有鉴于此, 发明人乃积极谋求解决之道, 在了解偷窃技巧与其偷窃过程的行 为心理上恐惧实例中, 从问题与对策、 统计归纳出, 其关键技术在于: 窃贼会评 估, 车上防盗装置 「能不能以手动方式轻易破解而得手」 如能则下手。 反之, 不 易拆解之防盗装置则会延长偷窃时间与增加风险, 窃贼评估后, 最终迫使放弃偷 窃意念, 基于 「不容易手动拆解」 的关键技术, 本发明设计将防盗装置深置于仪 表板内之方向盘机柱末端处, 防盗装置外部由金属外壳牢套, 且需层层拆解才能 破解才能让车辆行驶, 且实品之测试使用后证明确可达到预期之理想效果, 深具 实用价值。 发明内容
据此, 本发明主要目的在于, 提供一种车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 以选择性 让方向盘机柱的转轴卡死或分离, 进而达到车辆防盗的目的。
基于此, 本发明通过下列的特征结构与技术手段来具体实现前述的各项目的 与效能, 一种车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 该车辆具有一操控方向的机柱, 机柱内 具有一连接方向盘与车轮转向系统的转轴, 该锁死防盗装置包含有:
一限位单元, 其固设于转轴上;
一卡掣单元, 其设于机柱上, 且卡掣单元具有一可选择性与限位单元嵌卡的 锁杆;
一驱动单元, 其具有一可作动前述卡掣单元锁杆相对限位单元移动的驱动元 件, 且经电子感测比对讯号正确后, 始能运作;
藉此,使得卡掣单元锁杆可受驱动单元作用选择性相对限位单元卡死或分离, 而达到方向盘锁死防盗或分离开锁能行驶的功能, 防盗装置外部由金属外壳牢套 而组构成一不易拆解、 且效果奇佳之车辆锁死防盗装置。
经由上述的说明, 本发明通过前述技术手段的展现, 可获得下列具体的效益 与功效增进:
( 1 )、本发明的特色系设计装置于方向盘机柱末端上, 通过电子感应系统的 感测指纹、 密码、 声纹或瞳孔等辨识, 直接控制一驱动单元运作, 并利用该运作 带动卡掣单元相对转轴上的限位单元位移, 使转轴可受限位单元是否受卡掣单元 卡掣, 而形成卡死防盗状态或分离开锁能行驶状态, 本防盗装置为金属外壳覆罩 牢固, 且又位于仪表板内部深处, 以破坏工具而言, 如锯、 凿、 砂轮磨开…等方 法, 皆不容易施做, 即使动手需甚久时间, 又破坏过度严重, 反而致使车辆无法 行驶操控, 又欲拆除现有方向盘机柱等转向组件, 更换自备方向盘机柱等器材行 窃, 致使窃贼偷窃意愿可能更低, 不如放弃改偷窃其他车辆。
(2)、本发明进一步可配合电子感测, 如指紋、 密码、 瞳孔、 声纹等辨识系 统, 经比对正确讯号而正常开启, 否则车辆无法操控行驶。 而指紋: 号称永不遗 失的钥匙, 且具有更不易复制的特性。 现况指紋辨识系统是很成熟电子产品, 且 大量运用于门禁管制、 电子产品等上, 其辨识系统是本防盗装置采用开启唯一通 路, 如此设计, 能提供有更高效率应用、 高强度抵御破坏的防盗功效。
(3)、本发明的次一特色,乃是在驱动单元只需小型减速马达即可完成操作。 本装置开启后, 经断电功能使马达不能再致动, 且配合一保险单元的设计, 避免 行车中影响正常转向操控, 确保安全。 且马达可采用伺服马达设计并由主机脉冲 电源供应, 窃贼在其装置金属外壳拆解后, 想通过电瓶直接供应电源, 但仍无法 启动装置。
(4) 、 本发明的再一特色, 乃在于本发明适用于新车于生产中的直接安装, 或中古车以模组化、 套装品的另外加装, 且无安装困扰之虞, 且更适合所有车种 装设的特点, 以提供广泛应用的经济实惠效益。
(5)、本发明的另一特色, 乃在于本发明装置成本低廉, 防盗功效其大, 以 提供广泛应用, 增加、 维护治安成效的效益。
以下并举一较佳实施例, 同时配合不同图式及图号, 对本发明做进一步之说 明, 让熟悉本技术领域者能对本发明有更详细的了解。 附图说明

本发明一种车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 请配合参阅图 1、 图 2所示, 其设于 方向盘的机柱 10末端, 该机柱 10内具有一供方向盘带动枢转的转轴 15, 转轴 15 末端并与一万向接头 20连接, 供通过万向接头 20操控车辆的车轮转向系统, 而 本发明方向盘锁死防盗装置即设于转轴 15末端与万向接头 20间;
而本发明较佳实施例的详细构成, 则请进一步参看图 1、 图 2及图 3所揭示, 该方向盘锁死防盗装置主要包含有一限位单元 30、一卡掣单元 40、一驱动单元 50 及一保险单元 60, 其中限位单元 30固设于机柱 10转轴 15上, 而卡掣单元 40可 受驱动单元 50作用选择性相对限位单元 30卡死或分离, 而达到锁死防盗或分离 开锁能行驶的功能;
前述限位单元 30为一卡锁套 31, 该卡锁套 31外缘形成有一或多数锁槽 32, 且卡锁套 31的锁槽 32位置与转轴 15对应钥匙的典型电门锁卡锁套 16相对, 便 于使用者转动方向盘令限位单元 30的卡锁套 31定位;
而卡掣单元 40于机柱 10对应卡锁套 31处设有一滑轨 41, 滑轨 41周缘具有 一缺口 42, 且滑轨 41 内滑设有一可相对卡锁套 31位移的锁杆 45, 该锁杆 45对 应滑轨 41缺口 42—侧形成有一齿面 46, 且锁杆 45对应卡锁套 31—端形成有一 锁块 47, 锁块 47可选择性相对嵌卡于卡锁套 31的对应锁槽 32内;
又驱动单元 50具有一可作动前述卡掣单元 40锁杆 45移动的驱动元件 51, 该驱动元件 51选自伺服马达等,且驱动元件 51具有一对应啮合该锁杆 45齿面 46 的齿轮 52, 再者驱动元件 51设于一固定在机柱 10上的承壳 55内;
再者保险单元 60则设于承壳 55内的导管 61, 导管 61 内滑设有一连接索件 620的插梢 62, 且插梢 62的索件 620外套设有一索套 63, 且导管 61内部于插梢 62与索套 63间顶撑有一复位弹簧 64, 让插梢 62被拉动后可利用复位弹簧 64的 弹力自动复位,且保险单元 60并于锁杆 45上形成有一限位孔 65,使锁杆 45锁块 47脱离卡锁套 31锁槽 32时,前述插梢 62可嵌插于锁杆 45限位孔 65内,避免锁 杆 45任意作用, 且保险单元 60的插梢 62索件 620可连接车辆的手剎车杆, 当手 剎车杆向上拉起时, 可让插梢 62脱离锁杆 45, 令锁杆 45可被移动, 反之当放开 手剎车杆呈开车状态时, 插梢 62可向下复位插掣锁杆 45, 限制锁杆 45的移动, 防止车辆于行进间锁杆 45任意移动而影响安全;
藉此, 并可于整个限位单元 30、 卡掣单元 40与驱动单元 50外包覆有一护框 70, 以防止遭人任意拆解或拨动内部组件, 可提升其防盗效果, 而组构成一不易 拆解、 且效果奇佳之车辆锁死防盗装置。
至于本发明之实际运用, 则如图 2、 图 3及图 4所揭示, 操作上, 系当车辆 停妥时, 驾驶人会拉起手剎车杆, 此时可操作保险单元 60的插梢 62向上移动, 而使插梢 62脱离卡掣单元 40锁杆 45上的限位孔 65,接着通过电子感应系统的感 测如指紋、 密码、 瞳孔、 声紋等辨识系统或锁具或连结车门自动上锁系统操控该 锁死防盗装置, 其进而启动驱动单元 50的驱动元件 51, 且通过齿轮 52与锁杆 45 的齿面 46而作动锁杆 45向机柱 10转轴 15的限位单元 30卡锁套 31移动, 进而 令锁杆 45锁块 47嵌卡于卡锁套 31的锁槽 32内 (如图 4所示) , 如此可利用卡 掣单元 40与限位单元 30限制转轴 15的转动,使窃贼即使发动车辆仍无法通过方 向盘操控而达到车辆的行驶, 进而达到防盗的目的;
反之, 当驾驶人欲开车时, 则通过前述电子感应系统的感测如指紋、 密码、 瞳孔、 声纹等辨识系统或锁具解开该锁死防盗装置, 并启动驱动单元 50的驱动元 件 51, 而利用齿轮 52与锁杆 45的齿面 46而作动锁杆 45远离机柱 10转轴 15的 限位单元 30卡锁套 31, 让锁杆 45锁块 47可与卡锁套 31的锁槽 32分离(如图 3 所示),令驾使人可利用方向盘通过转轴 15转动万向接头 20,以便顺利正常行驶, 且当手剎车杆放下后,保险单元 60的插梢 62到利用复位弹簧 64压缩后的弹力复 位, 使插梢 62向下嵌插于卡掣单元 40的锁杆 45限位孔 65内, 避免锁杆 45于车 辆行进间因故而任意作动影响正常操控, 进而发生意外。
再者, 本发明另有一实施例, 其如图 5、 图 6及图 7所显示, 该锁死防盗装 置的限位单元 30具有一可固定于转轴 15上的卡锁盘 35,该卡锁盘 35周缘形成有 一或多数锁孔 36, 且卡锁盘 35的锁孔 36位置与转轴 15对应钥匙的典型卡锁套 16相对, 便于使用者调整方向盘令限位单元 30的卡锁盘 35定位; 而卡掣单元 40 于机柱 10上设有一滑轨 43, 滑轨 43周缘形成有一轴向延伸、 且开口向上的导槽 44,且滑轨 43内滑设有一对应卡锁盘 35移动的锁杆 48,该锁杆 48底端并具有一 可对应嵌插锁孔 36的锁柱 49, 且锁杆 48邻近顶端处设有一螺套 480, 螺套 480 并具有对应滑轨 43导槽 44的颈部 481, 使锁杆 48仅能上下移动、 且无法旋转; 另驱动单元 50具有一可作动前述卡掣单元 40锁杆 48移动的驱动元件 53,该驱动 元件 53选自伺服马达等,且驱动元件 53具有一对应螺设锁杆 48螺套 480的螺柱 54, 使驱动元件 53驱动螺柱 54旋转时, 可作动锁杆 48上、 下位移, 并可于整个 限位单元 30、卡掣单元 40与驱动单元 50外包覆有一护框 70, 以防止遭人任意拆 解或拨动内部组件, 可提升其防盗效果, 而组构成一不易拆解、 且效果奇佳的车 辆方向盘锁死防盗装置。
操作上, 通过电子感应系统的感测如指纹、 密码、 瞳孔、 声紋等辨识系统或 锁具或连结车门自动上锁系统操控该锁死防盗装置,其进而启动驱动单元 50之驱 动元件 53, 且通过螺柱 54与锁杆 48的螺套 480而作动锁杆 48相对限位单元 30 卡锁盘 35移动, 进而令锁杆 48锁柱 49嵌插于卡锁盘 35的锁孔 36内 (如图 7所 示) , 如此可利用卡掣单元 40与限位单元 30来限制转轴 15的转动, 使窃贼即使 发动车辆仍无法通过方向盘来控制车辆行进方向, 达到防盗之目的。 再者, 当驾 驶人欲开车时, 则通过前述电子感应系统的感测指紋、 密码、 瞳孔、 声紋等辨识 系统或锁具解开该锁死防盗装置,并启动驱动单元 50的驱动元件 53,而利用螺柱 54与锁杆 48的螺套 480而作动锁杆 48远离机柱 10转轴 15的限位单元 30,让锁 杆 48锁柱 49可与卡锁盘 35的锁孔 36分离 (如图 6所示) , 令驾使人可利用方 向盘通过转轴 15转动万向接头 20, 以便顺利正常操控车辆,其一样具有前述的功 效与进步性。
另如图 8及图 9所显示,本发明又一实施例,其于限位单元 30具有一可固定 于转轴 15上的卡锁盘 35, 该卡锁盘 35周缘形成有一或多数锁孔 36; 而卡掣单元 40于机柱 10上设有一滑轨 43,滑轨 43内滑设有一对应卡锁盘 35移动的锁杆 48, 该锁杆 48底端并具有一可对应嵌插锁孔 36的锁柱 49;又驱动单元 50具有一可作 动前述卡掣单元 40锁杆 48移动的驱动元件 56, 该驱动元件 56选自伺服马达等, 且驱动元件 56具有一曲柄 57, 曲柄 57通过连杆 58连接于锁杆 48顶端, 使驱动 元件 56可通过曲柄 57与连杆 58作动使锁杆 48上、 下位移, 且限位单元 30、 卡 掣单元 40与驱动单元 50外包覆有一护框 70, 以防止遭人任意拆解或拨动内部组 件, 可提升其防盗效果, 而组构成一不易拆解、 且效果奇佳的车辆锁死防盗装置。
而于操作上, 则通过电子感应系统的感测指紋、 密码、 瞳孔、 声紋孔等辨识 系统或锁具或连结车门自动上锁系统操控该锁死防盗装置, 其进而启动驱动单元 50的驱动元件 56,且通过曲柄 57与连杆 58作动锁杆 48相对限位单元 30卡锁盘 35移动, 进而令锁杆 48锁柱 49嵌插于卡锁盘 35的锁孔 36内 (如图 9所示) , 如此可利用卡掣单元 40与限位单元 30来限制转轴 15的转动,使窃贼即使发动车 辆仍无法通过方向盘来操控车辆行驶, 进而达到防盗之目的。 又当驾驶人欲使用 车辆时, 则通过前述电子感应系统的感测指纹、 密码、 瞳孔、 声纹等辨识系统或 锁具解开该锁死防盗装置, 并启动驱动单元 50的驱动元件 56, 而利用曲柄 57作 动锁杆 48远离机柱 10转轴 15的限位单元 30, 让锁杆 48锁柱 49可与卡锁盘 35 的锁孔 36分离(如图 8所示) , 令驾使人可利用方向盘通过转轴 15转动万向接 头 20, 以便顺利正常操控车辆, 其一样具有前述的功效与进步性。
归纳前述说明可知,本发明不仅可达到预期的创作目的,且兼具功效的增进, 惟前述实施例仅为用来解释本发明, 并非据以对本发明做任何形式上之限制, 故 在本发明的创作精神下, 进行任何型式的修饰或变更, 皆仍应属于本发明之范畴, 据此本发明己符合发明专利有关 「新颖性」 与 「进步性」 的规定, 爰依法提出发 明专利申请, 希早日赐准本发明专利。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 该车辆具有一操控方向行驶的机柱, 机 柱内具有一连接方向盘与车轮转向系统的转轴, 该锁死防盗装置包含有:
一限位单元, 其固设于转轴上;
一卡掣单元, 其设于机柱上, 且卡掣单元具有一可选择性与限位单元嵌卡的 锁杆;
一驱动单元,其具有一作动前述卡掣单元锁杆相对限位单元移动的驱动元件; 藉此, 使得卡掣单元锁杆受驱动单元作用选择性相对限位单元卡死或分离, 而达到锁死防盗或分离开锁能行驶的功能, 而组构成一不易拆解、 且效果奇佳的 车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 其特征在于, 该限位单 元设于转轴末端与车轮转向系统之间。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 其特征在于, 该限位单 元为一卡锁套, 该卡锁套周缘形成有一或多数锁槽, 而卡掣单元的锁杆具有一对 应的锁块, 使卡掣单元的锁杆利用锁块卡死限位单元卡锁套的锁槽。
4、 如权利要求 1或 3所述的车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 其特征在于, 该卡 掣单元具有一供锁杆滑移的滑轨, 滑轨周缘具有一缺口, 且锁杆对应滑轨缺口一 侧形成有一齿面, 且驱动元件具有一对应啮合该锁杆齿面的齿轮, 该驱动元件设 于一固定在机柱上的承壳内。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 其特征在于, 该限位单 元具有一固定于转轴上的卡锁盘, 该卡锁盘周缘形成有一或多数锁孔, 而卡掣单 元的锁杆具有一对应的锁柱, 使卡掣单元的锁杆利用锁柱插置于限位单元卡锁盘 的锁孔内。
6、 如权利要求 1或 5所述的车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 其特征在于, 该卡 掣单元于机柱上设有一供锁杆滑动的滑轨, 滑轨周缘形成有一轴向延伸、 且开口 向上的导槽, 且锁杆邻近顶端处设有一螺套, 螺套并具有对应导槽的颈部, 该驱 动元件具有一对应螺设锁杆螺套的螺柱, 使驱动元件驱动螺柱旋转时, 作动锁杆 上、 下位移。
7、 如权利要求 1或 5所述的车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 其特征在于, 该卡 掣单元于机柱上设有一供锁杆滑动的滑轨, 该驱动元件具有一连接锁杆的曲柄与 连杆, 使驱动元件通过曲柄与连杆作动而使锁杆上、 下位移。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 其特征在于, 该卡掣单 元上设有一保险单元, 保险单元具有一导管, 而导管内滑设有一连接索件的插梢, 且插梢的索件外套设有一索套, 又导管内部于插梢与索套间顶撑有一复位弹簧, 让插梢被拉动后利用复位弹簧的弹力自动复位, 再者保险单元并于锁杆上形成有 一限位孔, 使锁杆脱离限位单元时, 插梢嵌插于锁杆限位孔内, 避免锁杆任意移 动。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 其特征在于, 该保险单 元的插梢索件连接车辆的手剎车杆, 当手剎车杆向上拉起时, 插梢脱离锁杆, 令 锁杆被移动, 反之当放开手剎车杆呈开车状态时, 插梢向下复位插掣锁杆, 限制 锁杆的移动, 防止车辆于行进间锁杆任意移动而影响安全。
1 0、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 其特征在于, 该限位 单元、 卡掣单元与驱动单元外包覆有一护框, 以防止遭人任意拆解或拨动内部组 件, 提升其防盗效果。
1 1、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 其特征在于, 该驱动 单元为指纹、 瞳孔、 声纹、 晶片密码、 数字密码等单独辨识系统或混合使用, 经 讯号比对正确能致使驱动单元作动。
1 2、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆方向盘锁死防盗装置, 其特征在于, 该驱动 单元选自马达、 伺服马达、 附有减速机构马达、 附有减速机构的伺服马达等。
