轴承是精密度要求很高的机械部件, 在装配时, 要根据轴承的 游隙要求,选取不同尺寸精度的内、外圈和与之相配的钢球进行合套。 因此, 在轴承自动装配过程中, 快速地选取适配规格规值的钢球及合 适的钢球个数非常重要。
现有的取球装置包括多个储存钢球、且与钢球规值一一对应的球 筒和与球筒一一对应、 以获取被选中规值的钢球的导管, 每根导管固 接于一允许导管通过的钢板上,钢板下面各设有一与导管对应的球道 块, 球道块上设有容纳需取出的钢球的球道, 球道的直径与钢球直径 适配, 球道的高度等于需取出的钢球的总高度, 每个球道块与一使其 靠近或远离钢球导管口的驱动气缸连接。
初始状态时, 球道块分别与其对应的导管连通, 每个球道块预先 储存有设定的钢球数。当需要被选中的球道块时, 该球道块在驱动气 缸的推动下, 被推移至下球口, 同时, 球道块阻挡导管口钢球下落, 该球道内钢球下滑入下球管中, 然后, 驱动气缸驱使该球道块复位。

当所需钢球个数发生变化时,只需松开球数高度调整块上的锁紧 螺钉, 上下调节调整块以改变取球斜块的高度, 使取球斜块与取球个 数相匹配, 再锁紧调整块即可, 无需再调试, 操作简单。
当需要更换钢球规格时, 仅需将整个钢球板主件换掉即可。 重新 安装钢球板主件后, 只需调节球数高度调整块的位置, 使取球斜块的 高度与取球个数适配即可, 也无需调试, 操作简单。
本发明具有改变钢球数及更换钢球规格方便快捷,更改后无需调 试, 装配精度要求低, 能满足多品种, 小批量客户的生产实际要求的 优点。
