Definitions
- the present invention relates to an elevator control device using a numeric key operation device.
- ON failure detection circuit for detecting that the call registration button signal of the elevator provided in the car has an ON failure, and a circuit for canceling the service for the call registration button signal of the ON failure when this ON failure detection circuit is operated has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
- the numeric keypad ON failure may occur even in the numeric keypad type operation device.
- the floor corresponding to the number assigned to the failed numeric keypad is continuously registered automatically. For this reason, there is a problem that not only excessive calls are generated but also elevator call input by other numeric keypads becomes invalid.
- Patent Document 1 has a problem that it is impossible to input a call in the destination direction assigned to a button that has failed ON.
- the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems.
- the purpose of the present invention is to input an elevator call even when a numeric keypad provided in a car or at a landing has a malfunction. It is providing the elevator control apparatus which can do.
- An elevator device is provided in at least one of an elevator car and a landing, and is assigned with a numeric keypad, a button failure detection device that detects ON failure of the numeric keypad, and ON of the numeric keypad When no failure is detected, information corresponding to the number assigned to the pressed numeric keypad is output. When an ON failure of the numeric keypad is detected, the input of the numeric keypad button with the ON failure is invalidated and turned on.
- a button input processing device that assigns the destination direction of the car to a non-failed numeric key button and outputs information corresponding to the destination direction of the car assigned to a pressed ten key button that is not faulty It is.
- the elevator call can be input even when the numeric keypad provided in the car or at the landing has a failure.
- FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a main part of FIG. 2.

- Embodiment 1 FIG.
- elevators with multi-storey stops are increasing as the number of buildings rises.
- Many of these elevator cars and landings are provided with ten-key type operation devices. These operating devices are provided with ten-key buttons corresponding to “0” to “9”.
- the elevator user can register the destination floor by sequentially pressing the numeric key buttons corresponding to the desired floor numbers. For example, when the numeric keypad corresponding to “1” is pressed and then the numeric keypad corresponding to “5” is pressed, the 15th floor is registered as the destination floor. As a result, it is not necessary to increase the number of call registration buttons even in elevators with multi-storey stops such as the 20th floor and the 30th floor.
- FIG. 1 is a main part configuration diagram of an elevator control apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
- reference numeral 1 denotes a numeric key operation device.

- the numeric keypad 2 has a function of outputting button operation information 9 based on an input from an elevator user.
- the button failure detection device 3 has a function of inputting button operation information 9.
- the button failure detection device 3 has a function of detecting a failure of each numeric key button 2 based on the button operation information 9. Furthermore, the button failure detection device 3 has a function of outputting the failure button information 10 based on the failure state of each numeric keypad 2.
- the operation mode selection device 4 has a function for inputting failure button information 10.
- the operation mode selection device 4 has a function of selecting an elevator operation mode based on the failure button information 10. Furthermore, the operation mode selection device 4 has a function of outputting the operation mode information 11 based on the selected elevator operation mode.
- the button input processing device 5 has a function of inputting button operation information 9 and operation mode information 11.
- the button input processing device 5 has a function of selecting a normal or backup output path based on the button operation information 9 and the operation mode information 11 and outputting the call information of the elevator.
- the numeric keypad lamp control device 6 has a function of inputting button operation information 9, failure button information 10, and operation mode information 11.
- the numeric keypad light control device 6 has a function of outputting the button light control information 12 based on the button operation information 9, the failure button information 10, and the operation mode information 11.
- the direction light 7 is provided close to each numeric key button 2. Specifically, the direction light 7 includes an LED or the like incorporated in each numeric keypad 2. This direction light 7 has a function of inputting button light control information 12. The direction light 7 has a function of lighting based on the button light control information 12.
- the elevator control device 8 is an elevator control device.
- the elevator control device 8 has a function of controlling the operation of the entire elevator. Specifically, the elevator control device 8 has a function of moving the elevator car up and down based on the call information output from the button input device processor 5.
- FIG. 2 is a front view of the numeric keypad of the elevator control apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
- FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a main part of FIG.
- the button failure detection device 3 determines whether or not the numeric keypad 2 is in an ON failure state. Specifically, the button failure detection device 3 periodically checks the ON / OFF state of the numeric key button 2, and sets the numeric key button 2 that is in the ON state without being in the OFF state for a certain period of time to the ON failure state. Judge that there is. When the button failure detection device 3 outputs failure button information 10 indicating that none of the numeric keypads 2 is ON, the operation mode selection device 4 selects “normal mode” as the elevator operation mode.
- “normal mode” is input to the button input processing device 5 as the operation mode information 11.
- the button input processing device 5 outputs the button operation information 9 of the pressed numeric keypad 2 as it is to the normal output path.
- the numeric keypad light control device 6 does not output the button light control information 12. Therefore, the direction light 7 is not lit.
- the elevator control device 8 registers the destination floor based on the button operation information 9. As a result, the car arrives at the registered destination floor.
- the failure button information 10 includes information indicating that the numeric keypad 2 is defective and which numeric keypad 2 is present. Outputs information about failure.
- the operation mode selection device 4 selects “backup mode” as the elevator operation mode. Then, the button input processing device 5 receives “backup mode” as the operation mode information 11.
- the button input processing device 5 invalidates the input of the numeric keypad 2 with the ON failure, and assigns the destination direction of the car to the numeric keypad 2 with no ON failure. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the button input processing device 5 has no ON failure among the numeric key buttons 2 corresponding to “1” to “6” arranged in the upper half of the numeric key buttons 2. Assign a rising direction to the thing. Further, the button input processing device 5 has no ON failure among the numeric keypad 2 corresponding to “7” to “9” and “0” and the spare numeric key button 2 arranged in the lower half of the numeric keypad 2. Assign a descending direction to the thing.
- the numeric keypad lamp control device 6 outputs button lamp control information 12 for instructing all the directional lamps 7 that are not in the ON failure to be lit at half brightness.
- all the directional lamps 7 that are not in the ON failure are lit with half luminance regardless of the ascending direction and the descending direction.
- the direction light 7 has an arrow shape indicating the destination direction of the car assigned to the numeric keypad 2. Therefore, the elevator user can recognize that the operation mode of the elevator has become the “backup mode”. That is, the direction light 7 functions as a notification device for notifying that the destination direction of the car has been assigned to the numeric key button 2 that is not in an ON failure when the ON failure of the numeric key button 2 is detected.
- the button input processing device 5 In this state, when the elevator user presses the numeric keypad 2 that is not in the ON failure state, the button input processing device 5 outputs the up / down information to the backup output path. Specifically, the button input processing device 5 converts the button operation information 9 of the pressed numeric keypad 2 into up / down information indicating the destination direction of the assigned car and outputs it to the backup output path. As a result, a call in the destination direction is registered in the elevator control device 8. Furthermore, in the elevator control device 8, each floor in the destination direction from the landing is registered as a destination floor.
- the numeric keypad lamp control device 6 turns on the directional light 7 of the numeric keypad 2 assigned the destination direction in the same direction as the pressed numeric keypad 2 among the numeric keypads 2 that are not in the ON failure with full brightness.
- the button lamp control information 12 instructing to do so is output.
- the total luminance means that the luminance is higher than the half luminance.
- the button lamp control information 12 When the car arrives at the landing, the button lamp control information 12 outputs the button lamp control information 12 that instructs the directional lamp 7 that is lit at full brightness to be lit at half brightness. As a result, the directional lamp 7 that has been lit at full luminance returns to the half-luminous lighting state. Thereafter, the elevator control device 8 stops the car for each floor in the destination direction previously registered. Then, the operation in the “backup mode” is repeated until “the normal mode” is selected as the operation mode of the elevator.
- the elevator control device 8 moves the floors in the direction of the destination of the car assigned to the pressed numeric key button 2 rather than the position of the car when the numeric keypad button 2 that is not in an ON failure state is pressed.
- the button lamp control information 12 includes the button lamp control information 12 that instructs the directional lamp 7 that is lit at full brightness to be lit at half brightness. Output.
- the directional lamp 7 that has been lit at full luminance returns to the half-luminous lighting state.
- the button input processing device 5 when the button input processing device 5 detects the ON failure of the numeric key button 2, the button input processing device 5 invalidates the input of the numeric key button 2 that has failed ON, and the numeric keypad that does not have an ON failure.
- the destination direction of the car is assigned to the button 2. Then, the button input processing device 5 outputs information corresponding to the destination direction of the car assigned to the pressed numeric key button 2 that is not in failure. For this reason, even when the numeric keypad 2 provided in the car or at the landing has an ON failure, the destination direction of the car can be input as the elevator call.
- the direction light 7 provided in the vicinity of the numeric keypad 2 informs that the destination direction of the car is assigned to the numeric keypad 2 that is not in the ON failure when the ON failure of the numeric keypad 2 is detected. For this reason, when the numeric key button 2 is turned on, the elevator user can be notified that the up / down input of the car can be performed with the numeric key button 2 that is not on.
- Such means is not limited to the direction light 7.
- the content may be displayed on a display and notified, or may be notified by voice announcement.
- the direction light 7 is turned off, and when the ON failure of the numeric key button 2 is detected, the direction light 7 of the numeric key button 2 that is not ON failed is turned on. Further, among the numeric keypad buttons 2 that are not ON-failed, the luminance of the direction light 7 of the numeric keypad 2 assigned with the same destination direction as the pressed numeric keypad 2 is increased. Therefore, the elevator user can intuitively recognize that the normal input with the numeric keypad 2 cannot be performed, and can visually recognize that the desired destination direction has been officially input. In addition, the maintenance worker will not forget to replace the numeric keypad 2 that has been turned ON. That is, leaving the ON failure state of the numeric keypad 2 is prevented.
- the elevator control device 8 detects the ON failure of the numeric keypad 2 in the car, and if the numeric keypad 2 that is not in an ON fault in the car is pressed, the numeric keypad 2 pressed from the position of the car.
- Each floor in the direction of the destination of the car assigned to is registered as the destination floor of the car. For this reason, a car can be made to arrive at the floor containing the number assigned to the numeric keypad 2 that has failed ON.
- the numeric keypad 2 corresponding to “1” has an ON failure, simply disabling the input of the numeric keypad 2 will display floors including “1” such as the 1st floor, 15th floor, 21st floor, etc. Cannot be registered as a floor.
- floors including “1” such as the 1st floor, 15th floor, 21st floor, etc. Cannot be registered as a floor.
- the assigned numeric key button 2 in the descending direction is not turned on. If you press, you can go to the first floor as you wish.
- the elevator apparatus according to the present invention can be used for an elevator that can input an elevator call even when a numeric keypad provided in a car or at a landing has a malfunction.
