Abstract

본 발명은, 기판; 투명 음극; 양극; 및 상기 투명 음극과 상기 양극 사이에 위치하는 유기물층을 포함하는 유기발광소자에 있어서, 상기 유기물층은 발광층 및 n-형 도핑된 전자수송층을 포함하고, 상기 n-형 도핑된 전자수송층은 전자 수송 재료 및 n-형 도펀트를 포함하고 상기 음극과 발광층 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
