包装容器
　本発明は、商品を展示する展示トレーとすることが可能な包装容器に関する。
　複数個の商品を出荷する際、これらの商品を包装容器に包装して出荷することが広く一般に行われている。この種の包装容器には、包装容器の中程に全周にわたって切り裂き目が形成されている。コンビニエンスストアやスーパーなどの出荷先では、包装容器を前記切り裂き目に沿って切り裂き、上半部と下半部に分離する。分離した上半部を取り除き、包装容器の下半分に商品を収容したままとすることにより、この包装容器を、商品を展示する展示トレーとしても使用することができる（例えば、特許文献１，２参照。）。

　ところで、前記の包装容器は、商品を包装容器の底面板に対して垂直状態に立設させて収容している。前記のとおり、コンビニエンスストアなどにおいては、切り裂き目に沿って包装容器を切り裂いて上半部と下半部とに分離し、上半部を取り除いて展示トレーを形成し、収容された商品を展示する。しかし、商品が垂直状態で収容されているため、商品を取り出す際に接触するなどして商品が前後に倒れることがある。特に、商品が薄くて背の高い場合には、安定性が低いため倒れ易く、前方に倒れた場合には、展示トレーを乗り越えて陳列棚から床面に落下するおそれがある。
　本発明は、このような問題に鑑みてなされたもので、商品を予め傾斜状態に収容し、展示した商品が展示トレーから脱落するのを確実に防止することのできる展示トレー兼用の包装容器を提供するものである。
　前記の目的を達成するため、本発明に係る展示トレー兼用の包装容器には、下面板、左右の側面板、上面板、背面板および正面板を備えさせている。そして、これらの左右の側面板、正面板および背面板にわたって少なくとも１本の連続する切り裂き目が形成されており、前記正面板の裏面上部および背面板の裏面下部に、収容された商品を傾斜状態に支持する傾斜片を備えたことを特徴としている。
　これにより、包装容器の下半部を展示トレーとして用いて内部に収容した商品を陳列棚などに陳列することができ、その際、商品は、予め背面板側に傾斜状態に配列されて展示されるため、商品が展示トレーから床面などに脱落することを確実に防止することができる。
　以上のように本発明によれば、商品を予め傾斜状態に収容して、展示された商品の床面などへの脱落を確実に防止することができる。

　以下、本発明の実施の形態に係る包装容器について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。

　この包装容器１は、複数個の商品Ｇを包装するとともに、コンビニエンスストアなどにおいて商品Ｇを展示するために展示トレーとしても使用するものである。包装容器１は、コートボールを、図５に示す展開図にしたがって打ち抜いた後、折り目に沿って折り込み、所定部分を貼着して組み立てられている。組み立てられた包装容器１は、設定個数の商品Ｇが収容され、コンビニエンスストアなどに出荷される。
　包装容器１は、図５の展開図において、正面板２の左端縁に左側面板３および糊代４が折り目ａ，ｂを介して順に連設され、正面板２の右端縁に右側面板５および背面板６が折り目ｃ，ｄを介して順に連設される。また、正面板２の上端縁および背面板６の下端縁にそれぞれ接続片７、傾斜片８、支持片９および糊代１０が折り目ｅ，ｆ，ｇ，ｈを介して順に連設され、正面板２の下端縁および背面板６の上端縁にそれぞれフラップ１１が折り目ｉを介して連設されている。また、左側面板３の上端縁に左上面板１２が折り目ｊを介して連設され、左側面板３の下端縁に左下面板１３が折り目ｋを介して連設されている。さらに、右側面板５の上端縁に糊代１４１を有する右上面板１４が折り目ｍを介して連設され、右側面板５の下端縁に糊代１５１を有する右下面板１５が折り目ｎを介して連設されている。

　まず、図５の展開図にしたがってコートボールを打ち抜く。次いで、裏面が上面を向くように反転させた後、各糊代１０の裏面に接着剤を塗布し、各傾斜片８を支持片９および糊代１０とともに接続片７に対して折り目ｆに沿って谷折りする。各糊代１０の裏面をそれぞれ正面板２の裏面および背面板６の裏面に貼着する（図６参照）。
　そして、右側面板５を背面板６とともに正面板２に対して折り目ｃに沿って谷折りした後、糊代４の裏面に接着剤を塗布し、糊代４を左側面板３に対して折り目ｂに沿って谷折りし、糊代４の裏面を背面板６の表面に貼着する（図７参照）。
　次いで、右側面板５の下端縁に連設された右下面板１５の糊代１５１の表面に接着剤を塗布する。また、背面板６の下端縁に連設された接続片７の中央部表面に接着剤を塗布する。その後、正面板２を左側面板３に対して折り目ａに沿って起立させ、前後両端が開口された直方体状の容器を形成する。
　その後、正面板２に連設されたフラップ１１を正面板２に対して折り目ｉに沿って内方に折り込む。また、接続片７を背面板６に対して折り目ｅに沿って内方に折り込む。さらに、右下面板１５を右側面板５に対して折り目ｎに沿って内方に折り込んで、右下面板１５の背面板６側端部裏面を接続片７の表面に貼着する。
　その後、左下面板１３を左側面板３に対して折り目ｋに沿って内方に折り込み、左下面板１３の裏面を右下面板１５の糊代１５１に貼着する。これにより、下面側開口が右下面板１５および左下面板１３によって閉鎖された容器を形成する。
　この際、背面板６に連設された接続片７は、背面板６に対して折り目ｅに沿って内方に折り込まれるとともに、右下面板１５と貼着されることにより、接続片７、傾斜片８および支持片９からなる四角柱が左右の側面板３，５間に形成される。この四角柱を形成する傾斜片８は、側面側から見て、背面板６に向かって間隔が漸減する傾斜面となっている。
　この後、左右の下面板１３，１５を下面に配置し、上面側開口を通して箱詰めされた複数個の商品Ｇを収容する。これにより、複数個の商品Ｇは、背面板６に最も近い商品Ｇが傾斜片８の傾斜角度に沿って傾斜するとともに、その上端隅角部が背面板６の内面側上端部に接触して支持される。したがって、図２に示すように、背面板６に最も近い商品Ｇを基準として順に傾斜状態に立設して収容されるものとなる。
　商品Ｇを収容したならば、前述したように、右側面板５の上端縁に連設された右上面板１４の糊代１４１の表面に接着剤を塗布する。また、正面板２の上端縁に連設された接続片７の中央部表面に接着剤を塗布する。その後、背面板６に連設されたフラップ１１を背面板６に対して折り目ｉに沿って内方に折り込む。また、接続片７を正面板２に対して折り目ｅに沿って内方に折り込む。さらに、右上面板１４を右側面板５に対して折り目ｍに沿って内方に折り込んで、右上面板１４の正面板２側端部裏面を接続片７の表面に貼着する。
　その後、左上面板１２を左側面板３に対して折り目ｊに沿って内方に折り込み、左上面板１２の裏面を右上面板１４の糊代１４１に貼着することにより、複数個の商品Ｇを傾斜状態で収容した包装容器１を形成することができる。
　この際、正面板２に連設された接続片７は、正面板２に対して折り目ｅに沿って内方に折り込まれるとともに、右上面板１４と貼着されることにより、接続片７、傾斜片８および支持片９からなる四角柱が、先に収容された商品Ｇのうちの正面板２に最も接近した商品Ｇの前方上部に位置して左右の側面板３，５間に形成される。この四角柱を形成する傾斜片８は、側面側から見て、正面板２に向かって間隔が漸減する傾斜面となっている（図２参照）。
　この後、包装容器１はコンビニエンスストアなどに出荷される。
　一方、コンビニエンスストアなどにおいて、商品Ｇを陳列するに際し、背面板６の表面に貼着された糊代４に形成された一対の切り裂き目ｐ，ｐの先端縁を指先で摘んで引き上げる。これにより、糊代４、左側面板３、正面板２、右側面板５および背面板６の順に全周にわたる一対の切り裂き目ｐ，ｐに沿って切り裂くことができ、包装容器１を上下に切り離すことができる（図３参照）。
　そして、一対の切り裂き目ｐ，ｐに沿って切り裂かれた包装容器１の上半部を取り除くことにより、図４に示すように、包装容器１の下半部を展示トレーとして複数個の商品Ｇを傾斜状態に配置した状態で露出させることができる。したがって、この状態で陳列棚に陳列することにより、商品Ｇを後方に傾斜した状態で展示することができる。すなわち、商品Ｇは、予め背面板６側に向かって後方に傾斜した状態で配列されて展示されることから、展示状態から前方側に倒れることはなく、展示トレーを乗り越えて陳列棚から床面などに脱落することを確実に防止することができる。
　なお、前述した実施形態においては、上面板を左右の上面板によって、また、下面板を左右の下面板によってそれぞれ形成する場合を説明したが、左右の側面板の上下各一方の端縁に、上面側開口および下面側開口に相当する大きさの上面板および下面板を連設して、それぞれ上面側開口および下面側開口を閉鎖するようにしてもよい。この場合、左右の側面板の上下各他方の端縁には、上面板および下面板を貼着する糊代を連設すればよい。
　なお、本発明は、その精神または主要な特徴から逸脱することなく、他の様々な形で実施することができる。そのため、上述の実施形態はあらゆる点で単なる例示にすぎず、限定的に解釈してはならない。本発明の範囲は特許請求の範囲によって示すものであって、明細書本文には、なんら拘束されない。さらに、特許請求の範囲の均等範囲に属する変形や変更は、全て本発明の範囲内のものである。
　この出願は、２００９年８月２６日に日本で出願された特願２００９－１９５４５７に基づく優先権を請求する。これに言及することにより、その全ての内容は本出願に組み込まれるものである。
　本発明は、複数個の商品を出荷したり、店頭に商品を展示したりするための包装容器として好適に利用可能である。

Claims (1)

  1. 　展示トレー兼用の包装容器であって、
    　下面板、左右の側面板、上面板、背面板および正面板を備え、
    　左右の側面板、正面板および背面板にわたって少なくとも１本の連続する切り裂き目が形成されており、
    　前記正面板の裏面上部および背面板の裏面下部に、収容された商品を傾斜状態に支持する傾斜片を備えたことを特徴とする包装容器。
