Abstract

본 발명은 설탕, 지방, 물엿 등 대신에 프락토올리고당, 에리스리톨, 포도당, 곤약분말, 식염을 첨가하여 제조된 시럽 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 시럽 조성물을 사용하여 그라놀라 바 등의 강정류 제품을 제조함으로 보다 칼로리가 낮고 부드러운 식감을 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 부드럽고 바삭한 씹힘성을 제공하면서 품질력을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있어 가공 식품으로서의 상품력이 매우 높다고 할 수 있다.
