Definitions
- the present invention relates to a polyurea electrolyte having mechanical strength and acid resistance suitable as an electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell, and a method for producing the same.
- a fuel cell is one in which fuel such as hydrogen or methanol is electrochemically oxidized using oxygen or air to convert the chemical energy of the fuel into electrical energy and take it out.
- fuel cells such as alkaline type, phosphoric acid type, molten carbonate type, solid electrolyte type and solid polymer type, depending on the type of electrolyte.
- a solid polymer type that can be operated at a low temperature, is easy to handle, and has a high output density is expected as a power source for automobiles and households.
- the polymer electrolyte fuel cell In order to put the polymer electrolyte fuel cell into practical use as a fuel cell for automobiles, further downsizing and higher output are required. For this purpose, it is necessary to reduce the internal resistance in the fuel cell while reducing the volume of the fuel cell itself by reducing the thickness of the electrolyte. For this reason, in addition to the conventional fluorine-type electrolyte membrane, development of the hydrocarbon-type electrolyte membrane is advanced. Compared with the above-mentioned fluorine-based electrolyte membrane, the hydrocarbon-based electrolyte membrane has the advantages that the raw material is inexpensive, the manufacturing process is simple, and the selectivity of the material is high.

耐圧容器に、実施例1で作成した溶液(II)3.00gに、ウレタン変性MDI(BASF INOAC ポリウレタン株式会社製、商品名:ルプラネートMP-102)0.53gを加え、80℃で24時間重合した。
耐圧容器に、実施例3で作成した溶液(II)3.17gと、ウレタン変性MDI(BASF INOAC ポリウレタン株式会社製、商品名:ルプラネートMP-102)0.32gとを投入し、80℃で24時間重合した。
