在家用音频视频电器、 电脑、工业电器设备等领域, 随着信息传输量的激 增, 多触点连接器获得了越来越普遍的应用, 相应地, 对于设备之间的连接电 缆的需求与日俱增。但随着连接器触点的小型化、微型化, 以及触点数量的增 多,传统的焊锡式电缆加工方式面临越来越大的困难。采用焊锡制造的连接线, 不仅制造效率低下, 而且电气性能不稳定。
通行的焊锡式多触点连接器, 均是在连接器尾部设置一排平行的焊点 7, 用于与电缆的导体进行焊锡连接, 参见图 1。 这种传统的焊接方式需要大量繁 琐的裁、 剥、 定位、 焊锡、修整等手工操作, 效率低下而且性能不稳定, 成为 困扰连接器、 线缆和电子设备制造商的瓶颈难题。 发明公开
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种夹剌式电子连接器,将通行的悍锡 式多触点连接器的焊锡点,革新为至少一组 U形夹刺独特结构,用于夹持刺穿 电缆的芯线, 并与导体紧密接触, 从而达到免除焊锡提升制造效率的目的。
本连接器的另一目的还在于辅助电缆芯线与连接器的装配,确保电缆导体 与 u形夹刺的电气导通和机械配合。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种夹刺式电子连接器, 包括: 多个金属触点, 用于与多根电缆固定连接;
一连接安装架, 用于安装所述金属触点并引导所述电缆;
其中,所述金属触点为 U形夹刺, 用于夹持刺穿所述电缆的芯线, 并与所 述芯线导体紧密接触。
上述的夹刺式电子连接器, 其中,所述连接安装架包括: 一穿线盖和一连 接本体, 所述穿线盖卡固在所述连接本体上; 所述穿线盖又包括: 一第一侧面,设置有多个引导所述电缆穿过的线缆通孔,所述电缆通孔的 轴线基本垂直于所述 U形夹刺的夹口;
一第二侧面, 设置多个容置所述 u形夹剌的夹剌通孔;
所述电缆通孔、 夹剌通孔与所述 U形夹刺一一配合对应。
上述的夹刺式电子连接器,其中,所述穿线盖又包括上连接盖和下连接盖, 所述上连接盖和下连接盖分别卡固在中间的所述连接本体上。
上述的夹剌式电子连接器, 其中,设置在所述连接本体上的所述 U形夹剌 彼此前后错落分布为两排, 两排之间留有充分的功能空间。
上述的夹刺式电子连接器, 其中,在所述 u形夹刺的尾段开设夹持刺穿电 缆芯线外皮与电缆芯线导体紧密接触的窄槽。
上述的夹刺式电子连接器,其中,所述线缆通孔为设置在所述穿线盖中间 部位的一组圆通孔。
上述的夹刺式电子连接器,其中,所述夹刺通孔为穿通所述穿线盖的方形 通孔。
上述的夹刺式电子连接器,其中,所述连接本体的上设置有用于卡固所述 穿线盖的凸起和凹槽, 所述穿线盖上相应设置有配合的凹槽和凸起。
上述的夹刺式电子连接器,其中,所述上连接盖和下连接盖上相应设置有 用于卡固的凸起和凹孔。
上述的夹刺式电子连接器, 其中, 所述连接体的侧面呈工字形状。
采用上述结构的夹刺式电子连接器, 取消了焊锡式多触点连接器的悍锡 点,由于夹刺式连接结构,可以直接夹持刺穿电缆的芯线,并与导体紧密接触, 从而实现了免除焊锡和提升制造效率的目的,并且确保了电缆导体与 U形夹刺 的电气导通和机械配合的稳定性。 附图简要说明

本发明将通行的焊锡式多触点连接器的金属悍点 7和连接安装架 8,修改 为一种夹刺式的 U形独特结构,该 U形夹刺 2彼此前后错落分布为两排,保证 彼此有充足的功能空间而不彼此短路。 参见图 2, 本发明的分离件示意图。
该 U形夹刺 2与该连接器的金属焊点 7为一个整体,在该 U形夹刺 2的尾 段幵设窄槽 21, 用于夹持刺穿电缆芯线 4, 其开口处设置为 V形夹口 21a。 在 该窄槽 21刺穿电缆芯线 4外皮的同时,与电缆芯线导体 41夹紧,确保紧密的 电气接触。 参见图 2、 3和图 4, 图 2、 3和图 4为本发明的 U形夹剌夹持剌穿 电缆芯线的示意图。
为了使电缆芯线 4与连接器 1的装配作业能准确、高效地进行,本发明增设 了该塑料穿线盖 3和连接本体 11,其中,该塑料穿线盖 3可进一步包括上连接盖 31和下连接盖 32。 该塑料穿线盖 3包括第一侧面 311和第二侧面 312, 该第一侧 面 311上设一组用于穿过该电缆芯线 4的圆通孔 6,该圆通孔 6的轴线垂直于所述 U形夹刺 2的夹口 21a。同时,该第二侧面 312上设有与该 U形夹刺 2紧密配合的一 组方形通孔 5。该通孔 5用于容置该 U形夹剌 2, 即可通孔也可为盲孔。参见图 2、 图 4。 图 4为本发明的组装件示意图。
该连接本体 11的纵向截面呈工字形,该连接本体 11包括用于卡固塑料穿 线盖 3的本体凸起 11a和本体凹槽 lib , 分别与穿线盖凹槽 3a和穿线盖后凸 起 3b卡固在一起, 该上连接盖 31和下连接盖 32上分别对应设置有凹孔(未 视出) 和穿线盖前凸起 3c, 进一步将该塑料穿线盖 3稳定地固定在连接本体 11上。
上下各两排交错排列的 U形夹刺 2分别固定在所述本体凸起 11a上, 每个 U 形夹刺 2分别对应一根穿过所述圆通孔 6的电缆芯线 4,相邻的方形通孔 5前后左 右存在一定间隙, 互不干扰。
多条电缆芯线 4可以顺利地穿入穿线盖 3上的两组圆通孔 6,然后将穿线盖 3 上面的一组方形通孔 5与该连接器的 U形夹刺 2对准, 通过压制的方式加工配合 为一体, 从而将穿线盖 3、 U形夹刺 2和电缆芯线 4组装起来。在这个过程中, 所 有的 U形夹刺 2将对应的电缆芯线 4的外皮刺穿,同时紧密地夹住电缆芯线 4的导 体 41, 从而实现稳定的电气连接, 组装完成后的半成品, 可参见图 5。 图 5为本 发明的应用示意图。经过以上的组装作业之后, 电缆芯线 4与连接器 1获得了稳 固紧密的连接, 然后便可以进行注塑和成品组装、 测试作业。 工业应用性
本发明刺式电子连接器,可让电缆厂以全新的加工方式取代焊锡式的加工 方式, 在提高效率的同时, 大大提升了电气性能的精准度和稳定性。
本连接器可用于高清晰度 DVD播放器、 电视机、 电脑主机与显示器, 以及 其他家用与工业用电气的连接。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种夹刺式电子连接器, 包括:
多个金属触点, 用于与多根电缆固定连接;
一连接安装架, 用于安装所述金属触点;
其特征在于,所述金属触点为 U形夹刺, 用于夹持刺穿所述电缆的芯线, 并与所述芯线导体紧密接触。
2.如权利要求 1所述的夹剌式电子连接器,其特征在于,所述连接安装架 包括: 一穿线盖和一连接本体, 所述穿线盖卡固在所述连接本体上; 所述穿线 盖又包括:
一第一侧面,设置有多个引导所述电缆穿过的线缆通孔,所述电缆通孔的 轴线基本垂直于所述 ϋ形夹剌的夹口;
一第二侧面, 设置多个容置所述 υ形夹刺的夹刺通孔;
所述电缆通孔、 夹刺通孔与所述 υ形夹刺一一配合对应。
3.如权利要求 2所述的夹刺式电子连接器,其特征在于,所述穿线盖又包 括上连接盖和下连接盖,所述上连接盖和下连接盖分别卡固在中间的所述连接 本体上。
4.如权利要求 2或 3所述的夹刺式电子连接器,其特征在于,设置在所述 连接本体上的所述 U形夹剌彼此前后错落分布为两排,两排之间留有充分的功 能空间。
5.如权利要求 1所述的夹剌式电子连接器,其特征在于,在所述 U形夹刺 的尾段开设夹持刺穿电缆芯线外皮与电缆芯线导体紧密接触的窄槽。
6. 如权利要求 2所述的夹剌式电子连接器, 其特点在于, 所述线缆通孔 为设置在所述穿线盖中间部位的一组圆通孔。
7. 如权利要求 2所述的夹刺式电子连接器, 其特点在于, 所述夹刺通孔 为穿通所述穿线盖的方形通孔。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的夹剌式电子连接器, 其特点在于, 所述连接本体 的上设置有用于卡固所述穿线盖的凸起和凹槽,所述穿线盖上相应设置有配合 的凹槽和凸起。
9、 如权利要求 3所述的夹剌式电子连接器, 其特点在于, 所述上连接盖 和下连接盖上相应设置有用于卡固的凸起和凹孔。
10、如权利要求 8所述的夹剌式电子连接器, 其特点在于, 所述连接体的 侧面呈工字形状。
