Definitions
- the present invention relates to a printing plate mounting apparatus and a printing press.
- a sheet-like plate may be wound around and mounted on a plate cylinder fixed to the plate drive shaft. In that case, it is difficult to mount the plate in the printing press, and it is difficult to accurately attach the plate to the plate cylinder.
- the plate cylinder may be fixed to the plate drive shaft after the sheet-like plate is wound around the plate cylinder removed from the plate drive shaft. In this case, since the plate cylinder has a considerable weight, it is difficult to remove and attach the plate cylinder to the plate drive shaft.
- the present inventor has solved the above-mentioned problems and has an outer peripheral surface of a plate body formed into a cylindrical shape by an elastic material as a printing plate that enables a plate to be easily and accurately attached to a printing press.
- a plate portion is provided in a part of the plate body, and an engagement portion extending inward in the axial direction is formed on the inner periphery of the plate body (see Japanese Patent Application No. 2008-137766).
- An object of the present invention is to provide a printing press plate mounting apparatus and a printing press that can more easily and accurately attach the cylindrical plate as described above to a printing press.
- a plate portion is provided on a part of the outer peripheral surface of a plate main body formed in a cylindrical shape by an elastic material, and the engagement portion protrudes inwardly on the inner periphery of the plate main body and extends in the axial direction.
- a device that is fixedly provided on a plate drive shaft of a printing press, and is provided on a plate drive shaft in a fixed manner so that the plate is provided on the outer periphery from the front end side of the plate drive shaft.
- a plate cylinder portion having a cylindrical plate mounting surface to be mounted; a circumferential positioning groove in which an engagement portion of the plate is fitted from the front end side of the plate drive shaft to the outer periphery of the plate cylinder portion; An axial positioning stopper with which the end abuts, and a plate that presses the plateless portion of the plate mounted on the plate cylinder portion from the radially inner side to the radially outer side to tightly fix the plate to the plate mounting surface of the plate cylinder portion A fixing member is provided.
- plate part refers to a part where a plate has already been formed (a part that has been made) and a part for forming a plate that has not yet been formed (before the plate making). Part) is used to include both.
- the plate portion is formed on a portion of the plate that comes into close contact with the plate mounting surface when the plate is mounted on the plate cylinder portion.
- the inner diameter of the plate mounted on the plate mounting apparatus of the present invention is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the plate mounting surface of the plate cylinder portion.
- the plate fixing member When attaching the plate to the plate mounting device, the plate fixing member should not press the plate radially outward. In such a state, the plate is fitted to the outer periphery of the plate cylinder portion from one end so that the engagement portion of the plate fits into the groove of the plate cylinder portion, and one end of the plate is brought into contact with the stopper. Accordingly, the plate can be accurately and easily attached to a predetermined position of the plate cylinder portion. Since the inner diameter of the plate is larger than the outer diameter of the plate mounting surface and the plate is mounted, the plate fixing member does not push the plate radially outward, so there is a gap between the plate mounting surface and the plate. Can be easily attached to the plate cylinder.
- the plate fixing member pushes the plate outward in the radial direction, and the plate is fixed in close contact with the plate mounting surface.
- the engagement portion of the plate fits into the groove of the plate cylinder portion, and one end portion of the plate comes into contact with the stopper, thereby positioning the plate in the radial direction and the axial direction, and is fixed at that position by the plate fixing member. The Therefore, the position of the plate does not shift with respect to the plate cylinder during use.
- the difference between the inner diameter of the plate and the outer diameter of the plate mounting surface is preferably as small as possible within the range where the plate can be easily attached to and detached from the plate cylinder.
- the engaging portion when the plate is mounted on the plate cylinder portion and rotated, the engaging portion is formed obliquely with respect to the plate main body so that the distal end side of the engaging portion is on the rear side in the rotational direction from the base end side. Is done. More preferably, the angle formed by the engaging portion and the plate body is 35 to 55 degrees, and most preferably 45 degrees.
- the groove of the plate cylinder is also formed obliquely so that the bottom of the groove is on the rear side in the rotational direction from the opening.
- the plate is formed by forming a rectangular elastic material sheet into a cylindrical shape and overlapping both ends to be joined to form a cylindrical plate body, and the end of the sheet positioned inside the joining portion.
- the portion is bent inward to form an engaging portion, and the plate portion is provided at a predetermined location on the outer peripheral surface of the plate main body excluding the joint portion.
- the plate fixing member presses the joint portion of the plate.
- the bending angle of the engaging portion is greater than 90 degrees.
- the “bending angle” is an angle at which the engaging portion is actually bent from a flat sheet state. Therefore, the angle formed between the engaging portion and the adjacent sheet portion (the angle between the sheet and the engaging portion) is a value obtained by subtracting the folding angle from 180 degrees.
- the angle between the sheet and the engaging portion is smaller than 90 degrees.
- the folding angle is preferably 125 ° to 145 ° (the angle between the sheet and the engaging portion is 55 ° to 35 °), and the bending angle is most preferably 135 ° (the angle between the sheet and the engaging portion is 45 °).
- the plate cylinder portion is rotated in a direction in which the end portion side where the sheet engaging portion constituting the plate body is located is the front side in the rotation direction. If it does so, the front end side of an engaging part will face the rotation direction rear side, and if a plate cylinder rotates, an engaging part will bite into a slot and the position of a plate will not shift.
- the plate fixing member can move between a position where the plate fixing portion of the plate cylinder portion is recessed inside and a position protruding outward from the cylindrical surface including the plate mounting surface, and an arbitrary position. It can be fixed to.
- the plate fixing member when the plate is attached to or removed from the plate cylinder part, the plate fixing member is fixed at a position immersed inside the cylindrical surface including the plate mounting surface so that the plate is not pushed. Then, after the plate is attached to the plate cylinder part, the plate fixing member is fixed at a position protruding outward from the cylindrical surface including the plate mounting surface, thereby pushing the plate radially outward to bring it into close contact with the plate mounting surface. And fix.
- a part of the cylindrical surface on the outer periphery of the plate cylinder portion is removed in the circumferential direction to form a plate fixing member mounting surface positioned radially inward from the cylindrical surface including the plate mounting surface.
- the plate fixing member is fitted in the plate fixing member recess formed on the plate fixing member mounting surface so that the plate fixing member can move in the radial direction.
- the plate fixing member is disposed at a circumferential intermediate portion of the plate fixing member mounting surface or a rear side in the rotational direction from the plate fixing member mounting surface, and a groove is provided on the front side in the rotating direction from the plate fixing member of the plate fixing member mounting surface. It is done.
- a wedge member having a wedge surface radially outward is fitted in a wedge member recess formed in the bottom of the recess of the plate fixing member mounting surface so that the wedge member can move in the axial direction.
- the plate cylinder portion is provided with screw means for moving the wedge member in the axial direction to stop it at an arbitrary position, and a wedge surface that contacts the wedge surface of the wedge member is formed radially inside the plate fixing member.
- the plate fixing member is pressed against the wedge surface of the wedge member by urging the plate fixing member radially inward using a permanent magnet between the plate cylinder portion or the wedge member and the plate fixing device. Biasing means is provided.
- the plate can be easily attached and removed and the plate can be fixed simply by moving the wedge member with the screw means and fixing it to an arbitrary position.
