Definitions
- the present invention relates to an optical device and an imaging device.
- the blur correction mechanism there are many examples in which image blur is canceled by changing the optical axis angle by displacing some lenses (correction optical system) in the photographing lens in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis. In that case, the correction optical system needs to perform linear motion. In both the blurring that occurs when the camera is held in the hand and the blurring that occurs when the camera is mounted on a column or the like, the blurring speed tends to be large near the center of the vibration amplitude, and the blurring speed tends to be small near the maximum amplitude.
- a correction optical system that performs linear motion responds accordingly, and the movement speed of the optical system is maximum near the optical axis, and rapidly decreases as it approaches the maximum amplitude where the maximum amount of blur correction occurs.
- the moving speed it is necessary to set the moving speed to 0 and reverse the moving direction.
- the above operation is a burden on the actuator.
- the vibration frequency increases, there is a problem that the operation speed is delayed and it becomes difficult to follow, so that a desired vibration correction operation cannot be realized.
- the camera shake correction mechanism is mostly built in the photographic lens, and there is a problem that the camera shake correction function cannot be used with a lens interchangeable camera such as a single-lens reflex camera other than a lens with a camera shake correction mechanism.

- FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an optical unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- the optical unit 100 includes a glass filter 102 and a filter 110.
- the outer peripheries of the filter 102 and the filter 110 are both cylindrical surfaces having the optical axis 1000 (Z axis) as the central axis.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the filter 102. The refraction of the light incident on the filter 102 will be described with reference to FIG. 2.
- the light beam 103 incident from the left in FIG. 2 is refracted by the filter 102 and emitted from the right side of the filter 2 as a light beam 104 along the optical axis 1000. Is done.
- the surface 105 on which the light beam 103 of the filter 102 is incident is a flat surface obtained by obliquely cutting a cylinder.
- the surface 106 from which the light beam 104 exits is a surface perpendicular to the optical axis 1000. As shown in FIG. 2, X, Y, and Z directions are defined, and the normal of the surface 105 is on the XZ plane. When the filter 102 is cut along the XZ plane, the cutting line of the surface 105 and the cutting line of the surface 106 are not parallel but have a wedge shape.
- the filter 102 when the filter 102 is cut along the YZ plane, the cutting line of the surface 105 and the cutting line of the surface 106 are parallel. For this reason, the incident light beam 103 incident on the surface 105 is refracted in the X direction (direction along the XZ plane), but proceeds straight without being refracted in the Y direction (direction along the YZ plane).
- the filter 102 is rotated about the optical axis 1000, the bending direction of the light beam can be freely adjusted in the 360 degree direction.
- the filter 102 and the filter 110 have the same shape and are made of the same material.
- the filter 110 is arranged so as to be point-symmetric with respect to a point 123 on the optical axis 1000 with respect to the filter 102, and the optical unit 100 according to this embodiment is configured.
- the filter 110 has a surface 115 obtained by obliquely cutting a cylinder and a surface 116 perpendicular to the optical axis 1000.
- the optical unit 100 causes the light beam emitted from the filter 102 to enter the filter 110 and refract it again by the filter 110.
- the bending direction of the light beam can be freely adjusted in the 360 degree direction around the optical axis 1000.
- the filter 110 is rotated about the optical axis 1000, the bending direction of the light beam can be freely adjusted in a 360 degree direction around the optical axis 1000.
- the optical unit 100 according to the present embodiment utilizes this property and rotates the filter 102 and the filter 110 with respect to each other so as to refract incident light only in a specific direction.
- FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing how the filter 102 and the filter 110 rotate.
- FIG. 3 shows a reference initial state, in which the normal of the surface 105 exists on the XZ plane, and the normal of the surface 115 also exists on the XZ plane. In this state, the surface 105 of the filter 102 and the surface 115 of the filter 110 are parallel.
- the filter 102 and the filter 110 are rotated in the reverse direction at the same speed around the optical axis 1000, with the state shown in FIG.
- the filter 102 rotates in the direction of an arrow 111 (clockwise as viewed from the negative side of the Z axis (subject side)), and the filter 110 rotates from the direction of the arrow 112 (the negative side of the Z axis (subject side)). Rotate counterclockwise (see counterclockwise).
- FIG. 4 shows that the initial state of FIG. 3 is defined as 0 degree, and the light beam is refracted in a state where the filter 102 and the filter 110 are positioned at respective rotation angles of ⁇ 90 degrees, +90 degrees, and +180 degrees.
- the outline is shown.
- the vertical direction shown in FIG. 4 shows a state in which the optical unit 100 is viewed from the plus side in the Y-axis direction in FIG. 1, and shows how light rays are refracted on the XZ plane.
- the horizontal direction shown in FIG. 4 shows a state where the optical unit 100 is viewed from the minus side in the X-axis direction of FIG. 1, and shows how light rays are refracted on the YZ plane.
- the rotation direction of the filter 102 (the direction of the arrow 111 in FIG. 3) is the plus direction.
- the filter 102 and the filter 110 are disposed on the front side (subject side) of the photographing lens 124.
- the photographing lens 124 is a lens that forms an image of a subject on an imaging surface (imaging surface) of an imaging element 123 such as a CCD or CMOS sensor, and is configured by one or a plurality of optical lenses. As shown in FIG. 4, the photographing lens 124 is arranged so that the optical axis of the photographing lens 124 matches the lens optical axis 1000 of the optical unit 100.
- the optical unit 100 may be disposed inside the photographing lens 124. In this case, the optical unit 100 is disposed between the plurality of optical lenses of the photographing lens 124. Further, the optical unit 100 may be disposed between the photographing lens 124 and the imaging plane of the image sensor 123. In either case, an optical axis deflection angle described later can be generated, and blur correction can be performed.
- the lens rotation angle is 0 degree, in the horizontal direction (on the YZ plane), the normal line of the surface 105 and the surface 115 is on the XZ plane, and thus the light beam is not refracted on the YZ plane.
- a light beam that reaches the center of the image sensor 123 becomes a light beam 216 that is incident on the optical unit 100 from the direction of the optical axis 1000 and transmitted through the photographing lens 124.
- the light beam is refracted slightly on the XZ plane by the filters 102 and 110, but the amount of refraction is very small as will be described later. Therefore, even in the vertical direction, the light beam that reaches the center of the image sensor 123 is a light beam 215 that is incident on the optical unit 100 in parallel with the optical axis 1000 and transmitted through the photographing lens 124.
- the lens rotation angle is + 90 °, in the horizontal direction (on the YZ plane), the normal lines of the surface 105 and the surface 115 are on the YZ plane, so that the light beam is refracted by the filter 102 and the filter 110 as illustrated. Therefore, the light beam that reaches the center of the image sensor 123 becomes a light beam 218 that is incident on the filter 102 at an angle ⁇ with respect to the optical axis 1000 and transmitted through the photographing lens 124.
- the lens rotation angle + 90 ° and in the vertical direction (on the XZ plane) since the normal line of the surface 105 and the surface 115 is on the YZ plane, the light beam is not refracted on the XZ plane. Therefore, the light beam that reaches the center of the image sensor 123 is a light beam 217 that is incident on the optical unit 100 from the direction of the optical axis 1000 and transmitted through the photographing lens 124.
- the lens rotation angle + 180 ° in the horizontal direction (on the YZ plane), the normal line of the surface 105 and the surface 115 is on the XZ plane, and thus the light beam is not refracted on the YZ plane. Therefore, the light beam that reaches the center of the image sensor 123 is a light beam 220 that has entered the optical unit 100 from the direction of the optical axis 1000 and has passed through the photographing lens 124.
- the lens rotation angle is + 180 °
- the configuration is slightly refracted by the filter 102 and the filter 110 in the vertical direction (on the XZ plane), but the amount of refraction is very small as will be described later. For this reason, even in the vertical direction, the light beam reaching the center of the image sensor 123 is a light beam 219 incident in parallel with the optical axis 1000.
- the light beam that reaches the center of the image sensor 123 is a light beam 214 that has entered the filter 102 at an angle ⁇ with respect to the optical axis and transmitted through the photographing lens 124.
- the lens rotation angle of ⁇ 90 ° and in the vertical direction (on the XZ plane) the normal line of the surface 105 and the surface 115 is on the YZ plane, so that the light beam is not refracted on the XZ plane. Therefore, the light beam that reaches the center of the image sensor 123 becomes a light beam 213 that is incident on the optical unit 100 from the direction of the optical axis 1000 and transmitted through the photographing lens 124.
- FIG. 5 shows the optical axis angular displacement in the horizontal and vertical directions according to the lens rotation angle ( ⁇ 90 °, 0 °, + 90 °, + 180 °).
- the optical axis angular displacement is the direction of the optical axis of the photographing lens 124 that is displaced by the optical unit 100.
- the light beam 218 incident on the filter 102 at an angle ⁇ with respect to the optical axis 1000 reaches the center of the image sensor 123. Therefore, when only the photographing lens 124 is used without using the optical unit 100, the same effect as that obtained when the direction of the photographing lens 124 is inclined by the angle ⁇ is obtained.
- one object is to perform blur correction using the optical axis angular displacement amount as a blur angle correction amount.
- the amount of optical axis angular displacement will be described with reference to FIG. 5.
- the lens rotation angle is -90 °, 0 °, + 90 °, or + 180 °.
- the light beam incident on the optical unit 100 is not refracted on the XZ plane. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the optical axis angular displacement amount in the vertical direction is always 0 regardless of the rotation angle.
- the optical axis angular displacement amounts to a sine curve as shown in FIG.
- the optical axis angular displacement amount is 0 at 0 ° and + 180 °, becomes zero ( ⁇ ) at ⁇ 90 °, and reaches a maximum ( ⁇ ) at + 90 °.
- the displacement of the optical axis occurs only on the YZ plane. Therefore, as shown in the horizontal view of FIG. 5, by changing the direction of the optical axis according to the relative rotation of the filters 102 and 110, the direction of the optical axis can be changed only on the YZ plane. Can do.
- the direction of the optical system composed of the photographing lens 124 and the optical unit 100 moves on the YZ plane, the direction of the optical axis is changed in the direction opposite to the moving direction, thereby moving the optical system.
- the movement of the subject on the image sensor 123 can be canceled and applied to blur correction or the like.
- the light beam 215 in the object space incident from the subject passes through the optical axis of the photographing lens 124 and reaches the center of the image sensor 123 as described above.
- a light ray 215 traveling in the direction of the arrow enters the filter 102 at an incident angle A1 at a point 132 on the surface 105 of the filter 102, becomes an emission angle A1 'according to Snell's law, and travels through the filter 102.
- the light ray 215 is emitted at an incident angle A2 and an emission angle A2 'at a point 131 on the surface 106 of the filter 102. Thereafter, the light beam 215 enters the filter 110 at an incident angle A3 at a point 133 on the surface 116 and at an exit angle A3 '. The light beam 215 is emitted at an incident angle A4 and an emission angle A4 'at a point 134 on the surface 115 of the filter 110.
- a straight line 137 is a normal of the plane 105
- a straight line 138 is a normal of the plane 105
- a straight line 139 is a normal of the plane 116
- a straight line 140 is a normal of the plane 115.
- the plane 106 and the plane 116 are parallel and perpendicular to the optical axis of the photographing lens 124.
- the optical axis of the light beam 215 and the photographing lens 124 is parallel.
- FIG. 7 shows a case where only the filter 102 is installed in front of the photographing lens 124.
- the light ray L1 enters the filter 102 at an angle ⁇ with respect to the optical axis 1000, travels on the optical axis of the photographing lens 124, and reaches the center of the image sensor 123.
- the apex angle of the filter 102 is ⁇ and the refractive index is n
- FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram for explaining the relationship between the light beam fl angle ⁇ , the filter apex angle ⁇ , and the filter refractive index n when the filter 102 and the filter 110 are overlapped.
- a straight line 1004 is a straight line parallel to the optical axis 1000.
- FIG. 9 shows the power of the surface 105 and the surface 115 refracting light rays in the vertical direction (on the XZ plane) and the horizontal direction (on the YZ plane). Component).
- the amount of light refraction by the surfaces 105 and 115 is determined by the inclination of the surfaces 105 and 115 on the XZ plane and YZ plane, respectively.
- the surface 105 of the filter 102 and the surface 115 of the filter 110 have an inclination (when contour lines of the surface 105 are drawn with respect to the optical axis vertical surface, the contour XZ
- the spacing on the surface is equal and slopes in the opposite direction.
- the surface 105 of the filter 102 and the surface 115 of the filter 110 are opposite to each other in terms of the power to refract the light, and the scalars are equal, so that the power to bend the optical axis in the Y direction is canceled out. Therefore, the beam deflection angle ⁇ in the vertical (Y) direction is zero.
- the beam deflection angle ⁇ is 0 at all angles in the vertical direction.
- the power for bending the light beam generated by the filter 102 and the filter 110 is opposite to the vector and the scalar amount is different, so that the power for bending the light beam in the negative direction remains. Produces a deflection angle.
- the power to bend the optical axis generated by the filter 102 and the filter 110 is opposite to the vector and the scalar amount is different, so the power to bend the optical axis in the positive direction remains. This produces a positive beam deflection angle.
- FIG. 10 shows a state seen from the positive direction of the Z-axis.
- the solid line arrow that is the ray deflection vector of the filter 102 rotates counterclockwise at 360 degrees. Rotate once. Therefore, the solid line wobbling vector at 12 o'clock at 0 degrees rotates counterclockwise on the paper and rotates once at 360 degrees.
- the broken line arrow which is the beam deflection vector of the filter 110 rotates clockwise and makes one rotation at 360 degrees. Accordingly, along with the rotation of the filter 110, the broken beam deflection vector, which was at 6 o'clock at 0 degree, rotates clockwise on the paper surface and rotates once at 360 degree.
- the total deflection vector of the light beam which is the sum of the two vectors, always cancels when viewed from the Y direction (on the XZ plane), while when viewed from the X direction ( In the YZ plane), the components on the YZ plane are added.
- the characteristics shown in FIG. 5 are obtained in each of the vertical direction and the horizontal direction.
- the filter rotation angle is ⁇ (the clock 12 o'clock direction is 0 as a reference and the rotation direction of the filter 102 is a plus direction)
- the horizontal total deflection angle ⁇ is L, where the maximum deflection angles of the filters 102 and 110 are L, respectively.
- ⁇ 2L * cos ( ⁇ + ⁇ / 2) (2)
- FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram illustrating a state in which a panoramic image is captured using the optical unit 100 according to the present embodiment. As illustrated in FIG. 11, an image is acquired by the image sensor 123 while moving a camera 500 in which the optical unit 100, the photographing lens 124, and the image sensor 123 are integrally configured in the pan direction.
- the camera 500 is shot while panning without stopping.
- the frame rate of the camera 500 is C per second.
- the camera is panned so that the moving angle for 1 / C second becomes ⁇ 1.
- the displacement angle of the camera 500 is determined by the optical axis deflection angle by setting the optical axis deflection angle displacement during the filter rotation angle from ⁇ 90 degrees to +90 degrees to ⁇ 1 and displacing in the direction opposite to the pan direction. Be countered. For this reason, it is possible to sequentially acquire a panoramic image without blurring by releasing the shutter in the vicinity of the center position of each of the images A, B, and C shown in FIG. 11 while panning the camera 500.
- images A, B, C,... are sequentially photographed, and then the images are combined to form a panoramic photo.
- the images A, B, C,... are sequentially obtained without stopping the camera 500 by rotating the filters 102 and 110 in synchronization with the rotation of the camera 500. You can shoot. Therefore, since it is not necessary to stop the camera 500 for each frame, it is possible to greatly reduce the time required for panoramic image shooting. Accordingly, for example, by continuously photographing a wide range with a telephoto camera, it is possible to apply to a use such as acquiring and monitoring a panoramic image of a distant area in a short time. In addition, since it is not necessary to stop the camera 500 for each frame, it is not necessary to use a large motor, the system can be simply configured, and power consumption can be reduced.
- blur correction can be performed by the rotational movement of the filters 102 and 110 in the same direction, and it is possible to cope with high-frequency vibrations.
- the vibration waveform is close to a sine wave, it is possible to correct the blur without fail.
- the blur correction can be performed by the rotation of the filters 102 and 110, the movable mechanism can be simplified, and the durability can be improved and the cost can be reduced.
- the shift lens method which is the mainstream of blur correction, requires the lens to reciprocate linearly for blur correction, and is particularly difficult to control at a high frequency. This makes it possible to correct blurring in response to vibrations.
- the present embodiment is also used when a camera is installed on a moving body such as an automobile or an airplane and a wide range image obtained by combining images after shooting a landscape mainly in a direction orthogonal to the traveling direction is used.
- a camera is installed on a moving body such as an automobile or an airplane and a wide range image obtained by combining images after shooting a landscape mainly in a direction orthogonal to the traveling direction is used.
- the optical unit 100 can be retrofitted as a shake correction unit before an existing photographing lens, it is possible to add a shake correction function to various lenses.
- Second Embodiment> Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
- a 360-degree panorama is shot continuously, a car, etc. This method is particularly suitable when the outside scenery is continuously captured from a moving object.
- FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram showing a configuration of an optical unit 300 according to the second embodiment.
- the optical unit 300 in the second embodiment is configured by superimposing a filter 302 and a filter 310.
- FIG. 13 is a schematic diagram illustrating the configuration of the filter 302.
- the filter 302 is obtained by cutting the filter 102 of the first embodiment along a plane that passes through the central axis and passes through the highest point P of the surface 105 with respect to a plane perpendicular to the central axis.
- the mirror images are reversed with respect to the central axis and joined at the cut surface.
- the first surface (surface on the subject side) of the filter 302 is composed of two surfaces 305 having different inclination directions.
- the second surface 306 of the filter 302 is a surface perpendicular to the central axis.
- the shape of the filter 310 is the same as that of the filter 302.
- the filter 310 is arranged at a point symmetric with respect to the filter 302 at a point 123 on the central axis 1100.
- the optical unit 300 concerning is comprised. Similar to the first embodiment, filter 302 rotates in the direction of arrow 111 and filter 350 rotates in the opposite direction of arrow 112 at the same speed.
- FIG. 14 shows an outline of how light rays are refracted when the initial state of the filter rotation angle is defined as 0 degrees and the filters 302 and 310 are rotated by ⁇ 90 degrees, +90 degrees, and +180 degrees. .
- the filter rotation axis 1100 and the optical axis 1000 of the photographing lens 124 are parallel, but they are not coincident with each other and are offset from each other by a predetermined distance.
- the vertical direction shown in FIG. 14 shows the state where the optical unit 300 is viewed from the positive side in the Y-axis direction in FIG. 12 (cross section in the XZ plane), and the light rays are refracted on the XZ plane. It shows how to do.
- the horizontal direction shown in FIG. 14 shows a state where the optical unit 300 is viewed from the minus side in the X-axis direction of FIG. 12 (cross section on the YZ plane), and shows how light rays are refracted on the YZ plane. ing.
- the basic principle of light refraction by the optical unit 300 is basically the same as that of the optical unit 100 of the first embodiment.
- the optical unit 300 according to the second embodiment when the joint surface of the filter 302 passes through the optical axis of the photographing lens 124 due to the rotation of the filter 302, the surfaces through which the light rays incident on the photographing lens 124 pass are the two surfaces 305. Switch between.
- the joint surface of the filter 310 passes through the optical axis of the photographing lens 124 due to the rotation of the filter 310, the surface through which the light beam incident on the photographing lens 124 passes is switched between the two surfaces 315.
- This switch is configured to occur at -90 degrees and +90 degrees. Therefore, the same effect as that obtained when the filter 102 and the filter 110 of the optical filter 100 of the first embodiment are instantaneously rotated by 180 degrees at the positions of ⁇ 90 degrees and +90 degrees can be obtained.
- the filter rotation axis 1100 and the optical axis 1000 of the photographic lens 124 are offset, but the positional relationship (ray deflection vector) between the surfaces 305 and 315 associated with the rotation of the filters 302 and 310 is the first. This is the same as the relationship between the surface 105 and the surface 115 in the first embodiment. Therefore, also in the first embodiment, the filter rotation axis and the optical axis of the photographing lens 124 may be offset.
- the first surface 305 of the filter 302 and the second surface 316 of the filter 310 through which the light ray incident on the photographing lens 124 passes are opposite to each other in the Y direction component. In, it becomes equal inclination or parallel. Accordingly, since the vectors are opposite and the scalars are equal, the power of bending the optical axis in the Y direction is canceled out, so that the beam deflection angle ⁇ is always zero.
- the optical axis is refracted according to the rotation angle of the filter 302 and the filter 310 according to the principle described in the first embodiment.
- the difference from the first embodiment is that the beam deflection angle ⁇ is changed from the maximum plus displacement amount to the minimum minus displacement amount at +90 degrees.
- the minimum plus displacement amount is changed from the maximum plus displacement amount at ⁇ 90 degrees as a boundary. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 14, the horizontal beam deflection angle ⁇ becomes minimum at ⁇ 90 ° and increases toward + 90 °, and becomes minimum again when it exceeds + 90 °, and reaches ⁇ 90 ° (270 °). Draws the characteristics of a “sawtooth” that gradually increases toward the surface.
- the camera 500 is panned so that the moving angle of 1 / C second is ⁇ 1.
- the beam deflection angle displacement between -90 degrees and +90 degrees of the filter rotation angle ⁇ 1 and displacing it in the direction opposite to the pan direction it is possible to obtain a blur-free image in all continuously shot frames while panning. Is possible.
- the optical filter 100 of the first embodiment since the optical axis displacement occurs in the same direction as the pan direction of the camera 500 from the filter rotation angle +90 degrees to ⁇ 90 degrees, the blur cannot be corrected.
- the optical filter 300 since the optical axis displacement always occurs in the same direction, it is possible to obtain images without blur continuously without thinning out between frames.
- the optical axis deflection angle for suppressing blurring when the camera is held in hand is generally about 0.014 degrees for a slightly small camera shake, about 0.028 degrees for a slightly large camera shake, and 0 for a very large camera shake. It is considered to be about .056 degrees.
- a super telephoto monitoring camera with a horizontal field angle of 1 degree or less has an optical axis deflection angle for suppressing blurring set to about 0.02 degrees.
- the optical axis deflection angle required when taking a picture with the camera in hand or on the shoulder, or when a surveillance camera or the like is fixedly installed on the structure is considered to be approximately 0.1 degrees or less.
- FIG. 15 is a characteristic diagram for explaining a shake correction method according to the third embodiment.
- the filter 102 and the filter 110 are driven as in FIG. 4 of the first embodiment, the filter 102 and the filter 110 reciprocate in the region B with the region B in FIG. 15 as the camera shake correction range. Control the filter. And by this reciprocating drive, blur correction at a minute angle of, for example, 0.1 degrees or less is performed.
- an optical filter 100 having the same configuration is installed in front of another set of lenses, and light passes through the two sets of optical filters 100. The incident light may be incident on the photographing lens 124. In that case, one set of optical filters 100 performs horizontal blur correction, and the other set of optical filters 100 performs vertical blur correction.
- FIGS. 16 and 17 are schematic views showing a driving mechanism of the optical filter 300 and the photographing lens 124 according to the second embodiment as an example.
- the filter 302 of the optical filter 300 is attached to the holding frame 400.
- the filter 310 is attached to the holding frame 410. Further, the filter 302 and the filter 310 are penetrated by the shaft 420 at the position of the rotation shaft 1100 and are rotatable with respect to the shaft 420.
- a gear 402 is provided on the outer periphery of the holding frame 400, and a gear 412 is provided on the outer periphery of the holding frame 410.
- a gear 430 is engaged with the gear 402, and a gear 440 is engaged with the gear 412.
- the photographing unit 450 includes a photographing lens 124 and an image sensor 123, and the optical axis 1000 of the photographing lens 124 is offset from the shaft 420 by a predetermined amount.
- a driving force from a motor (not shown) is transmitted to the gear 430 and the gear 440 and rotates in opposite directions.
- the gear 430 and the gear 440 can be reversely rotated at the same speed by one motor.
- the driving force is transmitted from the gear 430 to the gear 402, and from the gear 440 to the gear 412, the filter 302 held by the holding frame 400 and the filter 310 held by the holding frame 410 are opposite to each other. Rotate in the direction.
- FIG. 18 and 19 show the filter 302 and the filter 310 in cross section
- FIG. 18 shows a state where the filter 302 and the filter 310 are viewed from the plus side in the X direction at the 0 degree position
- FIG. 19 shows a state where the filter 302 and the filter 310 are viewed from the plus side in the X direction at the 90-degree position.
- the filter 102 is held by the holding frame 400 and the filter 110 is held by the holding frame 410.
- the optical filter 100 can be comprised by hold
