The area corresponding to the portion exceeding the first measurement value m1 is also specified as an unnecessary area. Then, these unnecessary areas are made transparent by setting their opacity to 0%. As a result, the image IM2 'in the range exceeding the second measurement value m2 and not more than the first measurement value m1 remains impermeable.
- the image in the range below is left opaque, and the other areas are made transparent.
- an area corresponding to a portion exceeding the first measurement value m1 is specified as an unnecessary area, and the unnecessary area is not made transparent, and is equal to or less than the second measurement value m2. Only the area corresponding to the portion may be made transparent to generate the second partial image IM2 ′.
- the image composition unit 114 performs the following steps S112 to S115.
- the image composition unit 114 reads the first basic image IM1 from the basic image DB 220, and generates the first partial image IM1 ′. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6 (1), the image composition unit 114 removes an area (unnecessary area) from the first basic image IM1 excluding the area corresponding to the portion of the second measured value m2 or more. ), And the unnecessary area is made transparent by setting its opacity to 0%. As a result, a portion of the image IM1 ′ larger than the second measurement value remains opaque.
- step S113 the image composition unit 114 reads the third basic image IM3 from the basic image DB 220 and generates a third partial image IM3 '. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6 (2), the image composition unit 114 identifies an image in an area corresponding to a portion below the first measurement value m1 as an unnecessary area from the third basic image IM3. In addition, an area corresponding to a portion exceeding the second measurement value m2 is also specified as an unnecessary area. Then, these unnecessary areas are made transparent by setting their opacity to 0%. Thereby, the image IM3 'of the portion exceeding the first measurement value m1 and not more than the second measurement value m2 remains opaque.
- the image in the range below is left opaque, and the other areas are made transparent.
- step S114 the image composition unit 114 reads the fourth basic image IM4 from the basic image DB 220, and performs the first partial image IM1 ′ and the second partial image IM2 ′. Are combined and superimposed to generate a combined image IM4 ′.
- the image generation unit 114 includes a CPU, a graphic chip having a drawing function, a VRAM in which a plurality of frames are temporarily stored, and the combination image IM4 ′ by the graphic chip based on control by the CPU. Are drawn on the VRAM as one frame. Further, as described above, the priority order when superimposed is defined for each basic image, and when a plurality of basic images are superimposed, the higher priority order is displayed. Therefore, in the basic image IM3, an area corresponding to a portion exceeding the second measurement value m2 is identified as an unnecessary area, and the unnecessary area is not made transparent, and is equal to or less than the first measurement value m1. Only the region corresponding to the part may be made transparent to generate the third partial image IM3 ′.
- step S106 the image composition unit 114 displays the meter image IM10 generated in S105 or S115 on the display device 140 via the display processing unit 116.
- the image composition unit 114 performs the fifth basic image IM5 and the eighth basic image for the combination image IM4 ′.
- the meter image IM10 is obtained by combining and combining with IM8.
- the sixth basic image IM6 and the seventh basic image IM7 are combined and superimposed to generate a meter image IM10.
