Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 転動疲労寿命に優れた機械部品の製造方法であって、該機械部品が、冷間鍛造に供するリング状加工母材の内径面に転動部品が転動するための転動部を有してなるものであり、前記方法が、
転動部を形成しようとするリング状加工母材の内径面に静水圧応力を作用させて冷間鍛造することにより、前記リング状加工母材の内径面に転動部品が転動するための転動部を形成し、かつ、該転動部以外のリング状加工母材の内径を拡径して、転動疲労寿命に優れた転動部を有するリング状の機械部品を供する工程を有してなる、方法。 - 前記冷間鍛造に供するリング状加工母材が鋼管である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷間鍛造に供するリング状加工母材が熱間鍛造リングである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記静水圧応力が、少なくとも1000MPaである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
