Claims (9)
- 자성을 가지는 액상의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;상기 혼합물을 금속화하는 단계;상기 금속화된 혼합물을 세척 및 건조하는 단계;상기 세척 및 건조된 혼합물을 열처리하는 단계; 및상기 열처리된 혼합물에 산화알루미늄(Al2O3)을 첨가하는 단계;를 포함하는 포함하는 페라이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액상의 혼합물 형성단계는,질산바륨(Ba(NO3)2), 질산코발트6수화물(Co(NO3)2·6H2O) 및 질산제이철9수화물(Fe(NO3)3·9H2O)을 3:2:24의 비율로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속화단계는,수산화나트륨(NaOH)으로 상기 액상의 혼합물을 공침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 세척 및 건조하는 단계는,상기 혼합물을 증류수로 세척하는 단계; 및상기 세척된 혼합물을 110℃ 내지 130℃ 사이의 온도로 24시간 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 페라이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열처리단계는,상기 건조된 혼합물을 900~1100℃ 사이의 온도로 1차 열처리하는 단계; 및상기 1차 열처리된 혼합물을 1250~1350℃로 2차 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 페라이트의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 산화알루미늄 첨가단계는,상기 1차 열처리단계 이후에, 상기 1차 열처리된 혼합물과 상기 산화알루미늄을 수% 내지 수십%의 무게비로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트의 제조방법.
- Ba3Co2Fe24O41로 형성된 혼합체를 준비하는 단계; 및상기 혼합체에 Al2O3로 구성된 첨가물을 수% 내지 수십%로 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 페라이트의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 혼합체 준비단계는,질산바륨(Ba(NO3)2), 질산코발트6수화물(Co(NO3)2·6H2O) 및 질산제이철9수화물(Fe(NO3)3·9H2O)을 3:2:24의 비율로 혼합하여 액상의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;상기 혼합물을 공침하는 단계;상기 공침된 혼합물을 세척 및 건조하는 단계; 및상기 건조된 혼합물을 2단계로 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 페라이트의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 첨가물 혼합단계는,상기 2단계 열처리단계 중 제1열처리단계가 완료된 혼합물에 상기 첨가물을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트의 제조방법.
