。箱体2の前面であるスイッチ設置面2aには、ロッカースイッチ3が設けられている。ロッカースイッチ3は、制御装置1の電源をオン・オフ状態に切り替えるための電源スイッチである。
図11は、本発明の実施の形態2に係るスイッチロック金具を有する制御装置の概略構成を示す外観斜視図である。図12は、スイッチロック金具の概略構成を示す外観斜視図である。図13は、スイッチ設置面2aのロッカースイッチ部分を拡大した部分拡大正面図である。なお、実施の形態1と同様の構成については、同様の符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 両端が交互に進退動作するロッカースイッチが設けられるスイッチ設置面に固定される固定部と、
前記固定部が前記スイッチ設置面に固定された状態で、前記ロッカースイッチのうち退避状態となっている部分を覆って、前記ロッカースイッチの進退動作を規制可能とする動作規制部と、を有することを特徴とするスイッチロック金具。 - 前記動作規制部に形成され、前記ロッカースイッチのうち前記スイッチ設置面と略垂直となる一側面に当接して前記スイッチロック金具の回転を規制する回転規制部をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスイッチロック金具。
- 前記固定部には、前記スイッチ設置面に対して前記固定部をビス固定するためのビス孔が形成され、
前記ビス孔が形成された面に対して略垂直に立設するように設けられた立設部を、さらに有し、
前記立設部には、ツル部を備える施錠手段の前記ツル部を貫通させて施錠可能な施錠孔が形成され、前記施錠孔に施錠された前記施錠手段の前記ツル部を、前記固定部をビス固定しているビスの前面に位置させて前記ビスへのアクセスを制限可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスイッチロック金具。 - 前記施錠孔に施錠された前記施錠手段の姿勢を規制して、前記ビスの前面に前記ツル部を位置させて、前記ビスへのアクセスを制限する施錠手段規制部をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスイッチロック金具。
- 前記施錠手段規制部は、
前記固定部の前記ビス孔が形成された面に対向する対向部と、
前記施錠孔を貫通する前記ツル部を挟んだ両側で、前記固定部と対向部との間に形成される間隙を塞ぐ閉塞部と、を備えて構成され、
前記対向部には、前記ビス孔と対向する位置に開口が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスイッチロック金具。 - 請求項3~5のいずれか1つに記載のスイッチロック金具と、
両端が交互に進退動作するロッカースイッチと、
前記ロッカースイッチが設けられたスイッチ設置面と、を有し、
前記スイッチ設置面には、前記スイッチロック金具の固定部をビス固定するための複数の固定孔が形成され、
前記複数の固定孔のうち一の固定孔を用いて前記スイッチ設置面にビス固定されることで、前記スイッチロック金具の動作規制部が前記ロッカースイッチのうち退避状態となっている部分を覆う位置に固定されて前記ロッカースイッチの進退動作を規制し、
前記複数の固定孔のうち他の固定孔を用いて前記スイッチ設置面にビス固定されることで、前記動作規制部が前記ロッカースイッチのうち退避状態となっている部分を覆う位置から外れた位置に固定されて前記ロッカースイッチの進退動作を許容することを特徴とする制御装置。
