Abstract
Afin de délester considérablement une corde ou un câble, serré dans un dispositif de serrage, de l'effort de tension et ainsi d'agrandir considérablement la longueur de câble suspendue libre, le dispositif de serrage permettant de serrer un câble ou une corde est équipé d'une douille de passage (6) dans laquelle la corde ou le câble (11) est serré au moyen d'éléments de serrage (1, 2, 3, 5, 8). Entre le câble (11) ou la corde d'un côté et les éléments de serrage (1, 2, 3, 5, 8) d'un autre côté, est situé un treillis en fil métallique (7) qui enveloppe au moins partiellement le câble (11) ou la corde. Dans le cas d'un câble (11), on emploie de préférence le blindage électromagnétique de type treillis métallique déjà existant, en tant que treillis de fil métallique (7) recevant l'effort de tension, pour économiser de la place et de la matière. Une douille de passage (6) est formée à l'extrémité du câble en tant qu'insert (12) de forme tubulaire, pourvu d'un filet interne (13) et dans lequel est vissée une vis de maintien (2) en forme de douille qui, par le biais d'un ressort hélicoïdal (3), presse de manière élastique un cône d'étanchéité (8) dans un siège conique (28) usiné dans la douille de passage (6). Une vis de blocage en forme de douille (1), à travers laquelle le câble (11) ou la corde est guidé, est vissée, à l'aide de son filet interne, avec le cône d'étanchéité (8) et presse une cale en forme de douille (5) reposant sur le câble (11) à proximité de l'extrémité du câble sur un siège de cale (58) du cône d'étanchéité (8), la cale étant enveloppée par le treillis métallique (7) recevant l'effort de tension. L'enveloppe du câble (10) est interrompue dans la douille de passage (6) et remplacée par le treillis métallique (7) qui est de préférence le blindage électromagnétique du câble (11). La douille de passage (6) se termine à la sortie du câble (11), en une sortie (61) externe dotée d'une forme conique à l'opposé de l'insert (12) de forme tubulaire. Un joint (9) étanchéifie l'intérieur de la douille de passage (6) vers l'extérieur. La douille de passage (6) repose dans un raccord process (4). Tous les éléments serrants, la vis de blocage (1), la vis de maintien (2), le ressort hélicoïdal (3), la cale (5) et le cône d'étanchéité (8) sont disposés de manière concentrique autour de l'axe longitudinal du câble (11).
