Abstract

L’invention concerne une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud (bobine à chaud) pour des tubes de canalisation qui a une résistance élevée non inférieure à la norme API5L-X80 et qui combine une ténacité à basse température à une performance d’arrêt de rupture ductile et un procédé pour produire la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud. La tôle d'acier laminée à chaud a une composition contenant C, Si, Mn, Al, N, Nb, Ti, Ca, V, Mo, Cr, Cu et Ni en quantités respectives dans des intervalles donnés, le reste étant Fe et des impuretés secondaires. La tôle d'acier a une microstructure qui est une structure de transformation par refroidissement continu. La structure de transformation par refroidissement continu contient, dispersé dans celle-ci, un précipité contenant du niobium ayant un diamètre moyen de 1 à 3 nm et une densité moyenne de (3-30)×1022 particules par m3 et a une teneur en ferrite bainitique granulaire et/ou en ferrite quasi-polygonale supérieure ou égale à 50 %. La structure de transformation contient en outre un précipité contenant du nitrure de titane qui a une taille de 0,1 à 3 µm en termes de diamètre moyen de cercle équivalent, au moins 50 % en nombre des particules de précipité contenant un oxyde composite contenant Ca, Ti et Al.
