前記空隙部(35b)から受け入れた一方のピン(21)のピン溝(2a)に前記一方のピン係合部(35a)を係合し、前記一方の脚部(33b)を他方の前記ピン(22)の先端を乗り越えるように撓ませつつ前記一方のピン(21)を中心に回動して、前記他方のピン(22)のピン溝(2a)に前記他方のピン係合部(35c)を前記締め代にて係合する、
ことを特徴とするチェーン用クリップにある。
前記長孔(36)の前記連結部(33a)側に、半円形状からなる前記一方のピン係合部(35a)を形成し、前記長孔(36)の開放側に前記他方のピン係合部(35c)を形成し、前記長孔(36)の前記一方のピン係合部と前記他方のピン係合部との間で前記空隙部(35b)を形成してなる。
該突出部に形成される前記湾曲部(f)が、自然状態において前記ピッチライン(l-l)より前記一方の脚部側にオフセットされた位置(k)を中心とするアール形状(R1)からなる。
前記のチェーン用クリップ(32)を用いて前記継手リンク(1)のピン(2,2)を係止してなる。

Claims (6)
- 有端チェーンの両端を無端状に連結する継手リンクの1対のピンに装着されるチェーン用クリップにおいて、
連結部、該連結部から一方向に延びる一方の脚部及び他方の脚部を備え、
前記一方の脚部が、先端部に押え部を有し、前記他方の脚部が、先端部分に前記一方の脚部方向に突出する鉤状の突出部を有し、前記1対のピンに装着された際、前記1対のピンの中心を連結するピッチラインに対して非対称に形成され、
前記一方及び他方の脚部の先端側が切欠きにより開放された1枚のプレートからなり、
前記連結部側に設けられ、前記ピンに形成されたピン溝に係合し得る一方のピン係合部と、
前記一方のピン係合部に連続して設けられ、前記ピンの直径より大きい径の間隔からなる部分を有する空隙部と、
前記一方及び他方の脚部の開放側に設けられ、前記他方の脚部の前記突出部に形成された湾曲部と、前記一方の脚部の前記押え部とで形成され、前記ピンに形成されるピン溝に係合し得る他方のピン係合部と、を備え、
前記一方のピン係合部の径が、前記ピンの直径より小さくかつ前記ピン溝の径と等しいか若しくはそれよりも僅かに大きく設定され、
前記他方のピン係合部を構成する前記一方の脚部と前記他方の脚部との最大幅位置での間隔が、自然状態において前記ピン溝の径より所定量短く設定され、前記所定量が前記クリップを前記ピンに装着した際の締め代を形成し、
前記空隙部から受け入れた一方のピンのピン溝に前記一方のピン係合部を係合し、前記一方の脚部を他方の前記ピンの先端を乗り越えるように撓ませつつ前記一方のピンを中心に回動して、前記他方のピンのピン溝に前記他方のピン係合部を前記締め代にて係合する、
ことを特徴とするチェーン用クリップ。 - 前記連結部、一方の脚部及び他方の脚部で囲まれ、先端側が前記切欠きにより開放される長孔を有し、
前記長孔の前記連結部側に、半円形状からなる前記一方のピン係合部を形成し、前記長孔の開放側に前記他方のピン係合部を形成し、前記長孔の前記一方のピン係合部と前記他方のピン係合部との間で前記空隙部を形成してなる、
請求項1記載のチェーン用クリップ。 - 前記他方のピン係合部を構成する、前記一方の脚部の前記押え部の形状が、直線部よりなる、
請求項1又は2記載のチェーン用クリップ。 - 前記他方の脚部の前記突出部が、前記ピッチラインを越えて前記一方の脚部方向に突出し、
該突出部に形成される前記湾曲部が、自然状態において前記ピッチラインより前記一方の脚部側にオフセットされた位置を中心とするアール形状からなる、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか記載のチェーン用クリップ。 - 前記他方の脚部の先端面が、前記ピッチラインに対して所定角度で拡角するテーパ部からなる、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか記載のチェーン用クリップ。 - 多数のインナリンク及びアウタリンクをピンにて交互に連結し、かつ継手リンクより無端状に連結したチェーンであって、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか記載のチェーン用クリップを用いて前記継手リンクのピンを係止してなる、
