Definitions
- the present invention relates to a mounting auxiliary member used for mounting a mounted body such as a lighting device for a mounting hole smaller than the mounting hole in a mounting hole provided in a mounting member such as a ceiling, and mounting by the mounting auxiliary member
- the present invention relates to a lighting device attached to a member.
- a device such as a lighting device to be attached to an attachment hole provided in an attachment member such as a ceiling is inserted into the attachment hole and is generally fixed to the attachment member by an attachment such as a leaf spring.
- an attachment assisting member that can be used (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- the mounting adjuster disclosed in Patent Document 1 is a plurality of hooks provided at one end opening of a cylindrical adjuster body and an outer peripheral wall of the adjuster body, and locked on the peripheral edge of the ceiling mounting hole. And is used for replacement of an embedded lighting fixture.
- the mounting adjuster integrates the embedded lighting fixture and the mounting adjuster by locking the mounting fixture of the embedded lighting fixture to the inner peripheral portion of the flange of the mounting adjuster, and further adjusts the mounting adjuster.
- the mounting fixture is fixed on the periphery of the mounting hole of the ceiling, so that the ceiling light is clamped by the fixture of the buttock and the mounting adjuster, and the embedded lighting fixture is attached to the ceiling mounting hole. It is. JP 2006-54100 A
- the fixture or tool comes into contact with the peripheral portion of the mounting hole of the ceiling when attaching and removing the lighting device, so that the peripheral portion is uneven. May occur.
- the mounting adjuster disclosed in Patent Document 1 is configured to support the embedded lighting fixture by three-point support by locking three mounting tools on the periphery of the ceiling mounting hole. If the peripheral edge of the mounting hole is uneven, the lighting fixture is supported in an inclined state, and the supporting force is concentrated at a specific location. There was a risk of becoming stable.
- the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and stably attaches an object to be mounted for a mounting hole smaller than the mounting hole of the mounting member, regardless of the state of the peripheral portion of the mounting hole of the mounting member.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a mounting auxiliary member and a lighting device that can be supported.
- the mounting auxiliary member according to the present invention is a mounting auxiliary member used to mount a mounting body for a mounting hole smaller than the mounting hole in a mounting hole provided in the mounting member, and supports the mounted body.
- a support frame attached to the attachment hole is provided, and the support frame has an abutment surface that disperses and supports a support force by abutting the periphery of the attachment hole with a surface.
- the present invention since it has a contact surface that contacts the peripheral edge of the mounting hole provided in the mounting member, even when the peripheral edge of the mounting hole is uneven, It is possible to reduce the influence of unevenness by abutting with the mounting member, and to stably support the mounted body for the mounting hole smaller than the mounting hole of the mounting member on the mounting member with a predetermined direction and supporting force. Can do.
- the support frame includes a polygonal cylindrical base portion that is inscribed in the mounting hole, and is inserted into the polygonal cylinder of the base portion to be supported, thereby mounting smaller than the mounting hole. It is characterized in that an attached body for holes can be attached.
- the difference in diameter between the inscribed circle and the circumscribed circle of the polygonal cylinder is used to cover the mounting hole for the mounting hole that is smaller than the mounting hole.
- An attachment body can be attached.
- the base portion has a rectangular plate shape that can be bent at a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction, and the support frame is inserted into the mounting hole, and then the longitudinal direction of the base portion. By fixing one side of the direction and the other side, the base is configured to be held in a polygonal cylindrical shape.
- the support frame can be attached to the attachment hole from the opposite side of the attachment hole where the contact surface of the support frame abuts.
- the lighting device such as a downlight can be attached from the lower side (room side) of the ceiling, and the replacement work of the lighting device can be easily performed.
- the support frame includes an engagement hole provided on the one side of the support frame, and an engagement protrusion provided on the other side and engaged with the engagement hole. And the base is held in a polygonal cylindrical shape by engaging the engaging protrusion with the engaging hole.
- the base portion since the engagement projection provided on the other side is engaged with the engagement hole provided on one side in the longitudinal direction of the base portion of the support frame, the base portion has a polygonal cylindrical shape. Without using a tool, the support frame can be shaped to be attached to the support member, and the workability is good.
- the attachment auxiliary member according to the present invention is characterized in that the base is a hexagonal cylinder.
- the base portion of the support frame has a hexagonal cylindrical shape, for example, when replacing a so-called downlight that is a lighting device having a substantially cylindrical shape, the downlight is attached to the circular mounting hole. It becomes possible to support appropriately and stably.
- the attachment auxiliary member according to the present invention is characterized in that the support frame has a plate shape having an opening to which the attached body is to be attached, and can be inserted into the attachment hole.

Even if the peripheral edge of the mounting hole is uneven, it is possible to stably support the mounted body for the mounting hole that is smaller than the mounting hole of the mounting member with a simple configuration. Can do. Further, since the support frame can be inserted into the mounting hole from the side opposite to the side on which the contact surface of the support frame contacts, for example, a lighting device such as a downlight attached to the ceiling mounting hole is attached to the ceiling.
