- step ST119 it is checked whether or not the acquisition of service information of the facility has been completed. If it is determined in step ST119 that the service information of the facility has not been acquired, the processes in steps ST114 to ST118 described above are repeatedly executed. On the other hand, if it is determined in step ST119 that the service information acquisition of the facility has been completed, the sequence returns to the service information update presence / absence process (see FIG. 13).
- the facility icon display processing unit 16 calculates the distance from the current position to the surrounding registration destination facility and does not display the icon of the registration destination facility that cannot be displayed at the displayed map scale. An increase in load can be prevented.
- FIG. 18 illustrates a “route presentation process that takes into account registered destination facilities” that presents a route that takes into account updated registered destination facilities that exist within a certain distance on the searched route. Will be described with reference to FIG.
- the route presentation processing taking into account the registered facility is executed by the facility service information guidance processing unit 17.
- step ST121 it is checked whether or not the neighboring facility information has been updated. If it is determined in this step ST121 that the peripheral facility information has not been updated, the route presentation process taking into account the registration destination facility ends. On the other hand, if it is determined in step ST121 that the neighboring facility information has been updated, then a selected telop display screen is displayed (step ST122). In this state, the user sets whether or not to consider the facility by operation (step ST123).
- step ST124 it is checked whether or not the setting for taking into account the facility is made. If it is determined in step ST124 that the setting for taking into account the facility has not been made, the route presentation processing taking into account the registered facility is terminated. On the other hand, if it is determined in step ST124 that the setting for taking into account the facility is made, then the facility for which search linkage is set is acquired (step ST125). Next, the registration destination facility list is output to the display screen (step ST126). That is, the facility service information guidance processing unit 17 displays a list of registered destination facilities within the guidance period around the route to the destination. As a result, it is possible to easily set the registration destination facility to be routed.
- step ST127 selection of a registration destination facility to be added is started (step ST127).
- the registration destination facility to be taken into account by the user operation is selected (step ST128).
- step ST129 it is checked whether or not the selection of the registration destination facility to be considered has been completed (step ST129). If it is determined in step ST129 that selection of the registration destination facility to be considered has not been completed, the selection in step ST128 is repeated. On the other hand, if it is determined in step ST129 that the selection of the registration destination facility to be considered has been completed, it is then checked whether or not re-searching has been performed (step ST130). If it is determined in this step ST130 that there is no re-search execution, the route presentation process taking into account the registration destination facility ends. On the other hand, when it is determined in step ST130 that re-search execution is performed, a route display screen after addition is output (step ST131). Thereafter, the route presentation process that takes into account the registered facility ends.
- FIG. 19 is a diagram showing an example of a screen displayed by the route presenting process in consideration of the registration destination facility described above.
- the screen shown in FIG. 19 (a) four updated registration destination facilities are detected on the map. If “Nippon Budokan” is set as the destination, two locations on the searched route are displayed. The facility is applicable and a telop as shown in FIG. 19B is presented. When “Yes” is selected in this telop, the registration destination facility of the search linkage setting of service information is extracted from the data storage unit 10, and the list list display screen shown in FIG. 19C is presented to the user. . When the user selects a registration destination facility that he / she wants to go through on this screen and executes “re-search” on the screen, a route taking into account the registration destination facility shown in FIG. 19D is displayed.
- the service information distributed from the registration destination facility is subjected to predetermined processing and registered in the data storage unit, and the registration destination facility on the map according to the set notification condition. Since it is configured to display whether or not the service information is updated, registration and reference of the service information distributed from the registration destination facility can be easily performed.
- the present invention can be used in a car navigation device that is mounted on a vehicle and receives various useful information from surrounding facilities.
