Abstract

본 발명은 두부를 연속으로 제조하기 위한 두부 자동 연속 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 마른 콩을 세척, 석발(石拔), 불리지 않고 직접 장치에 투입하여 연속 자동으로 두부를 생산할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 발명은 콩 투입 호퍼(1)에 마른 콩을 투입하고 기계 가동을 시작하여 콩정량투입기(3)를 통해 가변모터(2)의 지정된 회전에 의해 콩종류에 관계없이 일정한 두유농도를 유지할 수 있도록 콩이 세척기(5) 내부로 투입되면 세척 모터(4)가 회전하며, 자동밸브(10)가 열리고 물통(14)으로부터 세척수와 행굼수와 두유 제조용 원수가 투입되어 스크류의 회전으로 돌은 세척기(5)하부의 석발통으로 모이고 콩은 스크류를 타고 이송되어 두유용 급수와 만나 크럇사(19)내부로 투입되어 잘게 부숴진 후 자동밸브(15)가 오픈되면서 소포제통(17)으로부터 소포제가 크럇사(19)로 투입되어 잘게 부숴진 콩물과 함께 자연낙하되며, 자연낙하된 콩이 제1멧돌(20), 제2멧돌(22)로 이송되어 미세하게 분쇄된 후 원심분리기(23)를 통해 두유와 비지로 분리되며, 두유가 증기보일러(30)에 의한 증기로 끓여지면서 응고제통(37)으로부터의 응고제와 함께 두유 및 순두부 응고통(44)에 유입되어 두부가 순간적으로 만들어진다.
