- Electrical energy can be continuously extracted by supplying fuel gas (including hydrogen) and oxidizing gas (including oxygen) to each single cell of the fuel cell stack having such a configuration.

- Hydrogen molecules supplied to the fuel electrode are separated into hydrogen ions and electrons by the catalyst layer of the fuel electrode. Hydrogen ions move to the air electrode side through the humidified polymer electrolyte membrane. On the other hand, the electrons move through the external circuit to the air electrode to which the oxidizing gas is supplied. At this time, the electrons passing through the external circuit can be used as electric energy. In the air electrode catalyst layer, hydrogen ions that have moved through the polymer electrolyte membrane, electrons that have moved through the external circuit, and oxygen supplied to the air electrode react to generate water. Further, heat is generated by the above-described chemical reaction.

- heat generated during power generation may be conducted to the end plate in addition to being recovered by a cooling medium or the like. Since the heat conducted to the end plate is released from the end plate to the outside, the heat cannot be recovered as heat energy, and the heat generated during power generation cannot be recovered efficiently.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel cell stack capable of efficiently recovering heat generated during power generation by reducing the amount of heat conducted from a fluid pipe body to an end plate and released to the outside. That is.
- the present inventor has found that the release of heat can be suppressed by partially separating the fluid pipe body and the end plate to provide a gap, and has further studied and completed the invention. That is, the present invention relates to the following fuel cell stack.

- a fluid tube connected to the manifold, wherein a part of the outer surface of the fluid tube facing the inner surface of the through hole is the through-hole.
- the convex portion includes a rib, and the rib is along a flow direction of the fluid flowing through the fluid pipe body.
- the air in the gap functions as a heat insulating material. For this reason, the amount of heat conducted from the fluid flowing in the fluid pipe to the end plate is small, and the amount of heat released to the outside through the end plate is small. Therefore, according to the fuel cell stack of the present invention, the heat generated during power generation can be efficiently recovered.

Since the air gap is provided, the air in the air gap functions as a heat insulating material. For this reason, when the fluid tube is a tube that discharges fluid (a fuel gas discharge tube, an oxidizing gas discharge tube, or a cooling medium discharge tube), the thermal energy accumulated in the fluid flowing through the fluid tube is It is difficult to conduct to the end plate and little heat energy is released to the outside through the end plate. - the convex 131 provided on the outer surface of the cooling medium discharge pipe 119 is a rib.
