Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种夹刺式电子连接器,所述连接器的上下两面的金属触点均为U形夹刺,每一面的相邻的所述U形夹刺彼此前后错落分布为两排,两排之间留有充分的功能空间,从而达到免除焊锡提升制造效率的目的。本连接器的一对辅助制造的塑料穿线片,可辅助电缆芯线与连接器的装配,确保电缆导体与U形夹刺的电气导通和机械配合。

Description

一种夹刺式电子连接器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及家用音频视频电器、工业电器设备领域,尤其涉及一种夹刺式电子连接器。
背景技术
在家用音频视频电器、电脑、工业电器设备等领域,随着信息传输量的激增,多触点连接器获得了越来越普遍的应用,相应地,对于设备之间的连接电缆的需求与日俱增。但随着连接器触点的小型化、微型化,以及触点数量的增多,传统的焊锡式电缆加工方式面临越来越大的困难。采用焊锡制造的连接线,不仅制造效率低下,而且电气性能不稳定。
通行的焊锡式多触点连接器,均是在连接器尾部设置一排平行的焊点7,用于与电缆的导体进行焊锡连接,参见图1。这种传统的焊接方式需要大量繁琐的裁、剥、定位、焊锡、修整等手工操作,效率低下而且性能不稳定,成为困扰连接器、线缆和电子设备制造商的瓶颈难题。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决上述问题,公开了一种用于电器连接的连接器,将通行的焊锡式多触点连接器的焊锡点,革新为一组两排错落式的U形夹刺独特结构,用于夹持刺穿电缆的芯线,并与导体紧密接触,从而达到免除焊锡提升制造效率的目的。
本连接器的另一目的还在于辅助电缆芯线与连接器的装配,确保电缆导体与U形夹刺的电气导通和机械配合。
具体地讲,本实用新型公开了一种夹刺式电子连接器,所述连接器的上下两面的金属触点均为U形夹刺,每一面的相邻的所述U形夹刺彼此前后错落分布为两排,两排之间留有充分的功能空间。
所述U形夹刺与所述金属触点为一体,在所述U形夹刺的尾段开设夹持刺穿电缆外皮与电缆导体紧密接触的窄槽。
所述连接器还包括一对与所述U形夹刺相配合的塑料穿线片,所述塑料穿线片中间部位设有一组用于穿过电缆芯线的圆通孔,所述圆通孔轴线垂直于所述U形夹刺。
所述塑料穿线片上面设有一组与所述U形夹刺对应的压紧所述塑料穿线片、所述U形夹刺和电缆的方形通孔。
本实用新型刺式电子连接器,可让电缆厂以全新的加工方式取代焊锡式的加工方式,在提高效率的同时,大大提升了电气性能的精准度和稳定性。
本连接器可用于高清晰度DVD播放器、电视机、电脑主机与显示器,以及其他家用与工业用电气的连接。

具体实施方式
本实用新型将通行的焊锡式多触点连接器的金属焊点7,修改为一种夹刺式的U形独特结构,该U形夹刺2彼此前后错落分布为两排,保证彼此有充足的功能空间而不彼此短路。参见图2,本实用新型的分离件示意图。
该U形夹刺2与该连接器的金属焊点7为一体,在该U形夹刺2的尾段开设窄槽21,用于夹持刺穿电缆芯线4,在该窄槽21刺穿电缆芯线4外皮的同时,与电缆芯线导体41夹紧,确保紧密的电气接触。参见图3,图3为本实用新型的U形夹刺夹持刺穿电缆芯线的示意图。
为了使电缆芯线4与连接器1的装配作业能准确、高效地进行,本实用新型增设了一对塑料穿线片3,上设一组用于穿过电缆芯线的圆通孔6,该圆通孔6轴线垂直于所述U形夹刺,同时设有与U形夹刺2紧密配合的一组方形通孔5。参见图2、图4。图4为本实用新型的组装件示意图。
多条电缆芯线4可以顺利地穿入穿线片3上的两组圆通孔6,然后将穿线片上面的一组方孔5,与连接器的U形夹刺2对准,通过压制的方式加工配合为一体,从而将穿线片3、U形夹刺2和电缆芯线4组装起来。在这个过程中,所有的U形夹刺2将对应的电缆芯线4的外皮刺穿,同时紧密地夹住电缆芯线4的导体41,从而实现稳定的电气连接,组装完成后的半成品,可参见图5。图5为本实用新型的应用示意图。
经过以上的组装作业之后,电缆芯线4与连接器1获得了稳固紧密的连接,然后便可以进行注塑和成品组装、测试作业。

Claims (4)

1.一种夹刺式电子连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器的上下两面的金属触点均为U形夹刺,每一面的相邻的所述U形夹刺彼此前后错落分布为两排,两排之间留有充分的功能空间。
2.如权利要求1所述的夹刺式电子连接器,其特征在于,所述U形夹刺与所述金属触点为一体,在所述U形夹刺的尾段开设夹持刺穿电缆芯线外皮与电缆芯线导体紧密接触的窄槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的夹刺式电子连接器,其特点在于,所述连接器还包括一对与所述U形夹刺相配合的塑料穿线片,所述塑料穿线片中间部位设有一组穿过电缆芯线的圆通孔,所述圆通孔轴线垂直于所述U形夹刺。
4.如权利要求3所述的夹刺式电子连接器,其特点在于,所述塑料穿线片上面设有一组与所述U形夹刺对应的压紧所述塑料穿线片、所述U形夹刺和电缆芯线的方形通孔。
