Abstract
Description
本願は、2008年1月31日に、日本に出願された特願2008-021660号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
図7は、従来のコイル107の巻装状態を示すアーマチュア103の展開図であって、セグメント104とティース109を示している。そして、隣接するティース109間の空隙がスロット101に相当している。なお、図7おいて、各セグメント104、および各ティース109に巻装された巻線102にそれぞれ符号を附して説明する。
図7に示すように、従来のアーマチュア103は、スロット101が6個設けられていると共に、セグメント104が6枚設けられている。各セグメント104のうち、同電位となるセグメント104同士には、短絡線125が接続されている。また、隣接するセグメント104間にコンデンサ126が接続されている。
図1、図2に示すように、電動モータ1は、車両に搭載する電装品(例えば、ラジエータファン)の駆動源となるものであって、有底円筒形状のヨーク2内にアーマチュア3を回転自在に配置した構成となっている。ヨーク2の内周面には、複数(この第一実施形態では、8極)の永久磁石4が周方向に等間隔で磁極が順番となるように固定されている。
P=4A、Sr=6A、Se=12A
を満たすように、磁極数P、スロット数Sr、およびセグメント数Seが設定されている。つまり、この第一実施形態では、A=2(2以上の自然数)とし、
P=4A=4×2=8、Sr=6A=6×2=12、Se=12A=12×2=24
に設定されている。
図3は、アーマチュア3のセグメント14(ライザ15)とティース9、ヨーク2側に固着される永久磁石4、そして、接続線25を展開した図面である。隣接するティース9間の空隙がスロット11に相当している。なお、以下の図面においては、各セグメント14、各ティース9及び巻装された巻線12にそれぞれ符号を附して説明する。
また、各ティース9には、それぞれU相、V相、W相がこの順で割り当てられている。つまり、1番、4番、7番、10番ティース9がU相、2番、5番、8番、11番ティース9がV相、3番、6番、9番、12番ティース9がW相になっている。
さらに、各ティース9に巻装された巻線12は、回転軸5を中心にして互いに点対称に配置された2つの3相集中巻きの第一コイル群71と第二コイル群72とを形成している。
続いて、1番ティース9と2番ティース9との間のスロット11bから巻線12を引き出す。そして、巻線12を、3番ティース9と4番ティース9との間のスロット11cに引き込む。そして、4番ティース9にn/2回順方向に巻装した順巻きコイル33bを形成する。
続いて、1番ティース9と12番ティース9との間のスロット11aから巻線12を引き出し、4番ティース9と5番ティース9との間のスロット11dに引き込む。そして、4番ティース9にn/2回逆方向に巻装して逆巻きコイル34bを形成する。
また、一対のブラシ21のうち、例えば一方のブラシ21が、1番セグメント14aと2番セグメント14eとの間に当接しているとき、他方のブラシ21は、4番セグメント14cと5番セグメント14dとの間に当接している。すなわち、一対のブラシ21は、両者共に同じ相で、かつ順方向に巻装された第一コイル33と逆方向に巻装された第二コイル34が接続されているセグメント14間に対応するように配設されている。
一方、6番セグメント14dのライザ15に掛け回された巻線12は、6番セグメント14dの近傍に存在する2番ティース9と3番ティース9との間のスロット11eに引き込まれる。そして、巻線12は、2番ティース9と5番ティース9とにそれぞれn/2回逆巻き方向に巻装した逆巻きコイル34a,34bを形成して-V相の第二コイル34を形成する。その後、巻き終わり端40を5番ティース9の近傍に存在する7番セグメント14iに接続する。
これにより、1番ティース9から6番ティース9に至る間には、3相(U,V,W相)集中巻き構造の第一コイル群71が形成される。
つまり、1番セグメント14aと2番セグメント14eとの間にはU相の第一コイル33が電気的に接続される。また、1番セグメント14aには、異相の-V相の第二コイル34の巻き終わり端40が電気的に接続される。また、2番セグメント14eには、異相の-W相の第二コイル34の巻き始め端30が電気的に接続される。
すなわち、第二コイル群72のU相に相当する7番ティース9、および10番ティース9にそれぞれ第一コイル33(順巻きコイル33a,33b)と第二コイル34(逆巻きコイル34a,34b)とを巻装する。そして、これらに対応する13番セグメント14lと20番セグメント14m、および16番セグメント14nと17番セグメント14oにそれぞれの巻き始め端30、巻き終わり端40を接続する。
すなわち、通常、スロット11の個数に対して2倍の数のセグメント14が設けられる、所謂、倍セグメントの電動モータにあっては、相毎に巻装されている巻線12を同じセグメント14に接続する箇所が発生する。このような場合にあっては、セグメント14に対する各巻線12の巻き終わり端30、および巻き始め端40の接続位置によって整流の中心位置が変化してしまうため、整流が悪化してしまうおそれがある。
しかしながら、この第一実施形態によれば、相毎に巻装されている巻線12を互いに隣接するセグメント14間に接続することができるので、相毎の整流の中心を隣接するセグメント14間の中心とすることができる。このため、容易に相毎の整流の中心を知ることが可能になり、この整流の中心とブラシ21の中心とを一致させるように各ブラシ21を設けることで整流性を向上させ、電動モータ1のモータ特性を向上させることが可能になる。
図4は、アーマチュアコイル7の巻装状態を示すアーマチュア3の展開図であって、前述した第一実施形態の図3と基本的構成は同様である。したがって、図4において、図3と同一態様には、同一符号を付して説明を省略する(以下の実施形態についても同様)。
また、以下の実施形態において、電動モータ1は、永久磁石4を有するヨーク2の内にアーマチュア3を回転自在に配置したものである等の基本的構成は前述した第一実施形態と同様である。
つまり、1番、2番、3番ティース9の3相のティース9と、これらから3つのティース9を隔てて存在する7番、8番、9番ティースの3相のティース9とにそれぞれ各相の第一コイル33と第二コイル34を形成し、これらで第一コイル群71を形成している。
また、各相の第一コイル33と第二コイル34の巻き始め端30、および巻き終わり端40は、各々引き出された(引き込まれた)スロット11の近傍に存在するセグメント14であって、かつU,-W,V,-U,W,-V相の順となるように、隣接するセグメント14間に電気的に接続されている。
したがって、この第二実施形態によれば、前述した第一実施形態と同様の効果を奏することができる。
この第三実施形態にあっては、電動モータ51は、永久磁石4が8極、スロット11が12個、セグメント14が12枚設けられた8極12スロット12セグメントで構成されている。すなわち、永久磁石4の磁極数をP、スロット11のスロット数をSr、セグメント14の個数をSe、Aを2以上の自然数としたとき、
P=4A、Sr=6A、Se=6A
を満たすように、磁極数P、スロット数Sr、およびセグメント数Seが設定されており、この第三実施形態では、A=2(2以上の偶数)とし、
P=4A=4×2=8、Sr=6A=6×2=12、Se=6A=6×2=12
に設定されている。
第一コイル群81の巻線12は、例えば、その巻き始め端30が、1番セグメント14aより巻き始められた場合、この1番セグメント14aの近傍に存在する1番ティース9と12番ティース9との間のスロット11aに引き込まれる。そして、第一コイル群81のU相に相当する1番ティース9と4番ティース9とにそれぞれn回順方向に巻回してU相のアーマチュアコイル7を形成する。その後、4番ティース9の近傍に存在する5番セグメント14dに接続する。
これを第二コイル群82のV相に相当する8番ティース9と11番ティース9、およびW相に相当する9番ティース9と12番ティース9についても同様に行う。そして、7番セグメント14iから1番セグメント14aに至るまでの間に存在する各々隣接するセグメント14間に、U,V,W相のアーマチュアコイル7をこの順に電気的に順次接続する。
これに加え、第一コイル群81に存在しているU相のアーマチュアコイル7の巻き始め端30と、第二コイル群82に存在しているW相のアーマチュアコイル7の巻き終わり端40とは、それぞれ同じ1番セグメント14aに接続され、両者30,40が互いに接続された状態になっている。
この第四実施形態の電動モータ51も、第三実施形態の電動モータ51と同様に、8極12スロット12セグメントで構成されている。
この第四実施形態において、電動モータ51は、永久磁石4が8極、スロット11が12個、セグメント14が12枚設けられた8極12スロット12セグメントで構成されている等の基本的構成は、上述の第三実施形態と同様である。
つまり、1番、2番、3番ティース9の3相のティース9と、これらから3つのティース9を隔てて存在する7番、8番、9番ティースの3相のティース9とに第一コイル群81を形成している。また、4番、5番、6番ティース9の3相のティース9と、これらから3つのティースを隔てて存在する10番、11番、12番ティース9の3相のティース9とに第二コイル群82を形成している。
また、第一コイル群81に存在しているU相のアーマチュアコイル7の巻き始め端30と、第二コイル群82に存在しているW相のアーマチュアコイル7の巻き終わり端40とは、それぞれ同じ1番セグメント14aに接続され、巻き始め端30と巻き終わり端40とが互いに接続された状態になっている。
したがって、上述の第四実施形態によれば、上述の第三実施形態と同様の効果を奏することができる。
また、上述の実施形態では、それぞれ巻線12の巻き始め端30、および巻き終わり端40が各々引き出された(引き込まれた)スロット11の近傍に存在するセグメント14であって、かつそれぞれ対応する相のセグメント14に接続されている場合について説明した。しかしながら、これに限られるものではなく、対応する相のセグメント14にそれぞれ巻き始め端30、および巻き終わり端40が接続されていれば、各々引き出された(引き込まれた)スロット11の近傍に存在するセグメント14に接続されていなくてもよい。
P=4A、Sr=6A、Se=12A
を満たすように、磁極数P、スロット数Sr、およびセグメント数Seが設定されていればよい。
P=4A、Sr=6A、Se=6A
を満たすように、磁極数P、スロット数Sr、およびセグメント数Seが設定されていればよい。
Claims (6)
- 複数の磁極を有するヨークに軸支される回転軸と、
前記回転軸に取り付けられ径方向に向かって放射状に延び、巻線を巻装するための複数のティースと、
前記ティース間に形成され軸線方向に沿って延びる複数のスロットを有するアーマチュアコアと、
前記回転軸に前記アーマチュアコアと隣接して設けられ複数のセグメントを周方向に配置したコンミテータと、
前記複数のセグメントのうち、同電位となるセグメント同士をそれぞれ短絡する短絡部材とを備え、
Aを2以上の自然数、前記磁極の磁極数をP、前記スロットのスロット数をSr、前記セグメントの個数をSeとしたとき、
P=4A、Sr=6A、およびSe=12A
を満たすように磁極数P、スロット数Sr、およびセグメント数Seを設定し、
各ティースに巻装された巻線は、前記回転軸を中心に点対称に配置された2つの3相集中巻きのコイル群を形成している電動モータであって、
各コイル群はそれぞれ前記巻線が順方向に巻回された第一コイルと、前記巻線が逆方向に巻回された第二コイルとを備え、
各ティースを周回り方向にU相、V相、W相の順で割り当て、各相に巻装されている前記第一コイルをそれぞれU相、V相、W相のコイルとし、各相に巻装されている前記第二コイルをそれぞれ-U相、-V相、-W相のコイルとしたとき、
隣接するセグメント間に、U相、-W相、V相、-U相、W相、-V相のコイルをこの順で電気的に接続した電動モータ。 - 複数の磁極を有するヨークに軸支される回転軸と、
前記回転軸に取り付けられ径方向に向かって放射状に延び、巻線を巻装するための複数のティースと、
前記ティース間に形成され軸線方向に沿って延びる複数のスロットを有するアーマチュアコアと、
前記回転軸に前記アーマチュアコアと隣接して設けられ複数のセグメントを周方向に配置したコンミテータと、
前記複数のセグメントのうち、同電位となるセグメント同士をそれぞれ短絡する短絡部材とを備え、
Aを2以上の自然数、前記磁極の磁極数をP、前記スロットのスロット数をSr、前記セグメントの個数をSeとしたとき、
P=4A、Sr=6A、およびSe=12A
を満たすように磁極数P、スロット数Sr、およびセグメント数Seを設定し、
各ティースを周回り方向にU相、V相、W相の順で割り当てた電動モータであって、
3つ置きに存在する3相のティースにそれぞれ前記巻線を直列に集中巻き方式にて巻装し、これを1つのコイル群として前記アーマチュアコアに2つのコイル群を形成し、
各コイル群はそれぞれ前記巻線が順方向に巻回された第一コイルと、前記巻線が逆方向に巻回された第二コイルとを備え、
各相に巻装されている前記第一コイルをそれぞれU相、V相、W相のコイルとし、各相に巻装されている前記第二コイルをそれぞれ-U相、-V相、-W相のコイルとしたとき、
隣接するセグメント間に、U相、-W相、V相、-U相、W相、-V相のコイルをこの順で電気的に接続した電動モータ。 - 前記磁極が8極、前記スロットが12個、前記セグメントが24枚設けられた8極12スロット24セグメントの電動モータであって、
各コイル群を構成する前記第一コイルと前記第二コイルは、それぞれ同じ相のコイルを2つずつ有している請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動モータ。 - 複数の磁極を有するヨークに軸支される回転軸と、
前記回転軸に取り付けられ径方向に向かって放射状に延び、巻線を巻装するための複数のティースと、
前記ティース間に形成され軸線方向に沿って延びる複数のスロットを有するアーマチュアコアと、
前記回転軸に前記アーマチュアコアと隣接して設けられ複数のセグメントを周方向に配置したコンミテータと、
前記複数のセグメントのうち、同電位となるセグメント同士をそれぞれ短絡する短絡部材とを備え、
Aを2以上の自然数、前記磁極の磁極数をP、前記スロットのスロット数をSr、前記セグメントの個数をSeとしたとき、
P=4A、Sr=6A、およびSe=6A
を満たすように磁極数P、スロット数Sr、およびセグメント数Seを設定し、
各ティースに巻装された巻線は、前記回転軸を中心に点対称に配置された2つの3相集中巻きのコイル群を形成している電動モータであって、
各ティースを周回り方向にU相、V相、W相の順で割り当て、各相に巻装されている前記巻線をそれぞれU相、V相、W相のコイルとしたとき、
一方のコイル群に存在するW相コイルの巻き終わり端と他方のコイル群に存在するU相のコイルの巻き始め端とを接続すると共に、
一方のコイル群に存在するU相のコイルの巻き始め端と他方のコイル群に存在するW相のコイルの巻き終わり端とを接続し、
隣接するセグメント間に、U相、V相、W相のコイルをこの順で電気的に接続した電動モータ。 - 複数の磁極を有するヨークに軸支される回転軸と、
前記回転軸に取り付けられ径方向に向かって放射状に延び、巻線を巻装するための複数のティースと、
前記ティース間に形成され軸線方向に沿って延びる複数のスロットを有するアーマチュアコアと、
前記回転軸に前記アーマチュアコアと隣接して設けられ複数のセグメントを周方向に配置したコンミテータと、
前記複数のセグメントのうち、同電位となるセグメント同士をそれぞれ短絡する短絡部材とを備え、
Aを2以上の自然数、前記磁極の磁極数をP、前記スロットのスロット数をSr、前記セグメントの個数をSeとしたとき、
P=4A、Sr=6A、およびSe=6A
を満たすように磁極数P、スロット数Sr、およびセグメント数Seを設定し、
各ティースを周回り方向にU相、V相、W相の順で割り当て、
3つ置きに存在する3相のティースにそれぞれ前記巻線を直列に集中巻き方式にて巻装し、これを1つのコイル群として前記アーマチュアコアに2つのコイル群を形成した電動モータであって、
各相に巻装されている前記巻線をそれぞれU相、V相、W相のコイルとしたとき、
一方のコイル群に存在するU相のコイルの巻き始め端と他方のコイル群に存在するW相のコイルの巻き終わり端とを接続すると共に、
隣接するセグメント間に、U相、V相、W相のコイルをこの順で電気的に接続した電動モータ。 - 前記磁極が8極、前記スロットが12個、前記セグメントが12枚設けられた8極12スロット12セグメントの電動モータであって、
各コイル群は、それぞれ同じ相のコイルを2つずつ有している請求項4または請求項5に記載の電動モータ。
