Abstract

본 발명은 나일론/폴리에스터 분할형 복합사가 포함된 섬유직물의 분할강화 및 고수축 가공방법에 관한 것으로, 염색장치 내부의 온도를 20~40℃가 되도록 한 후 물을 공급하고, 여기에 10~30g/l의 수산화나트륨과 1~4g/l의 억포제 및 1~4g/l의 욕중유연제를 투입한 후 호발/정련을 마친 나일론/폴리에스테르 분할형 분할사로 제직된 생지를 투입하는 투입공정(S1)과, 상기 투입공정(S1)에서 생지가 투입된 염색장치의 내부의 온도를 1분당 0.5~2.0℃의 온도로 서서히 승온(昇溫)시켜 90~120℃에 도달 한 후에 염색장치의 내부가 고온과 고압 상태에서 30~60 분간 유지하여 생지를 숙성시키는 숙성공정(S2)과, 상기 염색장치 내부의 온도를 1분에 0.5~2.0℃의 온도로 서서히 강온(降溫)시켜 55~65℃에 이르렀을 때 물, 수산화나트륨, 억포제 및 욕중유연제가 혼합된 용액을 배출하고 염색장치 내부를 환기시키는 배출 공정(S3)과, 상기 염색장치 내부로 20~30분간 물을 공급하여 생지를 수세하는 수세 공정(S4)과, 상기 염색장치 내부의 온도를 1분에 2℃의 온도로 강온시킨 후 40℃의 온도에 이르렀을 때 생지를 인출하는 인출 공정(S5)으로 구성된다.
