Abstract
L’invention concerne une station d’application de colle (10) pour l’application de colle ou d’adhésif (6) sur des pièces en fonction du format, lors de la production de sacs. Elle (10) comprend un boîtier de colle (5) contenant la colle ou l’adhésif, un rouleau d’application (1) permettant de prélever la colle ou l’adhésif (6) du boîtier de colle et de l’appliquer sur le cliché du cylindre de clichage (3) qui applique la colle sur la pièce (7) en fonction du format. A cela s’ajoute au moins un rouleau de dosage (2) permettant d’influencer la quantité de colle que le rouleau d’application (1) prélève du boîtier de colle ainsi qu’un cylindre de contre-application (4) sur lequel (4) la pièce peut être guidée lors de l’application de la colle du cylindre de clichage (3), et comprenant des dispositifs d’écartement, par exemple des broches, permettant de régler les positions radiales des rouleaux susmentionnés (1, 2, 3, 4) pour ajuster la quantité de colle appliquée. Le dispositif d’écartement peut être actionné par des moteurs.
