Claims (7)
- 前後方向の軸線回りに回転可能に配設される扱胴と、
前記扱胴の下方に配設されるコンケーブとを備える、コンバインの脱穀部であって、
前記扱胴は、
前後方向に延伸する円筒形状の胴部と、
前記胴部の外周面から扱胴径方向外側に突出する複数の扱歯とを備えて、
前記扱歯を、当該扱胴と軸線が一致して、互いの巻き方向が同一であり、互いの螺旋ピッチが異なる第一螺旋と第二螺旋との交点に位置するように配置するとともに、
前記扱歯と、この扱歯に対して前記第二螺旋よりも螺旋ピッチを小さく設定する前記第一螺旋の略一周前または後に前後方向で隣り合う扱歯とを、当該扱胴の正面視で、互いの一部のみが重複するように配置し、
前記コンケーブは、
前記扱胴の胴部の外周面に沿って下方へ凸状に湾曲させた前後の枠体形成片と、この前後の枠体形成片の左右の各端部間に架設する左右の枠体形成片とを有する枠体と、
前後方向に延伸する筒状の複数の篩い体形成片を有する篩い体とを備えて、
前記複数の篩い体形成片を前記前後の枠体形成片の間に湾曲方向に所定間隔ごとに架設する、コンバインの脱穀部。 - 前記コンケーブは、前記篩い体の各篩い体形成片を前記枠体の前後の枠体形成片に当該篩い体形成片の軸線回りに回転自在に支持する、請求項1に記載のコンバインの脱穀部。
- 前記コンケーブは、前記扱胴の正面視で、前記篩い体の湾曲方向で隣り合う篩い体形成片同士の間隔を、これらの互いに隣り合う篩い体形成片が前記扱胴の前後方向で隣り合うそれぞれの扱歯の先端部と同時に対向するように設定する、請求項1または請求項2に記載のコンバインの脱穀部。
- 前記扱胴は、前記複数の扱歯に前記コンケーブよりも後方に位置する扱歯を含み、この扱歯をその一部が当該扱胴の正面視で前記コンケーブに対して重複するように設ける、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のコンバインの脱穀部。
- 前記コンケーブは、前記篩い体の篩い体形成片の扱胴側外周面を、前記前後の枠体形成片の扱胴側端面と略同一面とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のコンバインの脱穀部。
- 前記コンケーブは、前記篩い体の各篩い体形成片を円筒状に形成する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のコンバインの脱穀部。
- 前記扱胴は、前記扱歯を独立扱歯として、前記独立扱歯と前記胴部の外周面との間に、扱胴径方向外側に突出する螺旋扱歯を設け、前記螺旋扱歯を当該扱胴と軸線が一致する第一螺旋に沿って配置する、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のコンバインの脱穀部。
