実施の形態1.
実施の形態1は、この発明を、車両の天井面に設置されるディスプレイ装置に適用したものである。図1及び図2は、実施の形態1に係るディスプレイ装置の側面に沿う概略断面図で、ディスプレイを開いた状態、閉じた状態をそれぞれ示す。図3は、そのヒンジ機構の斜視図であり、図4はその断面図である。
図5には他の実施の形態2に係るディスプレイ装置のヒンジ機構31の構造を示す。このヒンジ機構31は、ブラケット32にシャフト収容凹部33を設け、そこにシャフト13の端部を嵌合させて、シャフト13を回転可能に支持したものである。シャフト13にクリックプレート18が設けられる構造、ブラケット32に位置決め用の凹部が設けられる構造は、実施の形態1と同じである。グリースは、必要に応じブラケット32のシャフト収容凹部33とシャフト13の端部との嵌合部に充填される。この構造においても、ヒンジ機構31を覆うヒンジカバー34がインナーカバー12と一体に成形される。
Claims (2)
- ディスプレイの側方に突出するシャフトをブラケットで回転可能に支持するヒンジ機構を有し、かつ前記ヒンジ機構の前記ブラケットをディスプレイ装置本体側に固定してなるディスプレイ装置において、前記ブラケットの内側において前記シャフトに、前記ブラケット側に凸部を有するクリックプレートを一体的に設ける一方、前記ブラケット側に前記凸部と係合し得る凹部を設け、前記ヒンジ機構を覆うヒンジカバーを、前記ディスプレイ装置本体のインナーカバーに一体的に形成したことを特徴とするディスプレイ装置。
- 前記シャフトは前記ブラケットに設けられた支持凹部に嵌合されて支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
