Abstract
Description
(a)成分は、常温(25℃)で固体の、(a1)ポリアルキレングリコール重合体、または(a2)糖アルコールである。本発明では(a)成分として、(a1)成分あるいは(a2)成分のいずれか一方のみを配合する。(a1)成分と(a2)成分の両者をともに配合する態様は含まない。
常温(25℃)で固体のポリアルキレングリコール重合体としては、エチレンオキシド(EO)構成単位が重合したEO重合体、プロピレンオキシド(PO)構成単位が重合したPO重合体、ブチレンオキシド(BO)構成単位が重合したBO重合体、あるいは上記の構成単位が共重合した各共重合体等が好適例として挙げられる。特にはEO重合体、EO構成単位とPO構成単位を含むEO・PO共重合体、EO構成単位とBO構成単位を含むEO・BO共重合体等が好ましい。共重合の形式は特に限定されるものでなく、ブロック共重合、グラフト共重合、ランダム共重合等、任意である。
常温(25℃)で固体状の糖アルコールは、糖類のカルボニル基を還元して得られる多価アルコールである。具体的には、マルチトール(「マルビット」;物産フードサイエンス(株)製)、ソルビトール(「ソルビトールC」;物産フードサイエンス(株)製)、リビトール、マンニトール、アラビトール、ガラクチトール、キシリトール、エリトリトール、イノシトール等を例示することができる。中でもべたつき、ごわつきのなさ等の点からソルビトール、マルチトールが好ましい。
常温(25℃)で液体のポリアルキレングリコール重合体としては、EO構成単位が重合したEO重合体、PO構成単位が重合したPO重合体、BO構成単位が重合したBO重合体、あるいは上記の構成単位が共重合した各共重合体等が好適例として挙げられる。特にはEO重合体、EO構成単位とPO構成単位を含むEO・PO共重合体、EO構成単位とBO構成単位を含むEO・BO共重合体等が好ましい。共重合の形式は特に限定されるものでなく、ブロック共重合、グラフト共重合、ランダム共重合等、任意である。
皮膜形成性高分子としては、特に限定されるものでなく、従来よりヘアスタイリング剤等の整髪用化粧料に用いられている皮膜形成性高分子を任意に用いることができる。本発明では再整髪性等の点から、アクリル系、ビニル系、ウレタン系の皮膜形成性高分子が好ましく用いられる。
アニオン性の高分子であれば例えば、アクリル酸アルキル・ジアセトンアクリルアミド共重合体〔プラスサイズL-53P、プラスサイズL-9909B、プラスサイズL-9948Bなど(いずれも互応化学工業(株)製)〕、アクリル酸アルキル・オクチルアクリルアミド共重合体〔Dermacryl 79(アクゾノーベル(株)製)〕、ポリエチレングリコール・ポリプロピレングリコール-25・ジメチコン・アクリレーツ共重合体〔ルビフレックスSILK(BASF社製)〕、アクリル酸・アクリル酸アミド・アクリル酸エチル共重合体〔ウルトラホールド8、ウルトラホールドStrong(いずれもBASF社製)〕、アクリル酸アルキル共重合体〔アニセットNF-1000、アニセットHS-3000など(いずれも大阪有機化学工業(株)製)〕などが挙げられる。
ウレタン系皮膜形成性高分子としては、例えばシリコーン/ポリエーテル系ポリウレタン樹脂〔ヨドゾールPUD;アクゾノーベル(株)製)〕、「ルビセットP.U.R.」(BASF社製)、特開2006-213706号公報に記載のシリル化ウレタン系ポリマー等が挙げられる。アクリル-ウレタン系皮膜形成性高分子としては、例えば、「DynamX」(アクゾノーベル(株)製)等が挙げられる。
試料(100~200mL)をBL型粘度計(ローターNo.2、回転数60rpm、25±2℃)に入れ、ローター回転開始から1分間経過後の試料粘度を測定した。
1束の黒色バージンヘア(長さ20cm、質量4g)に試料を0.5g塗布し、指でなじませた後のヘアスタイルの作りやすさについて、女性専門パネラー(10名)による官能試験にて評価した。
1束の黒色バージンヘア(長さ20cm、質量4g)に試料を0.5g塗布し、常温にて1時間乾燥させた後の毛束について、つまんでねじって動かしたときのアレンジのしやすさについて、女性専門パネラー(10名)による官能試験にて評価した。
1束の黒色バージンヘア(長さ20cm、質量4g)に試料を0.5g塗布し、指でなじませた後の毛髪のべたつきのなさについて、女性専門パネラー(10名)による官能試験にて評価した。
1束の黒色バージンヘア(長さ20cm、質量4g)に試料を0.5g塗布し、指でなじませ仕上げた後の毛髪表面の滑らかさについて、女性専門パネラー(10名)による官能試験にて評価した。
1束の黒色バージンヘア(長さ20cm、質量4g)に試料を0.5g塗布し、指でなじませ仕上げた後の仕上がりの軽さについて、女性専門パネラー(10名)による官能試験にて評価した。

4点:良い
3点:普通(どちらともいえない)
2点:やや良くない
1点:良くない

◎:評価点合計が40点以上
○:評価点合計が30点以上40点未満

下記表1~2に示す試料を用いて、上記評価方法に従い、整髪力、再整髪力、べたつき感のなさ、滑らかさ、仕上がりの軽さについて評価した。結果を表1~2に示す。なお表1~2中、以下の成分は下記製品を用いた。
・マルビトール(*):「マルビット」(日研化成(株)製)
・メタクリロイルオキシエチルカルボキシベタイン・メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体(**):「ユカフォーマー301」(30%溶液。三菱化学(株)製)。

(1)に(6)、(9)、(10)を溶解させて水相パーツとする。(2)に(7)、(8)、(11)、(12)を溶解させてアルコールパーツとする。続いて上記の水相パーツに、上記アルコールパーツ、(5)、および加温融解させた(3)、(4)を順に入れて撹拌混合することで透明ミスト状の整髪剤を得る。

製法
(1)に(5)、(7)を溶解させて水相パーツとする。続いて(8)~(19)を混合・加温融解させたのち、(21)~(24)を添加・融解させて油相パーツを得る。上記の水相パーツに上記油相パーツ、(20)を混合し、ホモミキサーにより乳化したのち、(4)、(6)、および加温融解させた(2)、(3)を順に入れて撹拌混合することでクリーム状の整髪剤を得る。
Claims (4)
- (a)常温(25℃)で固体の、(a1)ポリアルキレングリコール重合体、または(a2)糖アルコールと、
(b)常温(25℃)で液体のポリアルキレングリコール重合体と、
(c)皮膜形成性高分子と、
を含有し、(a)成分:(b)成分=1:0.2~1:10(質量比)であり、(b)成分:(c)成分=1:0.1~1:1(質量比)であり、(a)~(c)成分の合計量が8質量%以上であり、系の粘度が10,000mPa・s以下(25℃、B型粘度計)である整髪用化粧料。 - (a1)成分が質量平均分子量1,000~20,000のポリエチレングリコールである、請求項1記載の整髪用化粧料。
- (b)成分が質量平均分子量200~900のポリエチレングリコールである、請求項1または2記載の整髪用化粧料。
- 粘度が100mPa・s以下(25℃、B型粘度計)であって、使用時に霧状に噴霧して用いる、請求項1記載の整髪用化粧料。
