Abstract

본 발명에서는 초기뿐만 아니라 연료전지 작동환경에서 장시간 사용하더라도 내식성 및 전기전도성이 우수한 연료전지용 금속 분리판의 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 연료전지용 금속 분리판의 제조방법은 스테인리스 강판 모재를 마련하는 단계와, 상기 스테인리스 강판 모재의 표면에 금(Au), 백금(Pt), 루테늄(Ru), 이리듐(Ir), 산화루테늄(RuO2) 및 산화이리듐(IrO2) 중 적어도 하나로 불연속적인 코팅막을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 불연속적인 코팅막이 형성된 스테인리스 강판을 열처리하여, 상기 코팅막이 형성되지 않은 부분에 산화막을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. 또한, 상기 방법에 의해 제조되는 표면에 코팅막이 형성된 연료전지용 금속 분리판도 제공된다.
