护罩组件 30与压板组件 32的整体重量小于 1千克, 优选的, 护罩组件 30 采用轻质材料制成, 而压板组件 32采用耐磨性好, 且不易形变的材料制成。 在 本实施方式中, 压板组件 32采用铁材料制成, 护罩组件 30和压板组件 32整体 重量为 0.75千克, 如此设置使护罩组件 30和压板组件 32的整体重量较轻, 并 且成本较低, 固定到工作台 22上后, 不容易损伤工作台 22的台面, 并且压板 组件 32采用铁材料制成, 使压板组件 32具有很好的耐磨性, 使机体使用寿命 L.

可以理解, 由于护罩组件 30的材料选择较为宽泛, 并且由于其由多个元件 组件, 每个元件材质可以不同, 因此, 在此限于篇幅不进行详细介绍, 本领域 技术人员根据现有技术将多种材质的元件组合, 实现护罩组件 30 与压板组件 32的整体重量小于 1千克。 比如支架 52、延伸臂 54和延展罩体 55采用铝合金 材料, 其他元件 (除必要的螺钉) 采用塑料制成。
工作台 11上还设有纵 T形槽 44和横 T形槽 45。 纵 T形槽 44 自工作台 11 的前部向工作台 11的后部延伸。横 T形槽 45位于开口 40的前侧, 与纵 T形槽 44相交, 从而将整个工作台的上表面 36分成了四个部分。 横 T形槽 45和纵 T 形槽 44分别的自工作台 22的一个侧壁开始延伸, 直至相对平行设置的另一个 侧壁。 纵 T形槽 44和横 T形槽 45的横截面形状相同, 而且纵 T形槽 44和横 T 形槽 45的底部还开设有若干个沿着 T形槽延伸方向间隔设置的通孔用于连接固 定导尺 (图中未示出 )。

支座 24 包括具有若干支撑脚 5 8 的基座 6 0和支撑壁 62。 在本实施例中, 工作台 22和基座 60大致呈方形, 4个大致呈部分截头圆锥形的支撑脚 58分别 设置在基座 60的四个角上, 支撑壁 62设置在相邻的两个支撑脚 58之间, 支撑 脚 58突出于支撑壁 62所在的面。
抽屉 64设于支座 24的前部, 用于收集灰尘。基座 6 0的两个前支撑脚上分 别设有切割机的主开关 6 8和调速开关 7 0。 本实施例中, 支座 2 4具有支撑壁, 本领域技术人员可以想到,仅设置若干支撑腿也可以将工作台 2 2以及切割机构 2 6支撑起来。 因此, 本发明中的支座 2 4也可以是由支撑腿构成的支架。
支座 24 采用轻质材料制成, 其重量小于 2 千克。 在本实施方式中, 支座 24采用塑料材料制成, 重量为 1 .8 千克。 如此设置可以使支座 24具有很好的 应力强度, 并且重量较轻。
切割机 20具有高度 H , 即支座 24背对工作台 22的表面至上表面 36的距 离, 高度 H小于 0.3米, 优选地其为 0.24米, 在不安装护罩组件 30时, 切割 机 20最多能够占用 0.05 16立方米的空间, 而在本优选的实施方式中, 其占用 0.04128立方米的空间。 由此可见, 与传统台式工具比较, 切割机 20 占用空间 较小, 结构更加紧凑。
本发明解决了传统台式工具体积大, 重量大, 不便于搬运的技术问题, 通 过结构和材质的设置, 实现切割机 20的整体重量小于 15千克, 使整个切割机 20具有很好的便携性。 在本实施方式中, 切割机 20的整体重量为 6.45千克, 加上常规的电缆线, 整个机体的重量小于 9千克。 如此设置, 使切割机 20体积 和重量都较小, 便于使用者搬运, 给使用者带来了便利。
参照图 4 , 切割机 20具有重心 0。 为了使搬运时用户接近性更好和搬运更 省力, 本发明建议搬运时, 切割机 20 的重心 0到人体的距离控制在一定的范 围内。 由于切割机的质量较大, 搬运时切割机 20总有一外表面靠近人体的某一 部位, 如腰部, 腿部等, 因此, 控制切割机 20 的重心 0到搬运时切割机靠近 人体的外表面的距离即控制了切割机 20的重心 0到人体的距离。 重心 0到人 体的距离是指切割机的重心到人体靠近切割机的部位的距离。
切割机外表面包括工作台的上表面 36、 基座底面 69、 支撑壁外表面。 支撑 壁外表面可以是图 1所示的支撑壁 62的外表面;也可以是定义的虚拟的外表面, 如当搬运时, 若支撑壁 62无法靠近人体某部位时, 则定义相应支撑壁所对应的 . . ^ , , . ^ , , , ^ ^ 工^台上衣 i¾ 36和基屋風面 69的外边缘构成的表面为支 壁夕 衣囟 , 夸见图 1 , 当用户搬运切割机时站在切割机的前部 ( 图 1 的左侧), 则工作台上表面 36 和基座底面 69的前部外边缘定义的面为切割机的支撑壁外表面。
在本实施例中, 将切割机 20的重心 0到切割机工作台上表面 36、 基座底 面 69、 支撑壁外表面之一的距离设置为小于等于 0.24 米, 优选的, 该距离小 于等于 0. 1米。 切割机 20的重心 0到工作台上表面 36、 基座底面 69、 支撑壁 外表面之一的距离小于等于 0. 1米, 则搬运时, 切割机 20的重心 0到人体靠近 切割机的部位的距离也小于等于 0. 1 米, 这将使用户较接近切割机的重心, 搬 运也较省力。
为便于搬运切割机 20 , 参照图 1和图 4 , 在切割机 20上设置提手部, 本实 施例的提手部形式为设置在支座 24上的把手 3 1 , 优选地把手 3 1设置在支撑壁 62上, 并且在把手 3 1上设置有导轨 46 , 在支撑壁 62上设置有滑槽 48 , 把手 3 1借助导轨 46在支撑壁 62上的滑槽 48中滑动, 以安装或卸载把手 3 1 , 本领 域技术人员可以想到的是,本发明中的把手 3 1 同样可以采用螺丝固定方式与支 座相连接。 所述手提部的实现方式不限于此, 例如, 可在工作台 22靠近其外边 缘处设置一贯穿上表面 36和下表面 38的开口, 用户也可通过该开口提起切割 机。
参见图 4 , 当用户通过把手 3 1提起切割机时, 通过重心 0的垂直于地面的 直线必然经过把手的某一点, 该点是把手 3 1上受力最集中的一点, 本实施例称 为着力点 A , 在实施例中, 该着力点 A与重心 0的连线 AO上任一点与工作台 上表面 36或基座底面 69的距离小于等于 0. 1 米, 优选的, 连线 AO上各点与 工作台上表面 36 或基座底面 69 的距离相等, 即连线 AO 与工作台上表面 36 或基座底面 69平行, 此时, 提起切割机时, 上表面 36或基座底面 69相对水平 面垂直而不发生倾斜, 可以提供很好的人体接近性。
参照图 4 , 本实施例将切割机 20的重心 0靠近基座底面 69设置; 且本实 施例的工作台 22上的护罩组件 30保持在工作台 22上, 该护罩组件 30需占用 一定的空间; 另外, 由于支撑脚 58和支撑壁 62构成的切割机 20的支撑壁外表 面并不规则, 因此, 本实施例中将重心 0到切割机 20的基座 60的外表面, 即 基座底面 69的距离 H设置为小于等于 0.24米, 优选的, 该距离约等于 0. 1米。
为提供良好的用户界面, 本实施例中的把手 3 1具有纵长延伸的握持部分, 该握持部分延伸方向不仅与其附着的支撑壁 62所在的平面平行,而且与基座底 面 69平行。 当用户准备搬运切割机 20并倒置切割机 20使把手 3 1 向上后, 由 ^ „ ^ + 、 、 n T ^ 、 , P rT1 . . ^ 于犯千 31 如此设置, 且基屋風面 69是平面, ¾可引导用尸幕近丞座 60的風面

为了不增加切割机的包装体积, 支撑壁 62围成的面积小于工作台 22和基 座 60的面积, 把手 31设置在支撑壁 62上, 把手 31 的外边缘位于工作台上表 面 36或基座底面 69的外边缘之内。
请参阅图 5, 为本发明第二实施例提供的切割机被搬运时的示意图。 本实 施例与第一实施例的区别是: 搬运时, 先将护罩组件 30从工作台 22上拆卸下 来, 随后倒置切割机 20使把手 31 向上, 由于工作台 22的上表面 36是平面, 用户可能会靠近工作台 22 的上表面 36站立, 将重心 0 与工作台的上表面 36 的距离 HI设置为小于等于 0.24米可获得较好的人体接近性。
请参阅图 6, 为本发明第三实施例提供的切割机的立体示意图。 本实施例与 第一实施例的区别在于, 无支撑脚 58, 原设置在支撑脚 58上的所述主开关和 所述调整开关可设置在适当的位置上 (图中未示出 ), 工作台 22和基座之间仅 有 4个平面的支撑壁, 且这些支撑壁围成的面积小于工作台 22和基座 60的面 积。 把手 31设置在其中一面支撑壁 62上, 由于其相邻支撑壁 62'的宽度足够 直接靠近人体而不会被工作台 22或基座 60的外边缘阻挡, 可将重心 0到相邻 支撑壁 62'的距离设置为小于等于 0.24米。本实施例中的把手 31具有纵长延伸 的握持部分, 该握持部分的延伸方向不仅与支撑壁 62平行, 与支撑壁 62'也平 行, 且由于重心 0更靠近支撑壁 62'而不是支撑壁 62'的相对支撑壁 62", 因此 可以将把手 31 靠近支撑壁 62,设置, 这样可引导用户靠近支撑壁 62,站立, 从 而当用户顺势提起把手 31 时就会使重心 0离人体较近。若相邻支撑壁 62'的宽 度较小, 不足以直接靠近人体, 则定义支撑壁 62'所对应的工作台上表面 36和 基座底面 69的外边缘构成的面为切割机 20的支撑壁外表面, 可将重心 0与定 义的支撑壁外表面的距离设置为小于等于 0.24米。
