- the object of the roasting and baking control device is the knowledge of the degree of roasting or baking of a product, as well as the homogeneity thereof, so that an optimal result is obtained. It is possible to use it in any element intended to toast or bake both food and any other product, for example, ceramics.
- the roasting and baking control device comprises at least: (i) roasting means for roasting, so that the degree of roasting is detected according to its hue;
- the roasting means can have any shape, although the smaller they are, the more precise the control of uniform roasting will be.
