Abstract

 スイッチング素子温度が素子上限温度以下に抑制されるように電動機のトルク指令値に制限を加えるトルク制限部は、スイッチング素子温度に基づいて電動機のトルクを抑制するためのトルク抑制値を求めるトルク抑制手段と、素子上限温度とスイッチング素子温度との偏差の積分値に基づいてトルク抑制値を緩和するためのトルク抑制緩和値を求めるトルク抑制緩和手段と、トルク抑制値からトルク抑制緩和値を減算してトルク制限値を求める第1減算器(18)と、トルク指令値からトルク制限値を減算して制限トルク指令値を求めゲート生成部に出力する第2減算器(20)とを備える。
