Claims (15)
- プラスチックフィルムをその長さ方向に間欠的に送るプラスチックフィルム送り機構と、
前記プラスチックフィルムの送り経路に設けられ、前記プラスチックフィルムの厚さ方向両側に配置され、互いに対向する延伸部材および受け台と、
前記プラスチックフィルムが一時的に停止しているとき、前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向両側縁間において、前記延伸部材を前記受け台に向かって前進させ、前記プラスチックフィルムおよび前記受け台に押し付け、前記プラスチックフィルムをその長さ方向に延伸させ、その後、前記延伸部材を前記受け台から後退させ、前記プラスチックフィルムから離れさせる前進後退駆動機構とからなるプラスチックフィルム延伸装置。 - 前記延伸部材はテーパ状の直線エッジを有するプレートからなり、前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向にのび、前記直線エッジが前記受け台に対向しており、前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向両側縁間において、前記プレートを前記受け台に向かって前進させ、前記直線エッジを前記プラスチックフィルムに押し付け、その後、前記プレートを前記受け台から後退させ、前記直線エッジを前記プラスチックフィルムから離れさせるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記プレートを前記プラスチックフィルムの長さ方向に微動させる補助駆動機構と、
前記前進後退駆動機構および前記補助駆動機構に接続された制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置によって前記前進後退駆動機構および前記補助駆動機構を制御し、前記プレートの後退後、前記補助駆動機構によって前記プレートを微動させ、その後、前記プレートを再度前進させ、後退させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記プラスチックフィルムが一時的に停止している間、前記プレートを数回にわたって微動させ、前進させ、後退させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記前進後退駆動機構は複数のシリンダからなり、前記各シリンダが前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向に配列され、前記プレートに連結されており、前記各シリンダによって前記プレートを前進させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記延伸部材は円形状縦断面の外周エッジを有する複数のころからなり、前記各ころが前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向に配列され、ビームに取り付けられ、前記外周エッジが受け台に対向し、前記前進後退駆動機構が前記ビームに連結されており、さらに、
前記ビームを前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向に移動させる補助駆動機構と、
前記前進後退駆動機構および前記補助駆動機構に接続された制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置によって前記前進後退駆動機構および前記補助駆動機構を制御し、前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向両側縁間において、前記ビームを前記受け台に向かって前進させ、前記外周エッジを前記プラスチックフィルムに押し付け、押し付けた状態で、前記補助駆動機構によって前記ビームを移動させ、前記各ころを前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向に転動させ、その後、前記ビームを前記受け台から後退させ、前記外周エッジを前記プラスチックフィルムから離れさせるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記各ころを一定ピッチをもって配列し、前記ビームを前記ピッチに対応するストロークをもって移動させ、前記各ころを前記ピッチに対応するストロークをもって転動させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ビームの後退後、前記ビームをもとの位置に移動させ、その後、前記ビームを再度前進させ、移動させ、後退させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記プラスチックフィルムが一時的に停止している間、前記ビームを数回にわたって前進させ、移動させ、後退させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 複数の前記ころをその軸方向に重ね合わせ、前記ビームに取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記延伸部材は細長いロッドからなり、前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向にのび、前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向両側縁間において、前記ロッドを前記受け台に向かって前進させ、前記プラスチックフィルムに押し付け、その後、前記ロッドを前記受け台から後退させ、前記プラスチックフィルムから離れさせるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記ロッドを前記プラスチックフィルムの長さ方向に微動させる補助駆動機構と、
前記前進後退駆動機構および前記補助駆動機構に接続された制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置によって前記前進後退駆動機構および前記補助駆動機構を制御し、前記ロッドの後退後、前記補助駆動機構によって前記ロッドを微動させ、その後、前記ロッドを再度前進させ、後退させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。 - 前記プラスチックフィルムが一時的に停止している間、前記ロッドを数回にわたって微動させ、前進させ、後退させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記延伸部材は細長いロッドを有し、前記ロッドは前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向にのび、前記受け台に対向し、複数のローラが前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向に配列され、ビームに取り付けられ、前記ローラに係合し、前記前進駆動機構が前記ビームに連結されており、さらに、
前記ビームを前記プラスチックフィルムの長さ方向に移動させる補助駆動機構と、
前記前進後退駆動機構および前記補助駆動機構に接続された制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置によって前記前進後退駆動機構および前記補助駆動機構を制御し、前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向両側縁間において、前記ビームを前記受け台に向かって前進させ、前記各ローラにより、前記ロッドを前記プラスチックフィルムに押し付け、押し付けた状態で、前記補助駆動機構によって前記ビームを移動させ、前記各ローラによって前記ロッドを案内し、前記ロッドを前記プラスチックフィルムの長さ方向に転動させ、その後、前記ビームを前記受け台から後退させ、前記ロッドを前記プラスチックフィルムから離れさせるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記延伸部材は先端に形成された湾曲面を有するプレートからなり、前記湾曲面が前記受け台に対向しており、さらに、

前記制御装置によって前記前進後退駆動機構および前記補助駆動機構を制御し、前記プラスチックフィルムの幅方向両側縁間において、前記プレートを前記受け台に向かって前進させ、前記湾曲面を前記プラスチックフィルムに押し付け、押し付けた状態で、前記補助駆動機構によって前記プレートを揺動させ、前記湾曲面を前記プラスチックフィルムの長さ方向に転動させ、その後、前記プレートを前記受け台から後退させ、前記湾曲面を前記プラスチックフィルムから離れさせるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
