Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'une ébauche de pièce en superalliage à base de Ni, selon lequel on élabore un alliage, et on réalise des traitements thermiques, caractérisé en ce que : ledit superalliage contient au moins 2,5% au total de Nb et de Ta; on effectue un traitement thermique, comportant une pluralité de paliers : un premier palier entre 850 et 10000C pendant au moins 20 minutes pour précipiter de la phase δ aux joints de grains; un deuxième palier à une température supérieure à celle du premier palier et permettant de réaliser une dissolution partielle de la phase δ obtenue lors du premier palier; un traitement de vieillissement comportant un troisième palier et éventuellement un ou des paliers supplémentaires, à une température inférieure à celle du premier palier et permettant de faire précipiter les phases durcissantes γ' et γ". Pièce ainsi obtenue.
