Claims (8)
- Procédé de commande et/ou de surveillance de la longueur résiduelle de la bande (5) à une machine (1) de traitement de bande (1),
dans lequel au moins une bande (5) de la machine de traitement de bande (1) est déroulée du rouleau (12) d'un dispositif de déroulement et est amenée à la machine (1),
dans lequel l'instant (T) auquel l'extrémité de bande sur le rouleau (12) est atteinte, est déterminé et dans lequel des signaux de commande sont émis en fonction de cet instant (T),
où la vitesse angulaire (ω) du rouleau (12) et la vitesse (v) de la bande (5) sont enregistrées, caractérisé
en ce que, en tenant compte de ces deux grandeurs (v,ω), l'instant (T) est déterminé auquel est attendu la fin de la bande (5) sur le rouleau de bande (12). - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que lors de la détermination de l'instant (T), le diamètre minimal du rouleau (12) et/ou le diamètre du manchon de rouleau (14) est pris en considération. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de matériau de la bande (5) est calculée à partir du développement du pourtour du rouleau (12) par tour. - Procédé selon la revendication précédente,
caractérisé en ce que
le développement du pourtour du rouleau (12) est déterminé sur plusieurs tours. - Procédé selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de matériau, lors de la détermination de l'instant (T), est prise en considération. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de bande (v) est mesurée avec un capteur de rotation qui enregistre les tours d'un cylindre (3, 4) qui est en liaison mécanique avec la bande (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de bande est mesurée avec un cylindre (3, 4) qui roule avec la bande (5).
- Machine de traitement de bande (1),
avec un dispositif de déroulement (11), dans laquelle (1) au moins une bande (5) peut être déroulée d'un rouleau (12) et peut être amenée à la partie de traitement de la machine (1),
et avec un dispositif de commande par lequel l'instant (T), auquel l'extrémité de bande sur le rouleau (12) est atteinte, peut être déterminé,- des moyens (20, 21) pour enregistrer la vitesse angulaire (ω) du rouleau (12),- des moyens pour enregistrer la vitesse (v) de la bande (5)caractérisée par- un dispositif de commande au moyen duquel ces deux grandeurs (v, ω)- ainsi que le diamètre minimal du rouleau (12) et/ou le diamètre du manchon d'enroulement (14), lors de la détermination de l'instant (T), peuvent être pris en considération.
