- 뒤집어 양면으로 요리가 가능한 조리용 팬으로서,상부 조리용 팬과 하부 조리용 팬의 바닥부 하부면 중앙에 이격거리를 두고 설치됨으로써 배기공간부를 형성시키게 되는 분산판과;상하부 조리용 팬에 의해 형성되는 내부와 상기 배기공간부를 연결시키는 배기관과;상기 분산판이 상하 이동이 이루어지도록 결합되되, 배기관과 연통되도록 상하부 조리용 팬의 바닥부 하부면에 결합되며 외주면에 다수의 천공된 유출공이 형성되는 개폐식 결합대;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기장치가 구비되는 조리용 팬.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 개폐식 결합대는,외주면에 다수의 유출공이 형성되며, 하단부에는 돌출되는 플랜지가 형성되는 것으로 하고,하단부가 분산판과 결합되며 상단부에는 상기 플랜지에 걸리게 되는 구속단이 형성되는 슬라이드부재로 구성되어 분산판의 상하 이동이 이루어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기장치가 구비되는 조리용 팬.
- 제1항, 제11항, 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 배기관에는,분리될 수 있는 세척관이 설치되는 것으로 함을 특징으로 하는 배기장치가 구비되는 조리용 팬.
