前記ハウジングの内部に設けられ、前記冷媒管を緩く内挿し、一端が前記回転機の回転部に固定されて前記回転部とともに回転自在な回転部材と、
前記冷媒管及び前記回転部材と同軸であって、固定側部材が前記ハウジングの内面に固定され、回転側部材が前記固定側部材の内側で回転自在に配設された円筒状の相対回転部材と、を有し、
前記相対回転部材の固定側部材は冷媒管延設部を介して前記冷媒管に接続され、
前記相対回転部材の回転側部材は回転部材延設部を介して前記回転部材に接続され、
前記冷媒管と前記回転部材の間の空間、および、前記冷媒管延設部と前記回転部材延設部の間の空間は、前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と回転側部材の間の隙間に連通して冷媒領域を形成し、
前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と回転側部材の間にシール部材が設けられており、
前記ハウジング内部は、前記冷媒管周壁と、前記冷媒管延設部と、前記相対回転部材の固定側部材とにより、真空室と圧力室が画成され、前記冷媒管延設部と前記回転部材延設部の間の冷媒領域は前記真空室により断熱されている、ことを特徴とする。
前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と回転側部材の間の隙間を冷媒を有しない側から前記圧力室の圧力により加圧し、前記冷媒管延設部と前記回転部材延設部の間の冷媒領域を少なくとも一方の側から断熱するようにすることができる。
前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と冷媒管延設部の接続部は分離可能に構成され、
前記冷媒管とその冷媒管延設部は、前記ハウジングの接続面を分解することにより抜き出し可能に構成されているようにすることができる。
回転機ハウジングと、
前記回転機ハウジングの内部に設けられ、一端が外部の冷媒源に接続され、他端が回転機の冷却対象部に連通され、内部に冷媒を流通させる非回転の冷媒管と、
前記回転機ハウジングの内部に設けられ、前記冷媒管を緩く内挿し、一端が回転機の回転部に固定されて前記回転部とともに回転自在な回転部材と、
前記冷媒管及び前記回転部材と同軸であって、固定側部材が前記回転機ハウジングに固定され、回転側部材が前記固定側部材の内側で回転自在に配設された円筒状の相対回転部材と、を有し、
前記相対回転部材の固定側部材は冷媒管延設部を介して前記冷媒管に接続され、
前記相対回転部材の回転側部材は回転部材延設部を介して前記回転部材に接続され、
前記冷媒管と前記回転部材の間の空間、および、前記冷媒管延設部と前記回転部材延設部の間の空間は、前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と回転側部材の間の隙間に連通して冷媒領域を形成し、
前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と回転側部材の間にシール部材が設けられており、
前記ハウジング内部は、前記冷媒管周壁と、前記冷媒管延設部と、前記相対回転部材の固定側部材とにより、真空室と圧力室が画成され、前記冷媒管延設部と前記回転部材延設部の間の冷媒領域は前記真空室により断熱されている、ことを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に設けられ、一端が外部の冷媒源に接続され、他端が回転機内の冷却対象部に連通され、内部に冷媒を流通させる非回転の冷媒管と、
前記ハウジングの内部に設けられ、前記冷媒管を緩く内挿し、一端が前記回転機の回転部に固定されて前記回転部とともに回転自在な回転部材と、
前記冷媒管及び前記回転部材と同軸であって、固定側部材が前記ハウジングの内面に固定され、回転側部材が前記固定側部材の内側で回転自在に配設された円筒状の相対回転部材と、を有し、
前記相対回転部材の固定側部材は冷媒管延設部を介して前記冷媒管に接続され、
前記相対回転部材の回転側部材は回転部材延設部を介して前記回転部材に接続され、
前記冷媒管と前記回転部材の間の空間、および、前記冷媒管延設部と前記回転部材延設部の間の空間は、前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と回転側部材の間の隙間に連通して冷媒領域を形成し、
前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と回転側部材の間にシール部材が設けられており、
前記ハウジング内部は、前記冷媒管周壁と、前記冷媒管延設部と、前記相対回転部材の固定側部材とにより、真空室と圧力室が画成され、前記冷媒管延設部と前記回転部材延設部の間の冷媒領域は前記真空室により断熱されている、ことを特徴とする低温用ロータリージョイント。 - 前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と回転側部材の間にシール部材は磁性流体シール部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の低温用ロータリージョイント。
- 前記冷媒領域の前記シール部材より前記冷媒管に近い部分に、耐低温シール部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低温用ロータリージョイント。
- 前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と回転側部材の間の隙間は冷媒を有しない側から前記圧力室の圧力により加圧されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低温用ロータリージョイント。
- 前記相対回転部材の固定側部材に接続し、シール部材を介して前記相対回転部材の回転側部材と係合し、前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と回転側部材の間の隙間の冷媒を有しない側に連通する圧力室を形成する圧力室部材を有し、
前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と回転側部材の間の隙間を冷媒を有しない側から前記圧力室の圧力により加圧し、前記冷媒管延設部と前記回転部材延設部の間の冷媒領域を少なくとも一方の側から真空断熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低温用ロータリージョイント。 - 前記ハウジングは前記冷媒管の軸方向に直交する方向で分解可能な接続面を有し、
前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と冷媒管延設部の接続部は分離可能に構成され、
前記冷媒管とその冷媒管延設部は、前記ハウジングの接続面を分解することにより抜き出し可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低温用ロータリージョイント。 - 前記冷媒管は、冷媒送給用の内管を有する二重管であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低温用ロータリージョイント。
- 回転機ハウジングと、
前記回転機ハウジングの内部に設けられ、一端が外部の冷媒源に接続され、他端が回転機の冷却対象部に連通され、内部に冷媒を流通させる非回転の冷媒管と、
前記回転機ハウジングの内部に設けられ、前記冷媒管を緩く内挿し、一端が回転機の回転部に固定されて前記回転部とともに回転自在な回転部材と、
前記冷媒管及び前記回転部材と同軸であって、固定側部材が前記回転機ハウジングに固定され、回転側部材が前記固定側部材の内側で回転自在に配設された円筒状の相対回転部材と、を有し、
前記相対回転部材の固定側部材は冷媒管延設部を介して前記冷媒管に接続され、
前記相対回転部材の回転側部材は回転部材延設部を介して前記回転部材に接続され、
前記冷媒管と前記回転部材の間の空間、および、前記冷媒管延設部と前記回転部材延設部の間の空間は、前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と回転側部材の間の隙間に連通して冷媒領域を形成し、
前記相対回転部材の固定側部材と回転側部材の間にシール部材が設けられており、
前記ハウジング内部は、前記冷媒管周壁と、前記冷媒管延設部と、前記相対回転部材の固定側部材とにより、真空室と圧力室が画成され、前記冷媒管延設部と前記回転部材延設部の間の冷媒領域は前記真空室により断熱されている、ことを特徴とする低温用ロータリージョイント。
