Abstract
Description
(a)ビタミンAおよびその誘導体を0.01~4質量%と、
(b)下記(b-1)~(b-3)成分からなる非イオン界面活性剤を0.6~4質量%と、
(b-1)トリステアリン酸ソルビタン、
(b-2)ポリエチレングリコールの付加モル数が20~120である、ステアリン酸ポリエチレングリコール、
(b-3)HLBが5~8のステアリン酸グリセリル、
(c)炭素原子数が14~24の高級アルコールを1~10質量%
を含有し、かつ(b)成分に対する(b-1)成分の配合比(質量比)が0.1~0.8である、水中油型乳化皮膚化粧料を提供する。
(b)成分は非イオン界面活性剤で、本発明では下記(b-1)成分、(b-2)成分、および(b-3)成分の3種を必須成分とする。
で表される川上式により算出される。
試料中のビタミンA脂肪酸エステルの残存率をその評価指標として用いた。すなわち、試料をアルミホイルで遮光して50℃で1ヵ月保存した後、該試料中におけるビタミンA脂肪酸エステルの、保存前に対する保存後の残存率を、高速液体クロマトグラフィーで解析することにより求めて、これを前記評価指標としての残存率(%)とした。残存率は100%に近ければ近いほど好ましい。残存率80%以上を○、同80%未満を×として評価した。
カラム:C18カラム(株式会社資生堂製)
検出:UV310nm
移動相:72%メタノール/10%アセトニトリル/18%イオン交換水/0.5%酢酸。
上記ビタミンA脂肪酸エステルの安定性評価試験において、50℃、1ヵ月間経過後の各試料の経時安定性(乳化安定性)について、外観を目視により下記の評価基準に基づき評価した。
(評価基準)
○:基剤(試料)製造後、1カ月間(50℃)経過後でも外観に異常がなく、分離もみられなかった
△:基剤(試料)製造後、1カ月間(50℃)経過後、やや分離がみられた
×:十分な乳化力がなく基剤(試料)が製造できなかった
各試料(製造直後の試料)を専門パネル(10名)が顔面に塗布し、塗布時の肌なじみについて下記の評価基準により評価した。
(評価基準)
◎:9名以上が、肌なじみがいいと回答
○:6~8名が、肌なじみがいいと回答
△:4~5名が、肌なじみがいいと回答
×:3名以下が、肌なじみがいいと回答
各試料(製造直後の試料)を専門パネル(10名)が顔面に塗布し、塗布後の効果実感について下記の評価基準により評価した。
(評価基準)
◎:9名以上が、塗布後の効果実感があると回答
○:6~8名が、塗布後の効果実感があると回答
△:4~5名が、塗布後の効果実感があると回答
×:3名以下が、塗布後の効果実感があると回答
下記表1に示す試料を調製し、上記評価方法に従い、酢酸レチノールの安定性、基剤の経時安定性(乳化安定性)、使用性(肌なじみ、塗布後の効果実感)、を評価した。結果を表1に示す。

Claims (3)
- 化粧料全量に対して、
(a)ビタミンAおよびその誘導体を0.01~4質量%と、
(b)下記(b-1)~(b-3)成分からなる非イオン界面活性剤を0.6~4質量%と、
(b-1)トリステアリン酸ソルビタン、
(b-2)ポリエチレングリコールの付加モル数が20~120である、ステアリン酸ポリエチレングリコール、
(b-3)HLBが5~8のステアリン酸グリセリル、
(c)炭素原子数が14~24の高級アルコールを1~10質量%
を含有し、かつ(b)成分に対する(b-1)成分の配合比(質量比)が0.1~0.8である、水中油型乳化皮膚化粧料。 - (a)成分がビタミンA脂肪酸エステルおよびその塩である、請求項1記載の水中油型乳化皮膚化粧料。
- (c)成分がステアリルアルコールおよび/またはベヘニルアルコールである、請求項1または2記載の水中油型乳化皮膚化粧料。
