Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 아웃사이드 미러에 관한 것으로서, 아웃사이드 미러 내부에 자동차 주행중 확보되지 않는 사각지대의 시야가 확보되도록 보조미러가 구비된 보조하우징을 출몰 가능하게 설치하면서 그 구성을 간소화시킨 자동차용 아웃사이드 미러에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 자동차용 아웃사이드 미러는, 자동차 전방패널 양측에 고정되며, 후방에는 자동차의 후방 시야를 확보하기 위한 메인미러가 구비되고, 하부에는 개구부가 형성된 메인하우징; 및 후방 시야를 굴절시켜 시야가 확보되도록 후방에 보조미러가 구비된 상태로 상기 메인하우징 내부에 회동 가능하게 배치되며, 구동수단에 의해 메인하우징의 개구부를 통해 메인하우징 내부를 출몰하는 보조하우징; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 위와 같은 구성을 가진 본 발명의 자동차용 아웃사이드 미러는, 상기 보조하우징(200)의 회동이 액추에이터(300)에 의해 이루어지도록 함으로서 구성의 간소화와 함께, 미 주행시에는 위 보조미러(210)가 아웃사이드 미러(400)의 내부로 수용되도록 하여 파손 및 도난을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
