Abstract

 車両の走行エネルギとして使用される電力に対する、車両走行に必要な社会基盤整備のための料金を精度よく算出するために、ECUは、バッテリ充電電力量データが内部メモリに記憶されているか否かを判断し(S256)と、バッテリ充電電力量データが記憶されていると(S256にてYES)、バッテリ充電電力量データに基づいて、電力の基本使用料金とは異なる、車両の走行エネルギとして電力を使用したユーザに課せられる追加料金を算出し(S258)、プラグイン車両の車両情報(たとえば電気自動車がハイブリッド車両かを識別するための情報)に基づいて、追加料金を修正し(S260)、電力の基本使用料金と追加料金とに層別された料金データを生成する(S262)。
